14 miles to Yellowstone HOT TUB!
About this cabin rental
Please feel free to inquire about the rental. We'd love to answer your questions! Our cabin was built in 2015 and features custom built log railings inside and out. It is a labor of love and we hope you enjoy visiting the property as much as we do. Our cabins sit at the base of 125 acre, private mountain. We have built a 2nd cabin next door. If you need additional space perhaps renting both cabins would work for you! (2nd cabin search #875127) We also have our new "Treehouse" cabins that sleep 2. (#1713755 and #1716738) The cabins sleep 6 comfortably in 2 queen beds: One in the bedroom on the main level and one in the upstairs loft. 2 Twin beds in upstairs loft. Bed, bath and kitchen linens are all provided. A full sized washer and dryer help you pack for your vacation a little lighter so you have room in your suitcase to take home souvenirs! The kitchen features full size appliances so you can easily bring groceries with you and prepare food for your friends and family. Outside fire pit and grill area. Hot dog/marshmallow roasting sticks provided. The living room has satellite TV (Dish Network). Wi-Fi is available and shared with cabin next door. However, we find ourselves on the front porch watching for deer and moose that frequent the area or just sitting and "taking it all in!" The Island Park area is famous for world-class fishing on the Henry's Fork of the Snake River, the nearby Madison River and Henry's Lake. Summer activities include excursions to Yellowstone Park, Harriman State Park or Hebgan Lake. Perhaps you prefer to pack a picnic and hike or bicycle up the private mountain behind the cabin. We recommend you take time to view Mesa Falls waterfall, drive to the top of Sawtelle mountain, float the river from Big Springs to Macks Inn, visit the Johnny Sack historic cabin and of course take a moment to just relax and breath! Don't forget the winter! The area is known as a winter wonderland and the cabin has easy, year round access off highway 20. There is plenty of parking for your snowmobile trailers. (Snowmobilers please respect our mountain and limit your activity to the unplowed road for taking tubers, snowboarders and skiers up the hill.Thank You) Access to the snowmobile trail system and all the backcountry riding you could want is across the highway. It boasts over 500 miles of groomed trails that link the Island Park area to West Yellowstone, MT. Ski trips can be north to Big Sky or south to Grand Targhee and Jackson Hole only a couple hours away. Hot tub on outside deck! Come and enjoy a warm, relaxing soak after a long day of travel in the car or on the snowmobiles! Our family welcomes you to Island Park....our little piece of heaven!

Very clean and neat. A little close to the Hwy, but not bad. Made for easy accents to the park. Hot tube was nice and well used after a full day of hiking and exploring the park.

Our family loved this location and the amenities offered. We have young children and they enjoyed the hot tub and had fun sleeping in the loft. My husband and I enjoyed being able to cook and grill our own meals and do our laundry. The kitchen had everything we needed. The cabin was very clean and everything was in good condition.

The cabin was absolutely amazing. Plenty of place for everyone. Very well kept and very clean. The kitchen and grill was great to come back to for a home cooked meal after a day in Yellowstone. Very close to the National park and shopping areas in West Yellowstone. Property manager was so good about communicating with us and made sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!! We loved it!

My family of 5 stayed here and it was perfect for us. Very clean, fresh, and fully stocked. This cabin was awesome and I would highly recommend. We loved coming back from Yellowstone each night and soaking in the hot tub! We used the grill area and fire pit, and it was awesome. The sunsets that you can see from the cabin over Henry Lake are amazing! The owner was great to work with! The only minor negative was that it is right off Highway 20. Like right off. So if you open the windows at night you hear the traffics noise. Other than that, everything was just perfect.

Our family of four (kids ages 17 & 20) stayed here for 5 nights while we explored Yellowstone NP, and it was perfect. The cabin was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with coffee, some seasonings, pots and pans, and there was an outdoor area for grilling (propane). The washer and dryer really came in handy as well. About 15-20 minutes from West Yellowstone, which has restaurants, a couple of grocery stores, shops, and the entrance to the Park. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I had a great stay. Very comfortable and clean. Amenities were on point. Would be a great place for a family as well. The only complaint I can think of is the highway noise, but it wasn’t bothersome enough to not stay again.

We had a great time at the cabin. The cabin is clean and roomy enough to accommodate a family of four or even larger and not to get on each other's nerve - just kidding about the last. But it is very roomy. The mattresses are comfortable, and you will a good night's sleep. The cabin is well equipped with the necessities and more. You cannot bit the proximity to the Yellowstone National Park and even to Teton NP through YNP. We miss the cabin already. Recommend to all.

Great rental experience
This cabin is great --- feels brand new, very clean, modern. Kids loved the loft. We used the hot tub every night -- aaah! Lots of shopping and restaurants in West Yellowstone, 15 minutes away and on your way into the NP. This was an easy, seamless rental experience. Just be prepared that the location is what it is -- it's not back in the woods, it is near the highway, so there will be road noise at night.

This is a beautiful property! Very comfortable for my family of 4. Watch the gorgeous sunset over the mountains each night from the hot tub or fire pit. The host offers many generous amenities, including kitchen items, beach towels, roasting sticks, full cooking supplies, and more. It is also near great local hikes and water features outside Yellowstone, which create nice breaks. Location is also close to West Yellowstone as well as quaint local restaurants (Cafe Sabor!!). We did not want to leave this place!
