Detached house on one level, surrounded by a garden 300m from the beach and the village center Garden with possibility to park 1 or 2 cars inside the ground. Kitchen: dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc ... Bathroom with shower Separate toilets Washing machine Living / dining room, TV, DVD player Free WIFI internet access 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (+1 drawer bed) + Sofa bed 2 sleeps in the living room exceptionnally possibility of umbrella and high chair to specify when booking Prices : - 420 to 700 € / week according to period (+ abritel fees ). - Short stays, weekend and mid-week possible in low and middle season. A very nice holiday home, with everything there you might need.
Very good also in case you have young children or a dog, as the house has a nice garden which is completely surrounded by a fence. It is situated on a very nice spot, close enough to the sea to walk to the beach whenever you want.
The owner is a kind guy to communicate with, speaking English fluently.
So, in short, we can recommend this holiday home whenever you want to stay in Audresselles!

Schöner Urlaub
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, Strände waren alle in der Nähe, schöne Wanderwege, gute Unterkunft. Cedric war immer sehr schnell erreichbar, Essplatz im Garten konnten wir tgl. nutzen, Grill und Liegestühle vorhanden. Alles top.

Excellent holiday cottage
This cottage is ideal for a quiet, relaxing holiday close to the beach. It is all on one level, which was ideal for us as one of us has mobility issues. As long as you can get up and down the two steps to the front door, then you will have no problem. Perhaps a ramp for the future would make it accessible for wheelchair users, and a frame for the toilet would also be a great help. Other than that, you can't fault it. The town is quiet, and perfect for eating out - plenty of choice of restaurants. The beach - a magnificent bay - is only a few minutes' walk away. Overall, we all enjoyed our holiday immensely, and are hoping, pandemics and the like allowing, to come back next year.

Buitengewoon mooi
Het huis is echt prachtig, de ligging is heel rustig en dicht bij het strand en wandelpaden.....en ook de bushalte....
Ik zou daar graag weer naar toe gaan, het is echt een aanrader voor een rustige en mooie vakantie

belle maison, confortable avec des pieces de belles proportions. toutefois le ménage n'a pas été effectué avant notre arrivée. trop de poussieres et de poils !

Super Aufenthalt
Das Haus bietet viel Platz und wir haben die überdachte Terrasse gerne benutzt. Ein abgeschlossenes Grundstück mit Parkmöglichkeit für 2 Autos. Nähe zum Strand und zum Ortskern ist vorteilhaft. Die Kommunikation mit Cedric war problemlos und freundlich.

Bon séjour
La maison est agréable, bien décorée. Vu le temps, il est utile de pouvoir chauffer correctement ! Tout est fonctionnel. La quantité de marches à chaque issue ne doit pas être pratique pour une personne à mobilité réduite : ça m’a occasionné une grosse crise d’arthrose à un genou déjà fragile. L’école voisine n’a causé aucun désagrément.
Bref , cet endroit m’a plu . Les promenades à pied ou en voiture sont nombreuses.

MANQUE LE CONTACT DIRECT AVEC LE PROPRIETAIRE
Bon emplacement calme. Gite spacieux et confortable. Aurions aimé voir le propriétaire en personne, (voire au téléphone). (ne communique que par sms) Dommage ! C'est la 1ère fois que nous n'avons pas ce contact, dans nos nombreuses locations Abritel.

Gemütliches Haus am Meer
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gemütlich, gut gelegen und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Super sind die vielen Schränke, Kommoden, Kleiderhaken. Oft ein Manko in Ferienwohnungen. Der Kontakt mit Cedric war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Gerne immer wieder.

Het huisje staat op een perfecte plek om de omgeving van de Opaalkust te verkennen. Het huisje is ruim en eenvoudig. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep heel vlot en plezierig. Wij komen vast nog eens terug.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Audresselles und der herrlichen Umgebung. Das Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Cedric ist nicht vor Ort, war aber jederzeit per Mail für uns erreichbar und überaus hilfsbereit. Danke!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'emplacement par rapport à la plage, aux sites à visiter et au centre est super, seul petit bémol l'école juste à côté mais sinon tout le reste très bien !

Schönes Häuschen
Wir haben uns in dem Haus und der Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat, wie beschrieben, alles Notwendige und ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Im Wintergarten kann man sich auch bei kühlem Wind gut aufhalten. Auch die Umgebung bietet viele tolle Möglichkeiten für jeden Wunsch. Durch die Strandnähe kann man jederzeit ans Meer gehen (vorallem Stein und Fels). Nur 10Min. Mit dem Auto ist man an einem wunderschönen Sandstrand. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert, auch wenn wir uns nicht kennengelernt haben.

Très agréable pour notre couple de séniors avec petit chien
Possibilité de loger 5 personnes, jardin, véranda, machine à lessiver. Située près du centre, des restaurants et commerces on peut y rester sans devoir bouger la voiture qui se gare à l'intérieur de la propriété.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, en profitant de la véranda chauffée par le soleil. La maison est bien équipée, rien à redire. A proximité de la mer et des petits commerces, une pause ressourçant très appréciée

Chouette maison de vacance , très spacieuse ,bien agencée , bonne literie, bien située , pour l'été un beau jardin clôturé, nous avons passé une belle semaine et l'année prochaine j'y reviendrai surement .

schöne und ruhige Ferien
Die Umgebung ist wunderschön mit ihrer hügeligen Landschaft und das wilde Meer. In dem Haus haben wir uns (zwei Personen mit kleinem Hund) sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus beinhaltet alles
was man braucht und verfügt über eine gute elektrische Heizung, was wir im kühlen Oktober zu schätzen wußten.

Prima. Basic maar goed. Schoon. Mistte een paar dingen als een blikopener en wat opscheplepels. Maar ik zou het huisje zo weer huren. Contact met de eigenaar heel goed zoals ookhet contact met de beheerder.

Eingefriedetes ca. 600 m² großes Grundstück mit Stellplatz für KFZ. Sichtschutz durch Hecke. Alle Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, zusätzlicher Platz in der vom Haus zugänglichen Garage und warmer, heller Wintergarten - kinderfreundlich. Späte Ankunft unproblematisch, freundliche hilfsbereite Ansprechpartner vor Ort.
Diverse Ausflugsziele und Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten. Nahezu ausnahmslos freundliche Begegnungen mit den in der Region lebenden Menschen!

La maison est très agréable, les environs également. Malheureusement, j'ai eu des problèmes de santé et nous avons dû rentrer plus tôt. La literie est au top. Nous avons trouvé tout ce qui nous était nécessaire, comme à la maison. La région est très belle surtout pour les personnes aimant faire de jolies promenades.

Belle petite villa avec 2 chambres, salle de bain avec douche, cuisine très bien équipée avec lave-vaiselle! Véranda, WIFI, et un jardin avec un gason pour les enthousiastes du soleil.
Propiètaire gentil et correcte.
Absolument un endroit de vacances à revenir.
