Great Marietta Location convenient to 120 Loop, I-75, Roswell Rd & Barrett Pkwy. Entrance door outside detached garage. Full tiled bath with bath/shower. Granite kitchenette with mini fridge. Has its own thermostat, chest of drawers, walk-in closet, TV & more! Wifi included. Perfect for business trips or your own space while visiting family. 2 person max & no visitors allowed. No smoking on the premises inside or outside. It is totally private, not a shared space. Apartment is seperate from main house. Guests have access to the garage apartment above our detached garage from our home. I am available anytime you need me. Tons of restaurants, the interstate, shopping, and White Water. Getting around is best by car, but there are always tons of Uber’s around too. :) Home owner is a licensed real estate agent in the state in which the property is located.

Nice property but hard to find in the dark with the mailbox # different from listing. Would have been nice if info book referenced in the video had been available. A few suggestions to owners: put a motion light on side of garage to light up the very dark path from designated parking area; leave either an extra blanket or fuzzy throw in closet as the outer big room was very cold in January and could have been used on bed which had only sheet and thin quilted bedspread; buy blinds that actually cover entire windows as standing in shower and being able to view neighbor's house not cool.

I was in town for business so my stay was not long but I did enjoy my stay while i was there! The property itself is beautiful as well as the neighborhood it’s located in. It’s perfectly tucked away so it’s very quiet, making a perfect place to stay if you’re in town for work/business. Slight hiccup during the check in process but the host was communicative & response time was fast so it all worked out. The space itself looks as described in the photos. My only call out about the space is the cleanliness. Everything was clean however the blanket at the foot of the bed had a visible dried up stain on it. Didn't mention because I did not use it however it created some doubt about the cleanliness. There was also an unpleasant odor, similar to cat urine so I had to spray & burn my candle to rid the smell while I was there. I’d suggest doing a carpet & furniture cleaning. This smell was also all over the towels left out which again leaves an unpleasant impression however, I did not mention this during the stay because I had my own bath towel & wash cloths. Apart from these things, the space was great. My last suggestion for the host is to be to a little flexible or open to adjustments in the event of emergencies only. I had a family emergency arise during my stay & inquired about adjusting my check out & was told their policy doesn’t allow this once the day of the reservation comes. understandable! They did provide a partial refund a few days after so it’s greatly appreciated!

If you're looking for a decent, quiet, private, kept place to lay your head for the evening this will suffice. They supply a link to a video that explains how to enter the property and where to park. Everything operated per the instructions, and I was able to communicate with the property owners via text. Things to improve; they have a huge well-lit driveway but only allow their guests to park on the side of the property in the dark woods next to a scary-looking carport, which is inconvenient in terms of proximity to the loft and for a city dweller such as muself a bit intimidating. The place was well kept but could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly (i.e., the dishes looked crusty and the fridge though bare could have been cleaned better). The towels and linen were good. So overall I'd say it was ok. Not my first choice but not the worst choice.

The property was quiet and in a nice neighborhood. Over garage so did here property owners go in and out. Woke me up on weekdays about 7:30. Bed very comfortable. Plenty of bath towels but no hand towels or wash cloths. Would stay again.

this is what stuck out: on sunday, i needed an afternoon nap. pulled up to the property and there were lots of cars. owners of the main property were having a pool party with a bunch of kids being loud kids at a pool party. When i went inside the loft apartment, the noise didn't *completely* dissipate, but it was still much much quieter than I expected. i was able to nap with no issues. great spot with plenty of space and supplies at a great price. I would definitely go back. Thanks for giving me what I needed.

I had a great stay. The property is true to the description online. The hosts were also friendly and provided detailed instructions the morning of check-in and answered all questions on the app. I definitely recommend this place for solo travelers looking for a safe and quiet place.

The apartment is lovely, neat, and well cared for. The area is very quiet and not far away from activities, such as restaurants, fun, and movies. My only con was, I had some questions and only 1 was answered, the code to get in. Other than that, I enjoyed the place. Marie

We felt this place was overrated. A bit disappointed when we first arrived. When we entered the door it smelled of musty dog and as we walked up the stairs we could smell a floral scent which was probably masking the animal smell. Carpets were vacuumed but stained. Bed had no top sheet, just one thin cover blanket. No extra blankets in living room or bedroom. It is a full size bed, not a queen. Pillows were flat. Couch was a pull-out but no bedding offered. Have experienced more thoughtfulness at other vrbo rentals. Kids were loud in pool. Obviously can hear garage doors opening and closing underneath the rental. If you want a cheap option out of the city this is ok but otherwise not as charming as the pictures or reviews lead on.
