Cabin was awesome! Perfect location. Would definitely stay here again. Property description was accurate and communication was good. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of wildlife passing through. Stayed in early summer; house was nice and cool with plenty of windows.

We loved our stay at Troy and Marie's cabin in Estes Park. As other reviews have mentioned, the pictures don't do it justice! The cabin's location is great, it's very close to the park. It was also lovingly furnished and well stocked.
We were there for just two nights, but wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice place. Was clean. There are three steps in the house that have to carefully navigated. Great communication from owners.

Perfect cabin for a perfect getaway! Right near the entrance of RMNP!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Very nice home to stay in for a trip to Estes Park and to use as a base for exploring RMNP.
It’s literally steps from the RMNP sign, easy in/out of the park. Even better location now with all the construction on the road that leads to downtown Estes. Able to easily access food places and groceries without having to go through town and all that traffic.
Process to book and arrive, communication with owners all excellent. The place has everything you need for a short or longer stay. We were there 3 nights and had no issues with anything. Home is clean, had plenty of room for our family of 5, which includes 3 teenagers. As the listing states, home does not have AC and we caught a hot week. Since we were out hiking during the day and the homes has multiple fans, it was manageable, the home cools off fast in the evening hours if you keep the blinds up during the day and open the windows in the evening. The owners made sure we were aware and gave good instructions on everything.
Would definitely come back anytime!

This was the perfect location for our plans in Estes Park. The hosts were great communicators and our stay went exactly as planned. Not sure you can ask for any more than that!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin in Estes Park! We planned to make RMNP the highlight of our visit, and it is in the perfect location, close to the park entrance, but still within easy driving distance to downtown. The cabin was super clean, kitchen was stocked with what we needed, and beds were comfortable. Watching deer and elk right outside the window was a serious perk! We even met the incredibly nice neighbor building the cabin next door, who was a wealth of information about the park, wildlife, etc. Would definitely return!

The cabin was clean, spacious, and located very close to an entrance of RMNP. Backyard porch is perfect for grilling, eating, relaxing, and just being in the mountains. It was super convenient for us that the cabin had a pack-n-play and some toys for our kids (ages 2.5 and 4.5). We were sad to leave and would love to stay again!

This cabin was a great fit for our family vacation. Perfect size for our family of 4, great location close to RMNP, restaurants, grocery, etc. Lots of wildlife right in the front yard and good views. I would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely long weekend at this comfortable house which is just about 5 minutes to the gates of RMNP. It is also close to downtown where there’s tons of great dining and shopping. The house was clean and very comfortable for our family of 4!

We had a great stay at this cabin! Washer/dryer, full kitchen, great living room/movie area to relax, 2 showers.
Literally a walk to the RMRP entry sign.
As an fyi- there is construction going on directly beside the house but, it was minimal and didn’t effect our stay at all.

Cute cabin! Place was clean and fully stocked which was nice! Beds were very comfortable, too. Cons: construction of house right next door so that kinda killed the “scenic” vibe. (Not owners fault tho.) I also thought it important to note that the house has several places with one step up or down. Not a big deal for someone like us, but anyone who has balance/leg/hip issues may find this difficult/bothersome. But overall, great place! Would stay again!

Larimer County Home
The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. With a deck in the front and a quiet patio in back we really enjoyed our time outside. Plenty of room in the kitchen and dining area, and a large master bathroom made this an easy place to relax. Just be aware that there is only one parking space and plan accordingly.

Great stay
Great home and location. So close to RMNP and just a few minutes from downtown. There was plenty of room for our family. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. The house got warm during the day, but opening the windows and using fans helped cool it down at night. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, cute, convenient to RMNP
Nicer than the pictures. Great location. Worked very well for our family (2 adults, 5yo, 3yo). Easy drive to RMNP and into town. Secluded but convenient.
We happened to come on a REALLY hot week. No A/C which is expected for Estes, but could have used a couple better fans / ceiling fan in the bedrooms.
Hosts were great communicators. We would definitely stay again.

We were very comfortable in this beautiful home. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. With no AC, it was a must to keep windows open during the day and there was always a nice breeze. We enjoyed birdwatching in the shade from the backyard patio. It was cool at night, in September, but we were toasty warm at night. Just a short distance to RMNP. Neighbors were closer than expected from VRBO posted pictures. Highly recommend the property.

My family and I loved our stay here, the proximity to Estes and the town was awesome. The beds were comfortable and there was a lot of space to spread out and work remotely for a couple days. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Cabin was stuffy and hot upon arriving.
7 room cabin with 5 different step up/step down elevations. This made it difficult to navigate with lights off. Only lit step was in the hallway.
The outside of cabin is in need of yard maintenance (old pics in VRBO listing)
and definately no privacy from neighbors while in the kitchen.
