About this house rental
Situated in Saint Augustine Beach, this charming house for $564 per night is a great option for your next break. Welcome to Family Tides!! Imagine sitting on the 2nd story balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee listening to and watching the ocean waves and the colors of the sunrise. Or perhaps a glass of wine at the end of the day seeing the brilliant colors of the sky turning to dusk before your 5 minute walk over to Mango Mangos for dinner. Family Tides is our brand new beach home and we are proud to offer it to you for your vacation rental. The beach house has Ocean Views, 5 minute walk to the sand, ocean block location, walk to restaurants and shops, new construction 2 story, 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath house sleeps 8-10. We have a beautiful, clean interior with hardwood floors modern kitchen, and an open floor plan. Unique features include 2 master bed rooms, one of which is a Master Suite with large walk in closet and doorless shower. The living, dining and kitchen area are on the second floor which includes a large balcony featuring views of the ocean and 2 cafe tables. The dining area has a large table with eight chairs and also a bar height counter with 4 bar stools. The kitchen is equipped with radiant heat cook top and stove, large refrigerator with filtered water and ice, 12 cup coffee maker, keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster and a large pantry. All the plates, cups, utensils, flatware, cookware and knives are available for times you want to prepare a meal. We even included many common spices. The house also includes a large screened in patio in the backyard with lounge furniture and a table and chairs as well as outdoor lighting. There is also a large patio with fire pit! There is an LED smart tv equipped with AT&T Uverse in the living area along with a bluetooth speaker bar, and a LED smart tv in the master suite. There is full high speed wireless Uverse Internet access included as well. The bedroom configuration includes the following: Upper Level Master Suite: King size bed with memory foam mattress; a full size pull out sofa, and a large bathroom with unique doorless shower. Lower Level Master Bedroom: Queen size bed with memory foam mattress; a full size comfortable futon, attached bathroom and shower. Door access to screened in patio. 3rd bedroom: Unique Full over Full bed each with memory foam mattresses and a large walk in closet. Door access to screened in patio. We have included many extras to make your stay easy and fun including: several bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels as well as many board games. The large 2 car garage and driveway means no fighting for a parking spot at the beach. You are already at the beach!! Family Tides has everything you need to enjoy a great relaxing time at the beach in one of the greatest beach towns in the country. We love the city of St. Augustine (10 minute drive) but really love the city of St. Augustine Beach. We are sure that you will love Family Tides and remember your vacation at our home for years to come. Please, no pets allowed. No smoking permitted.

House is very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed! Plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, and beach towels made packing a bit lighter! Just a few steps to the beach that was not overly crowded. We loved the location as well and would definitely stay here again. Communication, check in, etc was all easy and great! My family and I had the best vacation here! You simply cannot beat the location. A few minutes walk to the beautiful beach. The house itself was impressively clean; the kitchen was large and spacious, and living area great to just lounge. There were a few outdoor areas to choose from. I just wish we had more time to enjoy them! It’s the only place I ever want to stay! The hosts were quick to respond and check in to make sure everything was okay. Thank you for letting us stay at your amazing house!

It was a good space for three adults, each had our own bathroom. Only problem was the bedding, no mattress pad and terribly uncomfortable pillows.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Everyone in our group loved the location of the property in proximity to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and even some shopping. The property is beautiful and had plenty of room for our group. We will definitely book this property again when we travel to St. Augustine again some day.

The location of this rental is amazing! It’s on a quiet street, and the beach is just steps ways with no busy streets to cross. There aren’t hotels/condo buildings next door, so the beach was not crowded. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, kids toys, beach wagon and bikes available for use. The home was updated, very clean, had comfortable beds, and is a great layout for larger families or multi-family vacations. We would love to stay here again in the future!

We have visited St. Augustine a few times and this is our favorite place by far. The house was beautiful and clean. Just a few steps away from the beach and our favorite taco place. The owner was very responsive and there were plenty of beach toys in the garage for us to use. We look forward to visiting again!

100% recommend this property. Cleanliness, ease of speaking with property manager, comfortable beds, location, extras included such as bikes and beach toys, yard oh and did i mention location !!! We had a perfect stay. Definitely will come back!!!

We were very pleased with this house. It was very close to the beach, within walking distance, and it had beach chairs, beach umbrella and towels to use. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean! We enjoyed the wrap around porch to listen to the ocean, especially at night, and the back screened in porch and outdoor patio were great for relaxing in! I would highly recommend this property. The property manager, Donna, was very professional and promptly responded to all of our questions.

Nice house. Bunk beds need to go. Need to have written instructions on how to operate T V. We are all senior citizens. Asking us to leave by ten A M a little early. No problem with starting dish washer but asking us to stay around and empty, really!

We had 5 adults stay here for over a week. Plenty of space, bathrooms, and kitchen. One block from beach and plenty of beach equipment is available. Parking is good for two large vehicles. Many restaurants are nearby. We would definitely stay here again.
