Located in Key West, this charming house for $660 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Craig & Cindy Truman Annex Foundry Townhouse is a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse in the best location in all of Key West....Truman Annex. We offer 2 Foundry Townhouses practically adjacent to each other. Truman Annex is a six block gated community right at the entrance to Ft. Zachary Beach, 2 blocks from Duval Street, and right next to the nightly Sunset Festival at Mallory Square. While a parking spot is provided...a car is not needed as you can walk to everything! The townhouse features a king bed, 2 twin beds (or request a conversion to a king bed) and a sleeper sofa. First floor features an open floor plan with a large living room and kitchen along with a 1/2 bath and outside deck. The second floor features bedroom #1 with an En Suite full bathroom and private balcony. The third floor features bedroom #2 with an En Suite full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded appliances and everything you need to cook, including such essentials as a blender for those fun drinks, coffee maker for the next morning, and a microwave for the late night popcorn! Each bedroom has a flat panel TV and there is a large 55" Smart TV in the living room. Complete stereo system with CD player full of music and/or an Amazon Echo with Bluetooth so you can play music from your phone or just tell "Alexa" to play your favorite song. Blu Ray DVD player with movies and much more! Ceiling fans in every room plus central air. Internet service provided at no additional cost. All linens and towels (including beach towels) are included. Each Townhouse sleeps up to six when using the queen sleeper sofa. Except for festivals such as Fantasy Fest, Meeting of the Minds, and Powerboat Races, we generally require Saturday-Saturday rentals so if your dates are not Saturday-Saturday please email us with your dates prior to booking so that we can check our calendar to see if an exception is possible. We recently spent a week in this lovely and very comfortable condominium unit in the Truman Annex neighborhood, and we highly recommend it.
The unit is a 3-level walkup, located in the former Foundry building directly off of Front Street. Due to the manner that foundry buildings were built in the last century to contain fires, when converted to living units they have the benefit of being virtually soundproof. To anyone who has ever stayed in any of the excellent hotels, B&Bs, or guesthouses in Old Town, you'll understand why having a soundproof residence slightly away from the "action" can be a real blessing.
The home itself is extremely relaxing, with a well-appointed kitchen/dining area, comfortable chairs and sofa, and wonderful mattresses.
We have traveled extensively and have rented luxury homes for large and small family gatherings in a wide variety of locations, including beachfront homes costing many times more, but this home ranks very well with all of the others.
Of special mention is the superior management of Craig & Cindy's Key West Rentals which manage a small number of homes in the area. Though everything was well maintained, fully operable, and nicely clean, they provide their guests with the personal cell numbers of their maintenance manager, their housekeeping manager, and themselves.
We have absolutely nothing to say of the slightest negativity about either the home or the management, and are already planning our next visit with them.

This location was absolutely perfect for enjoying old town; walking distance to everything you'd need we never ordered an uber except for to and from the airport. I wish the curtains were a little darker so the sunlight wouldnt wake us up in the morning but overall a WONDERFUL place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a perfect location from everything. There was plenty of space on the patio for all of our bikes (5 of them). It was very quiet and peaceful. The pool is close to the condo and we never had a problem finding somewhere to sit. The condo is decorated nicely and the beds were very comfortable. Loved having a washer and dryer. I have learned over the years that this is a must.
A lot of stairs to go up and down. I have to say that was a good thing at times though, with all of the wonderful food and drinks we had. :)

Highly recommend!
My husband, our friends and myself really enjoyed our stay here! It’s very spacious and we loved having a parking spot right outside our building. It also has a washer and dryer which came in handy our last couple days. Everything was near by, you really can’t beat this location. The host was also very communicative, which I appreciate! The only downfall we had was a lack of cleaning supplies. We had to buy trash bags, dish soap and paper towels a couple days in to the stay as there were very little left. A cleaner for the counter tops would have also been useful as we did a lot of cooking. We didn’t find the beach towels until the end when we did laundry because they were in the dryer. Very small inconveniences, but overall it was a fantastic stay and we will certainly be back!

Everything was great!! Check-in / parking pass was a breeze, the townhouse was absolutely spotless (kudos to Marcela!!!), and the location cannot be topped! Our only disappointment was the small pool, which was way overcrowded. Having said that, we would definitely return to this beautiful property!

Great location and property in Key West!
Truman Annex is so convenient to everything in Key West. Duval Street, Mallory Square, Historic Harbor and more all within walking distance. The gated community is also very quiet. The pool is relaxing as well. The townhouse was just as advertised and worked well for two couples traveling together. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We loved the property and location. The only downside was the fact that the gate key didn’t work so we had to always go to the main entrance once the other gates were closed.

We knew we wanted to stay in the Truman Annex. Close to everything we love... only a few minutes to Mallory Square or Zachary Taylor State Park. We rented bikes for the week and loved the townhouse. Clean, quiet and perfect for us. Highly recommend renting from Cynthia and Craig Tellerd!!!!

Relax In Style!
As long time visitors of Key West we have always stayed in hotels, until now. We rented Truman Annex Foundry #14 and loved every minute of it. The unit was very clean and extremely comfortable. Being able to make our own breakfast was such a nice change. The location was also excellent as we were so close to our favorite restaurants and hangouts. We will definitely rent one of Craig and Cindy's properties again. Thank you! Scott & Ruth
