We’re offering our recently built (2005) vacation home, located in the heart of the Séné Peninsula, just 150 meters from the coastal trails and, therefore, the Gulf of Morbihan. There are usually 5 of us in the house, but it can easily accommodate up to 10 people.
The house’s location and layout feature: a double wooden deck (rear and middle), an enclosed garden, and parking for 2 cars.
The house is fully equipped. It includes: a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, a full-size oven, a refrigerator, a digital TV, a DVD player, and a wood-burning fireplace (enclosed)—no telephone—and there is also a piano (tuned!).
2 bathrooms + a shower in the pantry, 3 toilets.
The house is long but very pleasant.

We had a fantastic two week stay in Sene. A fantastic property with a great communicative host. Everything was as expected. The house is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
A note for British visitors: as is common with french holiday lets, bedding and towels are not included so bring your own. Also instruction and communications with the host are in french but a basic understanding of french and/or a translation app will cover this.
If you’re visiting during the season, the Petits Passeurs ferry shuttle from Barrarac’h (20 mins walk) to Conleau give easy access to a salt water lido and great swimming beach along with cafes/bars.
Thanks to Luc for being a great host.
