The apartment is cozy and nicely set up. Convenient to Metro, local bus and grocery stores. Enjoyed our staying very much!!!

Denise and Vince made it a pleasure on arrival, they directed us to the convenient parking space and showed us how to use the amenities and then just left us to enjoy LA. The doggies on site were a massive bonus for us. Location is ideal for getting on the highways for exploring, would have no doubts about staying here again. The stay was affordable which sealed the deal for us.

Spacious, exceptionally well-equipped and spotlessly clean. We were made very welcome by the hosts. This is one of the most comfortable places we have stayed.

Appartement very clean and full equiped for your stay , with all you need in the kitchen to make every type of meal. Included a free private parking place ( a must in LA) Good and easy communication during and before the stay. L'appartement est parfait et comprend une cuisine toute équipée , parking privatif gratuit , linge de maison fourni .... Excellente adresse pour un séjour à L.A. The condo was up-to-date, very clean and extremely well equipped. Denise and Vance are great people and are easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to spend some time in the Long Beach area.

Staying in Long Beach? Consider this well appointed one bedroom apartment just a mile or so from downtown and the beach. Hosts are very accommodating and gracious. This is a second story apartment in a quite neighborhood which appears to be recently remodeled . Not much to see or do within walking distance but a short drive will get you to all the action of Long Beach. The only issue I had was that due to some acoustical phenomenon the street noise seemed to be amplified at times. I would stand outside the apartment door an the cars were barely noticeable but step inside and you could hear the tires rumble down the road. Very strange. When the trees get their foliage this may not be an issue. Lost a star because of the street noise.

We stayed in this awesome little apartment while on vacation in January 2017. We were so impressed with our whole experience with Denise and Vance. The apartment was perfect for us, it was clean, comfy and cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything and everything we needed including dishes, cutlery and pots & pans and even seasonings in the cupboard. We stocked the fridge for the week and were able to prepare our own meals during our stay! Denise and Vance are the nicest people, they made sure we had everything we needed and were easily available if there were any problems, which we never had any. We definitely plan to stay there again next year!

This place was so accomodating until you will never want to go to a hotel again. The owners were absolutely loveable people. They made you feel very special. We were there from 8/25/16 - 8/30/16. I was there to visit my son and it was the most affordable place to stay. Everything was just GREAT!!! including the time spent.

had an amazing stay, the owner is super nice. the apt itself is beautiful super clean, beautiful kitchen, they have everything from condiments,kitchen wares and dishwasher name it!they have it!they also let you pick some oranges from their orange tree :) will be back again next yr !thanks Vance and denise!

My family and I rented this property from 6/14/16 - 6/21/16 and we absolutely loved it. This was our first time renting a apt and we were over pleased. The renters were easy to communicate with during and after the booking process quickly answering any questions we had. Denise & Vance made u feel at home & was always smiling when we encountered them. The neighborhood was safe as well we actually walked the area once it cooled down outside. The apt was clean, lovely decor, beautiful hardwood floors, parking space, and yes air conditioning. Everything u need is there pots, pans, dishes, glassses, emergency flash lights basically anything you need for a home away. The grocery store isn't far for grocery shopping. We are booking this apt again in October.

We recently had the pleasure of staying here for our Annual Convention at Long Beach Arena and thoroughly enjoyed it. The apartment is very clean, roomy and airy with lots of windows to let the light in and the cool breeze in the evenings. The kitchen has everything you can imagine you'd need, down to the cookie sheets in case you feel like baking (which we did!). The dining table is right next to the windows which allow you to enjoy the view of palm trees swaying back and forth as the sun sets. The living room area is also very nice, leather couch and two sofas and a ceiling fan and AC unit. But our favorite room in the house is the bathroom. There's a huge shower that is just perfect for washing off after a day of fun at the Beach. The bedroom is facing away from all the street noise and has an AC unit and ceiling fan if you need it (we never did). There are two closets, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, if needed and lots of additional storage throughout. We used the laundry facilities downstairs once and it was very convenient to have that option. Downtown Long Beach is a short drive away and there are many good dining options nearby if you want to stay away from the hustle of Downtown. Vance and Denise are perfect hosts, which is why we've been coming to them every year for 5+ years now and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

My boyfriend and I stood in this lovely home for a full week last summer and we absolutely loved our stay. The home had everything we needed, pots, pans, plates...you name it, they had it. The home came equipped with everything essential, seasonings, oils, soap, detergent, towels and so on. Denise and Vance made sure we felt comfortable in the home without invading our privacy. We went to the beach and they supplied us with towels, coolers, and chairs. It took us a while to review the property but we would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is interested in staying in the long beach area. Denise and Vance made sure we felt at home the whole time. We thank you for your hospitality, you guys are great at what you do.
