This location is the closest you can get to Canyon Lodge, the Canyon Express chairlift, Chair 8, and the Mammoth Ski School meeting spot. During the warmer months, the property offers direct access to Mammoth Mountain for hiking and biking. Located in the Sierra Megeve Condominium Complex, this property is located in the building closest to the slopes. All you need to do is grab your skis, cross the street and ski down to Canyon Lodge, Chair 8, the Canyon Express lift, or the ski school meeting spot. Enjoy stunning views of the slopes from the window seat all year round. The living room window looks out on the Canyon Express ski run and chair lift, so you can watch members of your family coming down the mountain on their way home for lunch!! MammothSkiInSkiOut offers this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo that sleeps 8 comfortably. There is a new king size bed in the master bedroom, new mattresses on our queen/queen bunk bed in the second bedroom, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The spacious condo includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area that seats up to 12, and a comfortable living room with flat screen TV, upgraded sound system, Blu-ray DVD player with internet connection, wood-burning fireplace, and sofa with queen size pull-out bed. Recently renovated, this Mammoth condo has brand new Serta Perfect Sleeper plush mattresses on all beds and a Jacuzzi tub for soothing weary muscles after a busy day on the slopes. MammothSkiInSkiOut offers free internet access and a printer/scanner for your use. There is also a deck off the living room from which you can watch the village gondola go by. After a full day of skiing, take the village gondola from right outside our door downtown for shopping, dining and other après ski activities. During the warmer months we have an electric grill out there to make dinner a breeze! MammothSkiInSkiOut has underground parking for two vehicles. There is also a pool, outdoor spa, and laundry room.

Close to lifts and canyon lodge. The ease of getting to the lift and getting back was a breeze. The condo was comfortable and roomy enough for 6 people. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved this condo, and we can't wait to come back for another ski trip. The check-in was seamless, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was nice & cozy. We could not have asked for a better ski vacay!

Condo is located about as close to Canyon Lodge as possible. Layout is ideal for a family with large kitchen and sitting area. The bedrooms and beds were also nice and comfortable. Check in process and instructions were also smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed being able to park the car in the garage under the building and leave it there until it was time to go home. No need to drive anywhere as we brought groceries and just a quick walk across the street to the lift and village gondola.
The only problem during our stay was the noisy upstairs neighbors. It sounded like they were running back and forth with ski boots on all evening and late at night.

The condo was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, comfortable, with an exceptionally well-stocked kitchen, and surrounded by beauty. There were great hikes in the near vicinity, which we had mostly to ourselves--given the off-season. We even encountered a bear cub near the condo one day--trotting along on his own (thankfully, no momma bear nearby!). An all-around perfect little get-away.

Throughly enjoyed the visit, in big part thanks to this place. The location is great and is close to the city center and gondola. Kids loved the bunk bed and thoughtfully stocked kitchen. Also, clean.

I stayed here with my 16 year old son for 12 nights in August while he did high altitude training. The location was great - close to trails and quiet. The condo itself was very clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms functioned well with good water pressure. Communication from the owner was fantastic!

The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because we were not able to park in the garage for our unit because they were pouring concrete in the driveway area, so we had to park in unit 2 which wasn’t close. And also the hallway lights are not on during the day and it’s very dark, trying to put in the number for the keypad was difficult.
but other than those 2 things we loved the condo.

Our family loves Mammoth! We are a couple with 3 kids. The condo was clean, easy and cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped to cook all meals. The barbecue, pool and jacuzzi are the ones you share with all the apartments of the condominium, they are not private. The add says there is outdoor space which we think it refers to this same common area. We went in summer. In winter you have the best location, right out of the slopes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is very nice, comfortable and just across the street from the ski lift. Very convenient no parking issues with two covered parking spots. Condo has everything you need. Would love to stay again. Would recommend to bring beach towels for the hot tub and slippers for the kitchen. Beds and linens were very comfortable. We had a relaxing and fun trip. The one day it was too snowy to ski we rode the gondola into town to shop and pick up dinner. Such a fun adventure. Thanks for hosting us.

This condo was one of the best stocked condos I have ever stayed in. The location was phenomenal! Literally steps to the slope! The kids and I were in heaven. Parking was amazing in the parking garage. We used the huge jacuzzi after skiing and soaked away our sore muscles. I will try and stay here again!

If you're looking for a vacation house this winter, this place is AWESOME! I love the place because its soooo CLEAN and ORGANIZE. The check in checkout is easy! And most importantly this vacation house is SKI IN SKI OUT! My family and friends will for sure comeback to this vacation house next winter season.

This unit's location makes it extremely convenient to get to the slopes. The underground parking is also a plus. The unit was comfortable for two adults and two kids. We enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Literally across the street from 3 lifts and the Canyon Lodge, the ability to see the mountain makes for a great start to the day. The unit was easily accessible, very clean with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable living space. There was no firewood in the unit and any on the deck was covered with 5 feet of snow and unusable. Owner was very responsive during internet and power outage and helped find us emergency firewood should we need it for heat, but dry wood inside the unit would have been helpful. Be advised if you are a light sleeper the upstairs neighbors could be a problem later at night or early in the morning as it truly sounds like they are marching around in ski boots, and there was only 1 person staying above at the time we were there. Parking garage a great plus for the amount of snow this winter! Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Location was absolutely amazing! Very comfortable living space with every amenity! You literally can wake up and look at the slopes you will be skiing on while enjoying breakfast!

Had a great family trip. In my opinion it great for 4 adults! Best loction ever with gondola to the village. Be warned it closes at 5pm so was not easy running around to eat unless you can find a sober driver. Owner is especially helpful and nice. Site manager is around to help with everything else. This is NOT a place for getting excited over pool. Clean and simple and all you need.

The location is beautiful and there is a very convenient shuttle to downtown Mammoth. Gila was a wonderful host. Can't recommend enough!

Amazing Mammoth Lake Unit
We absolutely loved staying in this gem of a unit. It felt like a luxurious home away from home. Great stay in Mammoth for a few days in the summer
Overall the property was great and just as described. I will note that it did feel smaller than the pictures represent, but that could be on me. The master bedroom was great, with a fine comfortable bed. The second bedroom, was cramped, and the kids complained that the beds were not comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and had all needed appliances. The wood burning stove was great, even in the summertime, and the balcony had an ample supply firewood, though don't plan on using the balcony for anything as there is just not any room out there. The keyless check-in process was great. We did have some loud neighbors next to us during our stay, but it wasn't too much of a problem. Also of note the laundry machines are shared, and are coin operated, so bring quarters and your own detergent. I'm not certain but it only seemed to have one washer dryer for the whole complex of several condos, so don't assume you won't have to wait.
Overall a very good stay and we would be happy to return. The location is ideal for the winter time to ski to the left, but even in the summer, the free trolley runs right in front of the condo, so you can get a lift anywhere if you don't have a car or don't want to drive.

The location is ideal for families that are looking for no hassle skiing. Our kids loved the ski school at Canyon lodge. The gondola and shuttles are right next door. The condo is very well set up for a family of four, we can’t wait to return!

Unless your staying on the mountain, you can’t get any closer to the lifts. Well equipped and maintained. Came exactly as advertised. Would absolutely stay here again.
