Central Air and Heating. Outdoor and Indoor gas fireplace. Large Private patio with patio furniture and excellent views. Laundry room in Condo. Underground parking for 2 vehicles, extra parking by front entrance of condo. Close to Zions Park, Sand Hollow, Golf, Rosenbruch Wildlife Museum, Dinosaur Tracks Museum, Fiesta Family Fun Center, ATVs and much more. Taxi Very Quiet Resort tucked in Coral Canyon. Perfect place to stay for a family! And it is just outside of St George, right off of the freeway...which was nice as we were going back and forth to St George. Very nice property at an affordable price. Extra well kept and clean. I highly recommend staying here!! My only complaint is not having a full length wall mirror. Minor thing but would be great with a family of girls getting ready like mine.

The lack of cell service is an issue. Also more specific instructions on how to watch TV would have been appreciated. We were unable to change the temperature. The door locking situation left us sitting outside for 30 minutes. However, the condo is beautiful and comfortable. The pool and clubhouse are also lovely.

An absolutely perfect place for a weekend getaway. Furniture was updated, kitchen was great, everything was clean. Great location. Easy check in process. Not a complaint, but if you have Verizon, your cell service won’t work where these are located. ATT worked fine. Worth noting. Comfortable beds and great patio with fireplace for relaxation!

We were lucky to stay here and bring in the new year in such a homey and close complex. I’ll admit to initially find the actual housing was a little complex but we enjoyed every minute of our stay!!

This is a really nice condo in a great location. Huge master bathroom with awesome shower and jetted hot tub. Only critique is the shades in the two bedrooms are really thin and the room gets light early. Not a big deal. But nice kitchen and living room and porch area and overall was perfect for our family.

This place was awesome. Everything was great super clean. Kids loved the pool. Great little spot that is super quiet and not in the middle of town with all the busy traffic.

We loved the unit, we wish the Air conditioner worked a little better. We are not used to sleeping at 74 degrees and couldn’t. The ice maker didn’t work either, and for what we paid would really expect it to.

Wonderful Stay
We very much enjoyed our 5 night stay over the July 4th weekend. This was our home base while we visited Zion National Park and the local State Parks. The property is as advertised, beautiful, with extra amenities with the tennis court, basketball court, and pool. Excellent communication ahead of our visit and we had no issues during out stay. Highly recommend.

Zion Trip
The property is like the resort unit. It is very clean and well organized. We just wanted to stay inside to enjoy the property even though our main reason for the trip to explore ourselves to Zion and Bryce. Thank you to Karla for this opportunity.

Centrally located for any adventure in the area. Very nice view from large patio. Excellent floor plan gives everyone their space. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Stay - Very Clean
We were very happy with our recent stay at Karla’s condo. It was a great home base for exploring the nearby National Parks. We had easy access to grocery and other stores. Our family enjoyed the pool amenities. We also thought the entire condo was very clean and had many extras like spices, hand soap, dish pods, laundry detergent, etc. Thank you!

Clean, comfy and well stocked. Kitchen had a few spices/oil which I appreciated. Location was close drive to St. George and easy 45 minute drive to Zion. Great stay!

Our family stayed here for several nights and we enjoyed it so much!!! Nice neighborhood, clean, comfortable, close to highway. Very responsive manager. Drive to Zion is about 50 minutes and close to St. George.

Great price, super easy to work with owner. It's huge and gorgeous. Right next to the clubhouse with so much to do (tennis, basketball, gym and indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub). Great location to get to Hurricane, St George, Zion, Vegas. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location
We loved everything about this property. It was clean, well stocked with the basics and the access to the pool (indoor and outdoor), tennis and basketball courts was fantastic. Great views from the balcony and the location with easy access to both Zion National Park and St. George was perfect. We liked the quite feel of the neighborhood that was away from the hectic downtown St. George vibe, but still had access to shopping and eating within 10 minutes. We plan to stay here again in the future!
