The second floor has a 2nd full bath as well. On the 3rd floor, the bedroom loft sleeps 4 and has a flat screen TV with cable. The property also has a washer and dryer on the 3rd floor. The large back deck houses the property's spa and BBQ and outdoor dining table and seating area. The property is a few bus stops away from golf, hiking, skiing, mountain biking and lots of other mountain sports and recreational activities. The hot tub and steam room and the rest of the facility are open year-round with the exception of the outdoor pools. LOCAL MANAGER: Our local manager is available during your stay. She will arrange to meet you at the property to give you the door code and to show you how everything works OR she will give you the code to the front door and check-in with you via phone or text. PARKING: Guests may park in the 1-car detached garage, which should accommodate most SUV's.  There is also additional overflow parking in the complex.  The garage with a combo pad garage door opener also has a roomy, lockable closet for all your equipment. No Winter Parking in front of unit to accommodate snow removal. TRANSPORTATION: The FREE Park City shuttle stop is right outside the property and it can whisk you away to the resorts and Old-Town. High Valley Transit provides free on-demand transit via an App. A rental car is not necessary as the free shuttle makes it so easy to get around town for dining and to all the resorts! CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund if you cancel for any reason at least 60 days in advance of check-in. If you cancel LESS than 60-DAYS in advance of check-in AND WE ARE ABLE to RE-RENT your dates, you will receive a prorated refund. There is no refund If we are unable to re-rent your dates.
