Our condo is located in the beautiful "The Sea Village" condo complex (unit 3216). We also own the 1 bedroom condo (unit 3217) right beside (VRBO # 1197944). This 2 bedroom condo over looks the pacific ocean with breathtaking views, & incredible sunsets from the comfort of your own lanai. A perfect place to sit back, relax, & enjoy every minute of your vacation. The condo is absolutely beautiful. It has been completely renovated. It is a definite MUST SEE! Attention to detail has been made to every aspect of the design, and construction. The condo is very bright, with a lovely breeze that flows in from the ocean. It is impeccably maintained and extremely clean. The condo has 2 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a full bath ensuite with a queen size bed. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, with an accessible full bathroom. The condo is also very kid friendly. From the condo you can watch dolphins playing, whales migrating, and fish jumping. For those looking for more adventure...you can swim & snorkel right off the rocks seen from the lanai. The condo grounds are meticulously maintained. The pool & jacuzzi sit behind a sea wall, just feet from the ocean. The BBQ's and picnic tables are perfectly positioned to enjoy the stunning sunsets while preparing your meals. Walking out on the balcony to be right on he ocean was awesome. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful. Our hostess was so kind and the condo was so clean. I would absolutely recommend this place and a very short distance to a luau.

Loved this VRBO! Amazing views, spacious and in awesome location. I only wish it would have mentioned the no AC but it was doable for the most part when opened windows and turned the fans on full blast. Definitely would recommend this place and stay here again.

Condo was perfect and view was amazing! We even got to watch dolphins spin and flip one day aff the lanai! Host was very helpful and listing was accurate. Only downside was no air-conditioning but we left the screen doors and windows open which helped. Definitely recommend unit to others.

Aloha! We had a beautiful trip to Kona and loved the condo. The condo complex is extremely well maintained as is the actual unit. The owners are extremely nice and helpful! The condo has everything you need for your trips to the beach, we did buy a beach umbrella which we left. So there were beach chairs, now the umbrella, coolers, snorkel gear, sand toys and more. The only thing I wish they had provided was sheets for the couch bed. Mahalo for a wonderful time!

This property is bright, clean, and well appointed. We wanted for nothing while we were here. It was one of our favorite things to get back in time for sunset on the porch. Watching sea life and activities (swimmers, boats and paddlers) was interesting every morning at breakfast. There was room enough for our family to spread out. The condo community was just far enough outside of Kona to mute the noise of town, slow down a little bit, yet close enough for groceries. Free and ample parking and a M-F coffee shop within walking distance.

A great location for a home base- friendly, quiet neighbors and beautifully landscaped with grills, picnic tables, pool, and spa. The condo is modern, clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. And such a glorious view, especially from the lanai. The sound of the sea, and, oh, those sunsets!!

The family and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo in Kona. The location is perfect. Short drive to downtown Kona or you can easily walk or hop on a blue bike that's just across the street. The coffee shop in the parking lot is fantastic. We enjoyed sitting on the Lanai and were able to see spinner dolphins in the morning and a Manta Ray at night since the light from the building attracts its food. The owner was very responsive to our issue when we were having problems with the local contact. The beach equipment they provide is wonderful and came in handy.

Condo was exactly as pictured. View from the lanai was stellar. Close to pool but directly on ocean. Very good airflow and fans. Lots of beach gear. Wish there had been a coffee grinder but frig with ice in door was a great feature.

We had a great stay at Sea Village! Condo was well equipped with all beach and living needs. Very comfortable and well maintained property. It is nice to be able to hang out with our teenagers in a home-like environment with a fabulous ocean view! We loved hearing the ocean all the time too.

Easy check in process, and the property was as advertised. Very clean, and airy as well. It was well stocked with everything that you would need for a stay, from boogie boards to can openers to clothespins! Ample places to dry out our daily swimsuits, and the airflow through the property made the stay very enjoyable. Parking was a cinch, and the property was quiet in the evenings. Be aware though, you will be getting up with the birds if you leave the windows open! Sunset over the water was beautiful. On the first day we had a cruise ship come into Kona harbor and we enjoyed watching the cutters take cruisers back and forth. Canoe teams launched daily, and there were a couple of parasailers as well! Location was great, the sound of the ocean was soothing, and there were shops just north and beaches just south. Would definitely stay here again with my family!

I have stayed in multiple units at the Sea Village over the last 25 years and this one is by far my favorite! It was very clean and the unit was well equipped with everything you need. Beach chairs and a cooler were a huge perk for us! Plenty of beach towels and enough chairs for 6 people to sit on the lanai which was our favorite spot. Clean and comfortable beds, great spot for a relaxing trip to the Big Island! I promise you won’t regret booking this property.

Very nice location with an excellent view from the deck. Be aware this unit is on the second floor. The only problem with the unit is that both bedrooms had terrible matresses. We had to purchase a $100 mattress cover in order to get a good nights sleep. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

We didn’t spend much time at the condo as we were too busy exploring the island, but we found the condo to be perfect for us. Many things were provided that was helpful, like beach chairs and umbrellas. The location was perfect, just about a mile walk into town. We were surprised at first that there was no AC, but sleeping at night was no problem. The ceiling fans did a good job keeping us cool. That being said, the residents here all keep there windows open, including us, so you hear everything going on around you. Like I said, no big deal for us, we were hardly there. Only thing not provided was bar soap. That would have been nice. But the view from the balcony is amazing! We would stay here again.

Great place to stay with amazing views. The location was very clean with lots of beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas, coolers) to assist in your stay. The furniture and cabinets are all in great shape. The bathrooms were clean with great tile work. The photos are all accurate including the balcony view, no tricks here.
