new bedding 2 x 2 beds (90 * 200) of HOTEL quality equipped with 4 SIMMONS mattresses in rooms 2 and 3 (north-west and north-east rooms).
There is also a new possibility, insofar as you inform us at least 72 hours before your check-in, to transform the 2 single beds into 1 large double bed (180 * 200), thus offering a new modularity of sleeping in rooms 2 and 3.
"VILLA TSAVORITE - CANNES CALIFORNIE" is located in Cannes center. It is a very pleasant house to live in a garden of 1,200 square meters in the middle of a century-old wooded park. It is: 'la Campagne à la Ville'.
This haven of peace is ideally located near the historic center of Cannes (10' walk).
"VILLA TSAVORITE - CANNES CALIFORNIA" is an Adorable but nevertheless Affordable house that will guarantee you a 4 Season quality of life.
"VILLA TSAVORITE - CANNES CALIFORNIA" faces the Bellini Chapel: Chapel deconsecrated to become successively the property of the Painter Bellini then his studio and that of his daughter Lucette Naïve Painter, then again Art Gallery-Museum.

You will enjoy a large Mediterranean garden (1,200m2) and a large Archi swimming pool treated with salt. Salt offers a much greater tolerance to the skin & eyes than chlorine. This pool can be heated on demand thanks to an ecological, efficient and latest generation heat pump.
Full of nature just a few steps from the hyper-centre of Cannes and its Palais des Festivals, but already far from the buzz & effervescence of Cannes.

These appropriate facilities allowed us to receive a quadriplegic person this summer.

I stayed at Villa Tsavorite for 1 week with my girlfriend in the beginning of July. When I tell you we had the most amazing time in this villa I’m not lying. Everything from the service with Sylvia and Jean-Marc to the amazing pool, bedrooms and bathrooms was beyond our expectations. I could highly recommend renting this villa to everyone considering it!

We spent a week at Villa Tsavorite in June 2025, and it exceeded all our expectations. The villa is even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures, and the hosts, Sylvia and Jean Marc, were incredibly generous and helpful throughout our stay.Spending time by the pool was so relaxing that we rarely wanted to leave the villa. We managed perfectly fine without a car, it’s just a 20-minute walk to both the beach and the grocery store.We would wholeheartedly recommend staying here, and we’re already looking forward to coming back in the future!

The house and the stay lived up to everything I could expect. The family loved it. We were a party of six all together. If I would have any remarks, it would be the fan on the pool heater that is placed near the pool. It is notable and there comes a point where It gets pretty annoying to have to listen to all day. And also you should know about the church bell on the church right next door is announcing its presence every 30 minutes of the day( only during the day from morning till 10pm). I find it charming, but I can also sleep through an earthquake. But regardless of that, I will gladly recommend this place.
