شقه جميله جدا و كانها فندق 4 او 5 نجوم ، جميع مستلزمات المطبخ موجوده و منها الشاي و القهوة و السكر و مواد و ادوات التنظيف و جميع مستلزمات الشقه موجوده ( لا يوجد غسالة ملابس ولكن المالك يذكر هذا قبل حجزك ) حتى انها مزوده بفوط و ارواب استحمام ، بلكونه كبيره جدا مع إطلالة خياليه يمكنك الجلوس فيها حتى وقت المطر لأن جزء منهم مغطى ، الشقة قريبه جدا من السنتر تقريبا كيلو و نص ، الكثير من الاماكن السياحية قريبه منك ، شكرا Miriam على تفهمها ، طلبت منها الخروج الساعه الرابعه عصرا و وافقت بالرغم ان المفروض الخروج الساعه 10 صباحا، طلبت بطانيات زياده و اعطتنا بالرغم من العدد الكافي في الشقه

يفضل زيادة الفاصل بين البلكونتين لمزيد من الخصوصية ‏كثرة النامس و بعض الحشرات

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und man hat vom großen Balkon einen wunderbaren Blick ins Tal und in die Berge. Die Betten sind bequem und alle verbauten Materialien sind hochwertig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (Müllbeutel, Spülmaschinentabs, Backpapier, Salz, Zucker.... alles vorhanden). Es handelt sich ohne Zweifel um eine hochwertige Ferienwohnung, der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr gut. Im Winter hat die Wohnung durch die Nähe zur Skipiste sicher noch mehr Potential, als im Sommer. Die vorhandene Sauna nutzt man vermutlich auch eher im Winter, als in einer heißen Sommerwoche.

Die Unterkunft liegt einen guten Kilometer außerhalb des Ortszentrums. Vom Ortszentrum bis zur Unterkunft muss man 200 Höhenmeter überwinden, so dass man nicht mal schnell zu Fuß im Dorf ist. Man ist immer aufs Auto angewiesen. Das hätte ich aber vor der Buchung auch selber rausfinden können, so dass es keine Schwäche der Unterkunft ist. Trotz der Höhe würde ich die Wohnung insbesondere nachts nicht unbedingt als ruhig bezeichnen. Bei geöffneter Balkontür (und wir waren in einer sehr warmen Woche vor Ort) ist es aus dem Tal heraus doch recht laut. Egal ob Bahnstrecke oder Party, es war alles bestens zu hören. Im Winter spielt das keine Rolle, denn bei geschlossenen Türen hört man nichts. Die Wohnung gehört zu den teuersten in Westendorf. Sie ist zweifelsohne schön und gut ausgestattet, allerdings erwarte ich zu diesem Preis (Monatsmiete im Sommer über 8000 Euro/Monat) dann doch noch mehr, denn für vergleichbare Wohnungen haben wir anderswo auch für deutlich weniger bezahlt. Konkret fehlte uns in der Küche eine Mikrowelle, eine Waschmöglichkeit, ein Wäscheständer und ein Insektenschutz an der Tür vom Wohnzimmer zur Terrasse (die Tür kann man im Sommer quasi nicht öffnen, da man sofort Fliegen und Mücken in der Wohnung hat). Wir trennen auch gerne unseren Müll, aber hier wäre es toll, wenn die Wohnung auch mehrere Müllbehälter zur Verfügung stellen würde und nicht nur einen offenen Mülleimer. Das sind sicher alles Kleinigkeiten, ich bewerte diese auch nur in der Relation zum Preis. Ich möchte aber auch nicht unerwähnt lassen, dass uns die Vermieterin vermutlich auch einen Wäscheständer organisiert hätte, wenn wir danach gefragt hätten.
