About this house rental
Fully furnished all on one level vacation home located off of Hwy 441. Were located about two blocks from boat docks and boat rentals, so you can drive your boat on the water to the home and store it under the boat house during your stay. home is spacious which includes four bedrooms, large master bedroom with Big jacuzzi tub three bathrooms one includes a dual shower (one side child height), the other bathroom includes a overhead shower, living room, huge kitchen, an additional sitting room, screened in porch, covered boathouse and dock. This is the perfect get away for the entire family. And plenty of parking for your automobiles and boats.parties, are not allowed on the premiss or in the home.

We enjoyed our visit. The kitchen, dining room, and living room were large and comfortable for our family to gather, eat, play games and welcome the new year. The location was nice and private which was perfect for our getaway. Loved the backyard space. My little granddaughters ran themselves tired. Thanks!

Our family stayed here for my daughter’s graduation. The location is only about 15-20 minutes away from the school. Peaceful and very spacious for larger groups. The pictures don’t do this home justice. No complaints from any of our family- comfortable beds, room to spread out, plenty of room for family meals. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit by the lake. It was also clean and well maintained. We’d definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

We stayed here because we were having our family Christmas. My sister lives in Milly, but doesnt have the room for us all to stay at her house. She has 3 cats and my daughter has a dog.
When i found this property that was pet friendly, that meant my daughter could bring her fur baby. She was so excited.
Many other pet friendly rentals are just dirty...with animal hair and dirty floors...
Not this place! I was absolutely amazed!
It was spotless!
The beds were comfortable, though we did not use the futons in the third BR.
We love a screened in porch!
Nice quiet neighborhood. Host easy to communicate with. Basic cookware provided...even had coffee and filters.
No spices and no shampoo or soap, but thats not a big deal to us since we always travel with our own.
Highly recommended this home!

We needed a 3 or 4 bedroom house to rent for the Thanksgiving weekend and this house filled our needs while we visited with family who live in Milledgeville.

Location was excellent for our purpose. We toured Milledgeville and attended the Regional Softball Tournament in Warner Robins. The house was very roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee on the screened porch overlooking the lake every morning. Was a nice getaway.

Loved it!! Great stay and location! We hope to come back! Only thing is the huge kitchen is basically empty :) (little stocked.) Would be nice to have some basic spices and more pots / pans / bowls etc :)

We enjoyed it more than last year the grandkids are a little older. Great location big yard we enjoyed the new fire pit. Plenty of boat rides and caught a few fish. House was clean and filled with whatever you needed plenty of room for all nine of us. Already planning for next year. Looking for a nice quite place check this one out.

Super nice owners were very prompt on communication put our boat in and left it in boat house didnt have to leave cove to catch fish family teally enjoyed our weekend would recomend this house to anyone the only negative was the Master bedroom matress was very uncomfortable would recomend a new one a little softer but have already booked our stay next year

Everything about this stay was easy! From finding the location to it being a ranch-style home with no stairs (except for off the back deck)! The view is beautiful and sitting on the dock with our dogs was magical! There is so much space for your things in the master bedroom (AND master bedroom closet), feel free to pack your whole wardrobe haha
We came in for an event at Georgia College and it wasn’t a long drive at all, plus it was conveniently located to shopping centers and restaurants. We weren’t there long enough for me to cook for people, but I LOVED the kitchen — two islands and so much room. Highly recommend giving this lake house a try!

The property is comfortable and spacious and the communication with the property manager was always prompt. Check in and check out process was very accommodating to our needs. Will stay there again when in the area.

The house is very nice and even prettier than the pictures. The jacuzzi did not work but wasn’t a problem. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space!

Suggestion —would be to replace futon. It was a back killer. Otherwise everything you need was very close and convenient on the lake. The dock/boathouse the best.

The house was very nice! It was the cleanest vacation rental that I have every stayed in. The communication with the owner was great. The open kitchen and family room was large and can accommodate a big group. The back yard (lake side) was large enough for outdoor activities. There was a 2 slip dock that could handle our 25' tritoon. We would recommend this lake front property.

Awesome time at the lake!
Enjoyed the convenient access to the lake and attractions. House was close to boat ramp, restaurants and stores. Single story allowed everyone to be together and the house itself was clean, spacious and wonderful. The dock and fire pit were also great. Highly recommended!

Loved everything about this house. Very roomy, nice floor plan, updated kitchen & baths. Easy to walk to/from dock….the house is close to the water/dock & it’s a flat, level lot. Convenient to several very good restaurants. Plenty of parking for boats, jet skis, & cars. Would definitely love to stay here again! :-)

Very nice large family home to comandate 2 families or at least 8-10 friends.
This place is a definite must see in person. Much larger in person than online. Very beautiful place to rent for a weekend getaway or even a week vacation. Perfect location and very clean. Has a ton of space with a spacious dock to enjoy also. Highly recommended!
