Located in Destin, this charming condo for $460 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Pelican Beach resort is a family friendly complex! Voted the #2 best beach in Florida! by southern Living Magazine. Not surprisingly, the water is an awesome blue green color that the gulf is famous for. My condo, 'BABS BEACH' Condo, is a premium condo on the 18th floor. What a fabulous view!. Tile floors throughout. you can have your morning coffee on the balcony and look at the sugar white sandy beach and the brilliant aquamarine water. See the sunrise, watch the dolphin play, see pelicans dive, and the manatee swim. At night, look left and see the colored lights of the city of Destin. This condo has the best views in Destin. AND OF COURSE......WIFI!! Two bedrooms, both with private baths. Master has a king bed and guest bedroom has a queen. Both bedrooms have private baths. Master bedroom has a tub/shower. Guest bedroom has a walk in shower. Both bedrooms have flat screen tvs. As well as a flat screen tv in the living area. Master bedroom has sliding screen doors to the balcony. Sleep to the sounds of the ocean! The updated kitchen is fully equipped. Just bring the chef! The dining area seats 6 and the two bar stools add two more quests. The loving area is quite spacious with floor length mirrors to enhance the view! the pull out couch has a queen mattress. All the comforts of home! Arrival is easy! No waiting to check in. Go right to the elevator to the 18th floor. There is an electronic lock with a numeric code. I will provide the code as your dates approaches. Don't worry about loosing your keys at the beach. For security ...no one has the code but you! The code changes with each guest and will change when you leave. So take everything when you leave. You won't be able to get back in!

Room and property were nice. The beach situation was not great. The beach chairs in front of the condo were 5 rows deep. You can’t set up your own chairs so there was no way to sit in the beach and see the ocean unless you paid weeks in advance!

Check in was a breeze and communication with the property owner was very personal. This 19th floor condo is within the vicinity of many options for eating out and activities that suited our 'mature' group but many family attractions are also close by. Beautiful balcony view and beach area as well as pools. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit.

Very beautiful views and the condo was even nicer than shown in the pictures. Very clean and everything worked great. This was my first VRBO booking and the process was very easy and everything went better than expected. The beaches in Destin amazing.

It looked just like the pictures of the condo super clean and perfect. My only problem I had with the whole trip was that the elevator close to our room had been hit by lighting and it hadn't been fixed yet.

My family and I stayed for 5 nights and it was perfect. Easy to get to the beach and right off of the strip. Also felt very safe. We have an infant and there was a pack and play that we were able to use for the baby to sleep in. Overall great and will def be back!

We had a very comfortable stay—the condo was even better in person. The dinette set and counter chairs were updated to a white set and made the place look even nicer. Great views of both the beach and Destin. Barbara was easy to work with and we would definitely stay again. The area is perfect— we needed a couple of kitchen items and there’s a Walmart not even 5 minutes away, as well as a Publix and movie theater if you happen to catch some rain. All in all—it was a perfect stay. Also, the pizza and virgin piña coladas are a must if your going to spend a whole day on the beach—both were really good and highly recommend as it feeds 4 easily for less than twenty bucks!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. The location was great, three pools, two hot tubs and pool side service. Beds were super comfy. Every morning we watched schools of dolphins from the balcony ❤️We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo with amazing views on both sides! Easy access to 2 pools on the way to the incredible white sandy beach! The amenities will keep you comfy! Easy access to delicious restaurants within a short distance. Highly recommend ☺️

Everything was great except for the guy working the chairs/umbrella station- he was very rude and ugly and having to deal with him not wanting to set up our chairs on the beach cost us a full hour of our time after I had made reservations for the chairs two weeks earlier.

we booked this condo in advance and got it approved with the owner because we were 25. none of us under the age of 21 though. we were taking our niece on her first beach trip. we got to the condo after driving 9+ hours just to be told by the owner of the room that we were not allowed to stay there and that we needed to find somewhere else to stay. keep in mind that is why we chose this condo because she approved our stay and we paid for it. lucky for us that the front desk heard what was going on and after the owner left, they reassured us that they would sell us a room. we were given a much better room than what we had originally purchased.
