The Aspen Grove is a very special 5 bedroom + loft, 4 bathroom home located in the Eagles Nest Golf Course neighborhood in Silverthorne. With a private hot tub, game room with pool table, 3 fireplaces, privacy and views, this home has all the amenities to be a memorable and comfortable vacation retreat. Perfect for family gatherings and groups, this 4,000 square foot home is surrounded by an aspen grove with views to Keystone. The outdoor area has a private back deck with BBQ grill, hot tub area, and secluded stone patio with tiered wildflower garden. The Aspen Grove is centrally located, just minutes off I-70 and a short drive to Keystone Ski Area, A-Basin, Copper Mountain or Breckenridge. A perfect mountain lodge! The main floor of The Aspen Grove features an open kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, double ovens, granite counter tops, and slate tile. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking utensils a chef could need for a meal large or small. The adjacent dining table seats 6, with additional seating for 2 at the bar. There is a gas fireplace in the living room, vaulted ceilings, a flat screen HDTV. The over sized main level primary bedroom is complete with a King size bed, gas fireplace, flat screen HDTV, and vaulted ceilings. The deck and private hot tub can be easily accessed from the primary bedroom. The private primary bathroom has a Jacuzzi sani-jet tub and glass shower. Next door to the primary bedroom is Bedroom 2 with a twin and twin trundle. This home is child-friendly with pack n plays and high chairs available for use. A full bathroom is in the hall adjacent to Bedroom 2. Downstairs the first level of the home has a spacious family room with pool table, wet bar, 75 inch TV, gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy a movie on the big screen. Bedroom 3 has a king bed, and shared full bathroom in the hall. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed, with full bathroom in the hall. Bedroom 5 has 2 sets of twin bunk beds. The outdoor space features a large private back sun deck overlooking the aspen forest, a gas BBQ grill, private 8 person outdoor hot tub, lounge chairs, and outdoor dining table. Around the side of the home has a secluded rock patio area with tiered wildflower garden, waterfall water feature, and outdoor seating. A perfect place to relax with a book and catch some rays. The loft area has a work space with a large desk for guest use. This home is well appointed for small children with a pack n play crib, ask for additional pack n plays or high chairs. We loved our weekend stay at this beautiful house. Short drive to keystone, very clean and accurate pictures. We had to park a few of our groups cars at the clubhouse due to 4 car limit, so be prepared for this if you have multiple cars. The neighbors who aren't super friendly reminded us to move a car at one point due to the snow removal turn around. The rental management company was very friendly and made it a very memorable weekend! Highly recommend this property to anyone!

This home is a perfect place to enjoy a family getaway! It has everything you could ask for. We had a lot of snow and the three fireplaces made it so cozy to relax. The hot tub was a nice place to warm up after a day of playing in the snow. It was a pleasant surprise to see the Christmas decorations when we arrived! It has plenty of baby equipment which came in handy for our newest family member. We enjoyed some lovely family meals around the huge wooden table. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to everyone. Thank you for providing us a lovely place to spend our 40th wedding anniversary and early family Christmas!

This was a very nice property to stay at. The kitchen was nicely stocked and everything was labeled so it was easy to find things. We did have an issue with the refrigerator breaking down and not working, but they were excellent in getting us a new refrigerator and moving all of our stuff over until a new refrigerator could be delivered. They were very attentive to our needs. I would recommend this place for those who have a lot of people staying with them. The pool table and video screen in the basement were well used by the teenagers. We enjoyed seeing deer and fox while sitting out on the deck and using the hot tub. I would recommend and come back to this listing again in the future.

FAMILY!
What a perfect place to celebrate FAMILY! My husband and I were there with our kids and their spouses (20's and 30's), and 3 grandchildren (ages 4 months to 4 years). There was something for everyone! Plenty of space to hang out - together or in private. Activities like foosball and pool table. Gorgeous outdoors. And a hot tub for late night conversations about life's challenges, sorrows and joys. Your property was a huge blessing in our family's life! Thank you for all the special touches and attention to detail! We would come back in a heart beat!

We stayed at this home for a girls/bachelorette trip. It was the perfect decision to getaway and enjoy this mountainous area. The home is located in Silverthorne which was convenient to nearby grocery and shops. We did not find many restaurants in the area so we did travel over to both Breckenridge and Vail for food which allowed us to see and enjoy those areas as well.
The home itself was so spacious and inviting. We had 7 adults and all slept comfortably with room to spare. All the essential needs were provided like cookware and towels. We also took advantage of the added amenities like the hot tub and the movie theater area. Everything was bigger and better in person!
Our only hiccup was on the first day we came back with groceries and a glass jar of cheese dip (for Taco night!) fell out of our trunk and spilled onto the driveway. Even though we attempted to clean the spill, the nearest neighbor assumed we were drunk and had thrown up in the driveway and called management on us. They called a few more times to the point we had to go out and scrub the driveway with a broom & soap until they were satisfied. This was disheartening since it was an honest mishap, heck the neighbor could've even offered to help us, but instead you could tell they were presumptuous and probably trying their best to make us out to be disorderly/nuisances. For future guests, just be mindful that this home is located in a private community and the home itself is sutuated very close to the other nearby homes, so the neighbors will probably be keeping a close eye on you as you enter I and out. We found the balcony area with the hot tub as a nice escape from the nosey neighbors.

Property was perfect for multiple families. Really easy to get to different Colorado hot spots. The teens loved the basement with the projector and pool table. Everyone was comfortable and able to spread out. House was very well stocked and had all the extras. Owners were prompt with info on the hot tub. Great trip.

The next door neighbor is a terrible pest and I feel so sorry for the property owners and Summit Reality to have to deal with him. My family and I loved this house. It had a great view from the back yard, it was equiped with everythign that we needed, the entertaining area was great. Figuring out the water heater part was a little trickie because you have to let it run for a bit but once we figured out the timing it all worked great. Amazing place.

Wonderfully relaxing family vacation
Wonderful property! We had 9 extended family staying here for a ski vacation. Plenty of room for us to spread out. Cousins slept on the bunk and were very happy. Past reviews said there wasn’t any supplies, but this is no longer a problem, it is fully stocked, includingmore kitchen tools than I have in my own kitchen. There was even a blender and crockpot. We enjoyed the hot tub. We had a family pool tournament, and we brought our Nintendo and the cousins played on the big theater screen. One very small suggestion for the property owners: maybe stash 4 folding chairs in a closet so we could have more chairs around the huge table. There were also lots of supplies for babys and toddlers (high chair, baby spoons). We had a wonderful time and it was perfect for us!

AMAZING!!!!
This house had everything you could ever want. It was very roomy and accommodated our group of 10 easily. We were not all on top of each other. We played pool, used the large screen TV in the basement and enjoyed using the jacuzzi. There was plenty of cabinet space for all of our food we brought up. The patio had plenty of furniture and the views were amazing. There are aspen trees everywhere. The kitchen has a large island that was great for preparing meals and just hanging around. There were plenty of towels, tissues and toilet paper. They thought of everything. What can I say, the place was perfect. We hope to go back again next year.

Awesome Place!
This place was amazing! We did a family ski trip for Christmas. Family in from Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee and Lakewood, CO. The place had everything we need and more! The location worked out perfectly for us, close to A-Basin, Keystone and Copper Mountain. We took advantage of all the amenities of the house and loved every minute there. Age range of our family was 2 - 62 years old. Everyone had a great time. We plan to come back again...maybe an annual trip? The place was clean, everything worked wonderfully and the information and directions on how to use everything was clear and very helpful. Thank you so much!

Perfect vacation rental
Surrounded by mountains and Aspen trees, this beautiful home is close to both wilderness and civilization. There's an outlet mall about a mile and a half away, yet we saw a fox in the backyard from the deck. The house itself is bigger than it looks and can easily accommodate 3 families. They have a pool table, Jacuzzi, and a giant screen TV, a 2-car garage, and a laundry. The kitchen has everything you'll need to make small or large meals. It's pretty much a perfect place.
