Kawartha Lakeside Landing
This four-bedroom home rests on 2500 square feet along the shores of Sturgeon Lake in south-central Ontario. Located just minutes from the Village of Fenelon Falls, enjoy a custom-built lakefront accommodation equipped to the highest standard with a home theater, steam room, laundry room, and a chipping and putting green.
With stone and wood elements aplenty, this property is equally as stunning inside as it is outside. The chef’s kitchen is divine and equipped with sleek stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop with an indoor grill, and a large island with seating. The space effortlessly flows into the dining room, where a dazzling glass dining table beckons you for formal meals. For nights when you wish to dine by the sunset, retreat to the marvelous screened-in sunroom, which features not one, but two tables and a flatscreen TV. Rainy day on the horizon? Not a problem—the living room doubles as a home theatre with a retractable projector screen and tons of soft, oversized seating. There’s also a beautiful stone wall fireplace and a flatscreen TV with a separate sitting area.
Allow the spiral staircase to lead you upstairs to the grand master bedroom, where a queen bed lays across from a private sitting area with a white-wash stone fireplace and flatscreen TV. Vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams grab your attention in the room, but it’s the walkout balcony with sweeping lake views that will really move you. Let’s not forget the luxurious ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and skylights. The second and third bedrooms are incredibly spacious and have queen beds and gorgeous dark wood furnishings. One of them even has a sliding glass door with a walkout to the deck. The large bathroom is absolutely stunning, with tall ceilings and an expansive walk-in shower with a built-in bench. The fourth bedroom, located in the loft, has a separate entrance and plenty of light between the recessed lighting and skylight.
Between the land and the water, you’ll never run out of relaxation or excitement. The deck is generous with lots of upscale, outdoor furniture for laying in the sun, and there is a large hot tub when you’re ready to soak and unwind after a day of fun. Prepare for the Masters on the property’s perfectly landscaped chipping and putting green overlooking the water. Afterward, reel ‘em in or go for a dip in the lake!

We do require a security deposit of $2000.00 that must be paid via EFT prior to your stay. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days if there are not any damage claims after check-out.

Warren was a warm, welcoming and helpful host. The property is amazing and just as the pictures show. State of the art music system, beautiful kitchen with high end appliances. Right on the lake and the hot tub was an extra bonus. Thanks again Warren!

Everything was very clean and well maintained. Having sound system throughout the house was an added bonus. Being right by the water and being able to fish right from the dock was a treat. Thanks for the stay.
