Located in Crozon, this lovely house for $398 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This beautiful traditional stone house completely renovated in 2016 is ideal for hosting a family and spending a holiday by the water. The house is located in kerret small hamlet between crozon and camaret sur mer in the heart of the peninsula 1.5 km from the beach of kersiguenou in the cove of dinan It has 2 independent bedrooms (with sea view) and a landing bedroom (sea view), a living room with a very beautiful sea view, a separate kitchen opening onto the terrace, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The house is very bright. It is equipped with wifi and satellite dish for foreign channels There is private parking on the ground, a large fenced garden with trees and a wooden terrace with sea view. The house is located 250 m from the road. It has no opposite and is not terraced. The house is rented from Sunday to Sunday in the summer season and preferably from Saturday to Saturday for school holidays. Course stays of minimum 3 days are possible out of season Possibility to rent linens and sheets The rent is given without charges on the site. Possibility to rent household linen and sheets The rent is given excluding charges on the site. The charges will be (water, electricity, taxes, wifi, cleaning, presence of animal) requested at the end of the stay. In addition to the rental, the charges detailed below will be invoiced: Package charges (water, electricity, wifi, taxes) are €40 (01/05 to 31/08) and €65 (01/09 to 30/04) Compulsory exit cleaning: 70 Euros Sheets on request: 15 Euros per double bed and 10 Euros per small bed Bathroom linen on request: 5 € / person If presence of animal: 10€ for the stay/animal A security deposit of 300 € is required for the rental on arrival (this is not cashed and is returned quickly)

Toll ausgestattetes, helles Haus in traumhafter Lage. Umzäuntenr Garten (hundfreundlich) mit Blick auf den Atlantik. Wir hatten eine perfekte Zeit und kommen sicher wieder.

Doodlewohl
Ein sehr schönes, typisch bretonisches Häuschen. Sehr sauber, funktional und angenehm gestaltetes Interieur. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Betreuung. Wir hatten wunderbar entspannte Tage in herrlicher Umgebung. Im vollständig eingezäunten Garten fühlte sich zudem auch unser Labradoodle Lotte sofort "Doodlewohl".

Erholung pur!
Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit Meerblick! Schönes Grundstück und viel ungestörte Privatheit. Alles Notwendige vorhanden. Schade, dass es im Obergeschoss keine Toilette gibt. Menschen über 1,80 cm müssen sich im ersten Stock mit dem Kopf vorsehen.
Das Bett im großen Schlafzimmer könnte eine neue bessere Matratze vertragen.
Aber insgesamt ein toller dreiwöchiger Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub, in einem sehr schönen Haus, in einer Gegend die zum Wandern, Surfen und Baden einlädt. Alles in allem perfekt.

Maison où on a plaisir à séjourner
Belle petite maison où on apprécie le calme, la vue sur la mer, le jardin tout simple et sa terrasse.
Nos 3 chiens (Shetlands) ont bien aimé aussi la maison et le jardin bien clos.
Nous serions bien restés un peu plus longtemps que ces 10 jours passés en compagnie du soleil fin mars !

Eine herrliche Woche im Oktober
Wir, eine Ehepaar mit Hund, haben eine wunderschöne Wochen in diesem typisch bretonischen Steinhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll, mit viel Flair, ausgestattet. Vielen Dank auch an Madame Mottet, die sich sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit um uns gekümmert hat. Wir hatten im Oktober herrliches Wetter und konnten Haus, Terrasse und Garten voll nutzen auch die Umgebung und nahen Strände haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, wir kommen ganz sicher wieder zu ihnen in die Bretagne...

Très agréable séjour dans un cadre superbe
Notre séjour d'une semaine s'est très bien déroulé. La maison est très accueillante, propre et confortable avec une jolie vue sur la plage du Goulien. Nous avons même eu la chance de pouvoir profiter du barbecue et d'un déjeuner sur la terrasse (entre deux giboulées). La presqu'ile est superbe et nous avons pu faire un grand nombre de randonnées. Petit soucis à l'arrivée lors de la prise de contact avec la personne responsable des arrivées (pas joignable par téléphone et messagerie pleine) mais très vite solutionné. Le seul petit bémol est que nous avons eu un peu de mal à trouver l'entrée du chemin qui mène à la maison le jour de notre arrivée.. Un plan ou une explication sur le contrat de location serait appréciable.

Jolie maison lumineuse, confortable , parfaitement équipée et décorée avec goût. La région est magnifique et idéale pour les amateurs de randonnées.
Un seul petit bémol , les charges et le forfait COVID ne sont pas précisés lors de la réservation mais alourdissent considérablement le coût de la location. Idem pour le linge fourni et les animaux, il suffirait de préciser que ces prestations sont en supplément, pour plus de transparence. L’accueil de Mme Mottet a été parfait.

La maison a une vue sur la mer. Elle est très calme. L'équipement est très complet. Attention prévoir de payer des charges qui ne sont pas notées dans l'annonce.

Mooi, net huisje
Het huisje zelf is erg netjes en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel verblijf. Het heeft is met small ingericht en de apparatuur is van goede kwaliteit. Ondanks dat het vlakbij een drukke weg ligt, heb je weinig tot geen last van geluidoverlast. Vanuit de woonkamer en eerste verdieping is de zee te zien. Het enige nadeel was dat je vanuit het huisje niet gelijk het dorpje in kunt lopen en naar zee. Je moet hiervoor eerst naar de drukte weg waar je een stukje langs moet lopen (80km weg). Hierna kun je terug het dorpje in. Voor ons met hond was dit niet handig aangezien er geen pad langs de weg loopt.
Bij het inchecken geeft de routebeschrijving een route het dorpje in, dit klopt niet. Er is vandaag de doorgaande weg een zandpad naar het huisje (bij een boot).

Location agreable mais tres chere
Maison agreable a vivre (cuisine tres lumineuse et ouverte sur la terrasse) et tres bien equipee. Petite vue sur mer. Toutefois, au vu de ma longue experience de location, je trouve que le prix n'est justifié ni par l'emplacement (au bord de la route Crozon-Camaret, tres passante et bruyante, maison coupee du reste du hameau, ville de Crozon completement depourvue de charme) ni par la taille de la maison (salle de bain sans fenêtre et minuscule par ex), ni par le charme de la decoration (style "bord de mer" un peu passe-partout provenant d'enseignes grand public, sans meubles anciens ou touches un peu plus personnelles). Un peu surprenant pour la region. Accueil tres sympathique de la part de la dame qui s'occupe du logement.

Nous avons été plus que ravis de notre location. La communication avec les propriétaires a été excellente, l'organisation pour la remise des clés à l'arrivée et au départ aussi (un grand merci pour la gentillesse lors de l'acceuil!). La maison est très bien placée, proche des plages et commerces en voiture, le petit jardin et la terrasses sont super pour pouvoir profiter de l'extérieur et garder un oeil sur les enfants. La maison est jolie, propre, agréable, extrêmement bien équipée, la cuisine en est le parfait exemple, rien ne manque et tout est en très bon état.Bravo et merci car nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances!

Schönes Haus in toller Lage
Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, die Einrichtung ist ansprechend und funktionell. Wir haben nichts vermisst.
Die Lage ist prima, weil ruhig, ein kaum einsehbares Grundstück und die Nähe zum Strand. Der Sandstrand ist einfach spitze und war nicht überlaufen. Toll für Kinder und Hunde. Eine tolle Gegend auf der Halbinsel Crozon.
Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen !

Très belle location
Superbe maison, bien agencée et bien équipée. C'est propre, décoré avec goût, on se sent immédiatement chez soi (à tel point qu'on serait bien restés une semaine de plus !). La partie extérieure, avec cette vue sur la mer d'Iroise vient parfaire le tout...bref quoi dire d'autre..sinon que l'on recommande chaudement cette location à qui veut tout déconnecter et se remplir la tête de paysages aussi beaux les uns que les autres. Magnifique Bretagne. Merci aussi à Mme Mottet, personne très gentille ^^

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage!
Besser hätte es - auch Ende November - für uns kaum sein können! Das Haus ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Lage ist sehr schön. Die Umgebung sowieso! Für Hundebesitzer und ihre Hunde ist es toll, dass das Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Ein zweites Objekt der Besitzer ist direkt daneben, eine gute Möglichkeit für zwei Familien.

Sehr schönes Haus in wunderbarer Umgebung
Die Fotos im Inserat geben das Haus sehr gut wieder - es ist sehr komfortabel und umsichtig in allen Details ausgestattet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und Dank der wunderbar freundlichen Mme Mottet fehlte es an nichts. Das Haus ist auch sehr hell, so dass wir selbst im verregneten Oktober/ November einen herrlichen Urlaub (meist im Haus) verbringen konnten. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen!

Toller Herbsturlaub 2019
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem tollen Haus der Familie Gambier verbracht. Das Haus ist tatsächlich so schön wie auf den Bildern. Sehr sauber und mit toller Ausstattung . Mme Mottet hat uns sehr nett empfangen . Wir haben uns auf einem Parkplatz in Crozon getroffen, ansonsten hätten wir wahrscheinlich Probleme gehabt, dass Haus zu finden. Gute Idee, fanden wir. Wir waren begeistert und können das Haus empfehlen!!!!

Wunderbares Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist genau, wie die Bilder es wiedergeben. Ein wunderbares bretonisches Steinhaus, das mit viel Charme, aber trotzdem modern eingerichtet ist. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und einen tollen Urlaub dort verbracht.

We loved the area and the house. It is so well situated for a series of the best coastal walks we have ever done. They are strenuous at times but there is always a magnificent view to stop and admire while you rest.
The house was warm, clean and very well equipped and a great base for this lovely area. We did find the bureaucracy around the rental a little old fashioned. Signing contracts with additional (but clearly flagged) aditional fees for electricity, bed linen, towels and cleaning took us back to French rentals 25 years ago.
Communication with the owner was efficient and professional. Mrs Mottet the housekeeper was a delight.
Our biggest issue was the lack of directional and joining arrangements and details provided in advance by this site or the owner. We found the house by driving up and down the village and spotting it from the photos. However, the entrance is not from the village ( where the sat nav directs you) but from the main road. Only when a helpful villager told us to return to the main road and take the track by the boat did we find it and the waiting and patient Mrs Mottat who looks after the house for the owner.
Once this was all sorted we had a great stay in unseasonably brilliant weather for November and would thoroughly recommend this area for walkers and lovers of winter peace and solitude.

The House ist absolutly beautiful and cosy, wonderful decorated and practical. All technical Equipment (Kitchen, Heating, etc.) is modern and perfect. It is about 1,5 km to one of the most beautiful beaches and we also did some nice hiking tours along the cost.
Mdme Mottete who took care of the handover etc. did a great Job, she also gave us some very helpful Information, where to go, which crepperie, where to buy fish.... Thank you so much.
