About this house rental
In a small private residence very quiet, single-storey house by the sea. The beach is frequented only by the residents of this marina and is never crowded, even in August. There are 3 rooms (about 70m2), two beautiful terraces and a small garden on each side of the house, with deckchairs to read in the shade. The beach is 20m away. There is only a dead end to cross to access it, safe for children.
Inside: sleeps 6: 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large bedroom upstairs with 2 twin beds and 2 bunk beds.
Kitchen equipped with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Solar shower outside.
Bathroom with shower and toilet and also separate toilet upstairs
Wifi
Air conditioning
Rental with sheets.
2 hammocks for idleness
1 paddle and 1 canoe (2 seats) are available to enjoy the beach.
Ideal for families or couples.
There is a hypermarket in Folelli (4km) where you will find everything you need including local products, bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, post office, bars and restaurants. I recommend the ice cream from the Flibustier at the port of Taverna (15km to the south) and can also give you other advice.

Im Juni 2022 durften wir mit unseren zwei Töchtern 18 wundervolle Tage in diesem hübschen Haus, keine Gehminute vom Strand entfernt, verbringen. Wir waren wohl außerhalb der Saison dort, sodass wir den Strand, das Meer und den Fluss meist für uns ganz allein hatten.
Unsere Kinder (10 Monate und 4 Jahre alt) liebten den Strand, das Meer und die Wellen. Im flachen Wasser konnte sogar unsere Kleine im Meer stehen und sich an den Wellen freuen. Auch der kühlere Fluss war eine perfekte Ergänzung im Urlaubsalltag. Hier konnte die Große Fische mit dem Kescher fangen oder im Flussstrom mit ihrem aufblasbaren Ring „Wildwasser“ fahren.
Die Ausstattung im Haus ist mehr als Standard! Der Blick aufs Meer vom Haus / Garten / Terrasse aus ist traumhaft. So stelle ich mir den perfekten Urlaub vor.
Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist sehr angenehm. Sowohl im Vorfeld unserer Reise als auch während unseres Aufenthalts war sie sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar.
Die Nähe zum Fährhafen Bastia war einer der ursprünglichen Gründe dieses Haus zu buchen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen 😊

kleines Ferienhaus, sehr schön eingerichtet mit allen was man benötigt, von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Strand und das Meer, mit wenigen Schritten ist man dann am Strand, leider war zu unserer Urlaubszeit im Wasser viel Seegras, so dass die Badefreuden etwas eingetrübt waren, aber das Haus liegt super um Touren nach Norden, in die Berge und selbst bis Ile Rousse (ca. 1 Std.) zu machen, der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend , immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnelle Auskünfte

Unsere Mieterfahrungen waren durch und durch positiv. Das Häuschen besticht durch seine Lage fast direkt am Meer. Es ist alles da, was man so braucht und hat eine ganz freundliche Atmosphäre. Der Blick auf Strand und Meer bereichert alle Mahlzeiten auf der sehr schönen Terasse.
Von diesem Standort aus kann man das Inland wie die Castagnicca wunderbar erkunden oder stundenlang am um Pfingsten herum fast einsamen Strand spazieren oder faulenzen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
