This is the perfect place for a family and friends get-away. Great Location! We offer a fully stocked kitchen including coffee, tea, sugar and Splenda. Plenty of towels, body wash and toilet paper. Fresh sheets ready for a great comfortable night’s sleep. This location is great for everyone. New park across the street with swings, skateboarding and tennis. We also include racquets and tennis balls. Home is a short walk to the new PLEASURE PIER. The house sleeps 10, has 4 bedrooms, a loft and two full bathrooms, a large living area and kitchen. We have a flat screen TV in the living room and a TV in each of the 4 bedrooms. Super fast cable internet with XFINITY. DVD player in the living room. We will be adding new things based upon your requests for your comfort. We have a big 2 car garage with parking behind it so you don't have to park on the street. There are no hidden fees in our prices. So plan your next getaway with us. Seven one three two O six three four five six. Fun and Sun awaits you! We are always available for questions by email or a quick phone call. Note we do have a ring doorbell with camera and audio next to the front door for outside security that is on 24 hours a day. Older house, but the location was great. Very close to the beach, Pleasure Pier and the splash pad next door. For the cost we paid, the location couldn't be beat,

You can't beat the price and the location of this place. Its convenient to the beach and located across from a splash pad, park, and skate park for the kids. The skate park stays open till 11 and it usually has some older kids/young adults out until it closes, but all of them were really nice and great with the kids watching. They even answered questions my kid had and gave him some tips. The house is a bit dated, but makes up for that in space provided. There are tvs in the rooms as well, just limited viewing options. My wife did clean some portions of the house when we got there that weren't cleaned the best, but she also owns a cleaning business. Cabinets were well stocked with necessary dishes and apploances for our group of 7 and more. The washer and dryer saved us on our 5 night stay. The communication with the host was easy as well. Would consider renting again if we go back down there.

The grand kids loved the house and all the room-we were close to all the fun things to do and were able to brings the grand pups also. It was a wonderful vacation and I'm glad we had a chance to enjoy our time.

Absolutely loved the location. We were within walking distance to so many activities. The beach, Pleasure Pier, restaurants and a park that included a splash pad. The place slept 9 of us. A very well stocked kitchen. The sofa in the living room was great and we loved sitting on the back porch. Our only complaint was the mattress in the downstairs bedroom was awful.

Stayed over Memorial Day weekend and then the rest of the week. Place was great as it was super close to many things that we did with the littles. Able to take them to the park and splash pad and walk to the beach and come back without having to take the car and find parking. Property is nicely positioned that it is far enough away from the main road that you don't hear that traffic but great proximity to walk to beach each day. Found our new rental for Galveston trips.

We loved the beach house for our first trip to Galveston. The kitchen was good for eating in, lots of space for the kids and easy access to the beach. It was an extra bonus to have a garage. There were kids beach toys so we did not have to purchase any. There were tennis rackets to take advantage of the park across the street. Our dog was welcomed!

Walt and Vicki's house was perfect for our extended family's Christmas get-together. The location doesn't get any better: one block from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and the Pleasure Pier which the kids loved, a park across the street with a playground, skate park and dog park. The house was great as well - plenty of room to easily accommodate the nine of us for sleeping, eating, and socializing. The private back yard is a plus if you have a small dog. Communications with Walt were great. We will be back.

Location is great. Unfortunately when we went it was raining and cold but the nice thing about this house is it has two living room areas. One was upstairs and one downstairs so we didn’t feel crammed in on our rainy days. We did have one day without rain and the park across from the house was a hit with all of my grandsons. Extremely nice park across from the house. The beach and the Pleasure Pier is also an easy walk from the house.

We stayed here with four grandchildren, ages 8-14, and had a marvelous time. Perfect location near the beach and Pleasure Pier, with a city park across the street. Washer and dryer in the kitchen for those sandy clothes. Large bedroom and full bath downstairs, with full bath, 3 bedrooms and loft upstairs. One of the grandkids said, " I want to live here!" Hosts gave excellent instructions and communication was easy.

Great location. Across the street from the beach and 2 blocks to the amusement park. Also across the street from the kids playground and small water park. Owner was great with communicating. Could use some updates with painting and colors, but comfortable and adequate. We had 6 adults and 1 child still with plenty of room!! Would definitely book again if we go back to that area. 😃😃😊😊

Our family absolutely loved it here. The owners go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Also you can bring your pets which makes it a lot easier too. Please check out there place you will love it. There is a splash pad across the street and a really nice park too. If you like to go skateboarding there is a skate park there too. Tennis courts too. Can’t wait to book again next year. Thanks Walt and Vicki.

Location is nice close to the beach. But property was not clean when we arrived. Within 5 min of being there my daughter chocked on large pieces of hair/dirt balls and a plastic hair tie. House feels overpriced for what you get. Downstairs bed is not comfortable and very out dated. The rooms upstairs don’t all have doors. It’s more 3 bedrooms
