About this house rental

Located in Franklin, this charming house for $489 per night is a great choice for your next trip. We are renting our beautiful home on 10 acres. It has four bedrooms three baths and about 2800 ft.². The house sits on 10 acres of beautiful tree filled natural landscape . We have four bedrooms, two with queen size bed's, one bedroom with twin beds, and the fourth bedroom is set up a little bit like an office with a double futon. One of the things our guests have enjoyed about our house, is the two separate living and entertaining spaces under one roof.. but still together. The kitchen has travertine floors and is very light and spacious with a beautiful marble island.Fully stocked pantry with anything you might need. The dining room is open. Beautiful wood floors in the living room and hall gorgeous living room with tall windows. We have a 1/4 mile slightly steep paved driveway that leads up to our house... there are no houses to be seen anywhere from our house. Just enjoy the tranquility and peace. This is not a party house. The neighbors though they are far away are used to peace and quiet.:) If you are under 25 please don't request to book unless we have communicated first and you make your intentions very clear..:) Fully stocked pantry, free wifi and much more! We have a strict policy for the kitchen, it must be returned to how it was received. I am mostly speaking of the cleanliness of the kitchen, if utensils and dishes are moved and not in the original spot, that is not a problem.. :) I might like the place you put them better. If you are bringing a lot of clothing you would like to put away, let me know and I will make room for you.. Strict Policy - Must let us know in advance the # of additional guests ANY events/dinners/gatherings, no matter the size. Event charges may apply. This is our private home and we choose to rent it out to responsible adults. Please be aware that there are breakables in the house and if you need me to put some things away I will be happy to do that.. I would also like to know the age of your children that you will be bringing...

This property was as good as or even better than advertised. There were numerous comfortable beds and a spacious living area. The setting was incredible. The house is tucked away in a wooded hillside with a great view and easy access to Franklin and other points of interest. The responsiveness from the host was the best I have ever experienced. She returned messages immediately and was eager to accommodate all our requests. Highly recommended. I would rent this property again in a heart beat.

We stayed a beautiful property that a had a long driveway off the road to a wooded paradise. It was quiet, peaceful and serene. The house was perfect and it was so comfortable, it felt like home. A fantastic stay! The owner was very attentive and responded quickly and was so very gracious and generous. Perfect stay!

The owners were truly kind and excellent to work with. Communication was clear and detailed, so no mysteries as to how things worked or wondering if I would be able to reach them if needed. They were there when we arrived, showed us around and explained everything we needed to know. The house was a perfect setting and size for my family to gather prior to my son’s wedding in Spring Hill.

Jane is very engaging and easy to communicate with. Her home is large and spacious. There isn't much open yard. It sits on a steep hill and the view is treetops not open space. Even so, it was still very nice and would be lovely in the summertime. There is ample TV's and cable service, bathrooms were clean and well stocked, including items you might have forgotten. Beds were very comfortable. We were close to Franklin, Leiper's Fork, and Cool Springs. Nashville was about 30 minutes away during non-work travel hours. I would recommend this property to others. The owner is a perfect host/communicator. Thanks Jane.

The host was very accomodating and communicated well. Several of our group really enjoyed the quiet solitude of the location. It was an easy drive to most of the sights we wanted to see. There were several places in the home that we could both gather as a group or retreat into our own activities. It really is a beautiful home.

We came from 4 different states to get together. The house was great, plenty of room for 6 adults and the dog. Less than 1/2 from Nashville. Lots of great things to do in Franklin. We all had a great time. If we return to this area we will book this house again!

The property is easy to find but very quiet & secluded once on site. We “displaced” the owners - which took some getting used to - but the house was great for we two couples to share with separate sleeping and living areas plus a great deck to share. Had a great time!

The home was large enough for all of us to stay together, even if the bedding wasn’t quite what some of us are used to, and it’s hard to imagine how it could have been in a better location for our cousins reunion. Easy accessible from the interstate and a nice grocery store.

This home was in a great location. It was convenient to everything in Franklin yet secluded and peaceful!! We felt right at home. We were treated by Jane and her husband when we arrived. Very nice, comfortable home. Everything you need is provided for. Beautiful location. Franklin is a beautiful city. We went for a wedding and enjoyed a couple of days of sightseeing. Would definitely return. Homeowner also was wonderful. Certainly made sure she kept in touch in case we needed anything. Thank you Jane!

The owner is amazing! She was attentive, very kind & helpful. Gorgeous home, scenic landscape, and a relaxing town. There's wonderful things to see, taste, and do here. Our party of 7 were quite comfortable here. Lots of space, and very clean. This home is close to town and the interstate which made things pretty easy. Great shopping in the area. We sure picked the right place to stay. :)

Jane was a most gracious host. Our family was totally enchanted with her beautiful home. We were in town for a family wedding, 3 couples and our mother from 3 separate states, so it was a mini family reunion for us. My mother is unable to climb the stairs and we spent most of our time together on the lower level catching up on life. Mom enjoyed operating the fancy lighted heater! There was plenty of space for the 7 of us. Thank you, Jane and Edd, for sharing your home with us and making our family time so special!

We had a lovely end of year stay here!. The home is well-equipped with everything you might need and is ideally located with easy access to Franklin and Nashville. Moreover, it is beautiful and tranquil in a very relaxing and private setting. We have been fortunate to rent through Homeaway in many places around the world, and we have rented some lovely houses, but rarely have we stayed in a place that is so much like a home. The owners care and personalities come through in so many details. We would not hesitate to stay again on a return trip! Loved it!

Our group was 7 family members in town for a wedding. Jane's home was a perfect fit for us. Situated on 10 very private acres, in the middle of some spectacular Tennessee real estate. There was plenty of room for everyone and we had all the creature comforts for a great time. So much to do in the area..we snuck in Liepers Fork for breakfast at Puckett's, Arrington Vineyards, Cool Springs for anything you could think of, King Bowl, Granite City, Mint Springs Farm, and others..Thanks again Jane!

This house is in a great location. It is just outside of the city in a quiet area. It was a little older than I expected from the pictures. This home is occupied when not rented which was a little weird. It was great having all the amenities at home. Jane was very accommodating and helpful.
