About this apartment rental
Wake up to sunrise over Lake Sammamish in this private, 1,800 sq ft lakefront apartment: the entire lower floor of our waterfront home, with its own separate entrance. It sleeps 6.
There are three bedrooms: a King primary suite with private ensuite and a full washer and dryer, a second King bedroom and a Queen bedroom, both with a workspace, plus a second full bath. The brand-new kitchen (2023) has a full oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher.
Step outside to your private patio with hot tub, fire pit, outdoor dining table and BBQ. In the cooler months, relax in the hot tub with misty lake views and watch bald eagles dive for fish. A garden path leads down to the dock and the lake.
Stay on your fitness routine with a Peloton bike, weights and a covered gym with Life Fitness treadmill, elliptical and bike. You'll need your own Peloton membership, and we're happy to help you set up a short-term one.
High-speed Wi-Fi throughout. The living room TV has live TV plus virtually every movie and series you could search for, and the bedroom TVs are smart TVs.
The apartment is fully self-contained. The upstairs is a separate residence, which is occupied part-time, and we're always reachable by phone or text.
Tesla wall charger on site (80A; other EVs need a Tesla/NACS adapter).
Crossroads Shopping Center is 5 minutes away, downtown Bellevue about 10, and Sea-Tac 25–35. Monthly stays welcome.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place right on Lake Sammamish. The master suite felt luxurious, and there were two other very nice bedrooms. A brand new kitchen, and a living area made it easy for a group of us to relax whether it be inside or outside. We loved swimming and relaxing at the dock. There’s a large patio space and hot tub as well. We hope to come back soon!

Without any exceptions, our stay at Mike and Roselyn's Lakehouse was outstanding. First, the location on Lake Samm is perfect, West side with morning sunrise and beautiful sun on the water, dock and deck all day. The house, kitchen, bedrooms and outside patio are all wonderfully furnished, with most importantly some of the most comfortable king size beds that we have ever stay in. That said, with beautiful summer days, all you want to do is spend the entire time down on the dock and Lake swimming, or evenings on the patio with the BBQ and Jacuzzi . I know this sounds like an advertisement, but the place is perfect for a Lake family vacation. And Mike and Rosalyn are great hosts, always available to answer questions and help out if needed. Will plan on returning same time next year.

Beautiful location, beautiful lakehouse with a beautiful view. Mike&Rosalyn were awesome answering our questions&concerns. My only wish was that the landscaping around the patio was trimmed back to enjoy more of the view, and the jacuzzi worked properly so we could have enjoyed it. The grill&outdoor firepit were great. Easy to operate, and it was nice to cook out, sit outside at the table, and relax on the lake.
