just ok with room for improvement

breakfast was pretty plain with less offering than the competition

there are 2 adults in my room it would have been nice to have 2 bath towels as well, the lighting in the rom was still on the low side and my wife needs a brighter room, Marriot has done a nice job with the room fit and finish and nice light levels. we also only had decaf coffee in the guest room

We will not be staying at this Best Western again!!

Easy to get to. Breakfast was OK. Room and beds were OK.

Toilet did not work at all when we arrived. Although the staff could not figure it out, we were able to figure a way to make it work. The tank was very unstable and flopped around. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. We had the same towels all three days and they never got dry because the humidity was so high and the exhaust fan did not work. We booked three nights but the room keys did not work on the third day. Had to go to the front desk to get them activated again. I was shocked to read that they only make up the beds and change the towels and washcloths every three days.

It was fine.

The bed was really comfortable. The room was a good size and had a fridge and microwave which is convenient.

The tub was very yucky looking. It has a stain at the drain and the fixtures weren't cleaned (well, at least). It just did not give off a very clean appearance.

I was placed in the 3rd floor. Upon entering my room I was welcomed by a very disturbing smell. The smell of a drain trap that is open and needs cleaned out. I look over the room and I notice hair in the bathtub, toilet and in the sink. Looking out the window you saw 2 bath jacuzzis laying in the grass.

Location and allowing of pets.

Bathroom needs attention. Recharging would be a great start. Water stain on the ceiling needs repaired. Elevator makes mechanical noise when moving. In room AC unit made noise like water gurgling all night.

the closeness to our traveling purpose

rude staff no breakfast during breakfast hours expired yogurt and milk in the fridge dirt room when we walked in no bed sheets and laundry pile up on the dresser

Location

The key cards were not working so anyone could walk in your room while not there. My lamp and toilet paper holder was broken had to go get toilet paper because there was none. That was the second room first room had a broken toilet seat so I asked to be moved .the breakfast was cold when suspose to be hot the chocolate milk was four days expired.

unfortunately, we were disappointed in the stay.

had to ask 3 times to get the room vacuumed. was never told doors to all but a couple rooms in the hotel would not lock due to large scale card reader failure. I had to learn of this on the third of a 3-night stay by overhearing the front desk agent tell a guest (who was charged for the room before being told, and told they’d need to contact the manager for a refund). sickening to think our valuable items sat behind an unlocked door for three days and we didn’t even know it! I was informed by staff that I should have been alerted at check in … nope, wasn’t…or contacted during our stay … nope. SAD

Disappointing

The morning staff was good but the evening staff could use work. The breakfast and pool were good as well.

The first room we checked into had a broken door and tv, when I went to the desk to change it the employee acted like it was the last thing they wanted to do. There was no towels in my room and when I tried to ask a question it seemed they didn’t want to help. The morning staff and manager were amazing and helpful.

The room was not very clean. hair on the floor…hair in the tub…bugs on the window sill…dirty bathtub…dusty baseboards.

We had no access to using our bathroom in the room it kept over flowing onto the floor we went to office that night asking for plunger to be told they were all locked up. So we were not able to use the bathroom our whole stay we checked out 10 am and still no one had came to fix our toilet that was over flowing all night and mori g

I doubt I'll be in the area again, but if I was, I'd find another place to stay.

The staff at the counter was very courteous, friendly and helpful.

The tile floors were very cold to bare feet. The water tasted horrible. The breakfast was ordinary, except there were no juices in the juice dispensers, just warm water.

The room had trash behind the furniture and footprints in the tub, which made everything that was clean looking feel questionable.

Pleasant

Fridge and microwave were nice Big TV Nice pillows and room temperature.

The breakfast was horrible I know a hotel breakfast isn't 5 start but the waffles and sausage were not even edible. The muffins and bread choices were nice along with the juices and coffee! The drains in the sink and tub didn't drain fast and water built up

Very dirty, my room had slippery greasy film on thr floors. Had to push the toilet paper down the toilet for it to flush, bugs, alive and dead in the room, the room felt muggy and the pool was closed. The staff did not help with any of the situations.

Great staff, safe location, low noise, everything worked, breakfast was eggs and bacon or sausage and potatoes.

Hard water, carpets smelled of water, shower/bathroom needs attention (grout)
