Our family has stayed here twice now for Thanksgiving :). We especially love the location of this condo and the screened porch. It is quiet and peaceful. The televisions are also great, having hundreds of viewing options, and Internet service is very responsive. (we had one adult son working remotely that week). Thanks very much!

This property was perfect for our family of 5. Anne was very accommodating and flexible. The upgrades in the bathroom were a bonus for our children! We will definitely be returning to this property!

This was our first time renting in Sea Pines. Convenient location, nice bike ride or walk to the beach and other activities in Sea Pines! Great that it was so close to the beach trolley on the days that we had too much for bikes! Would definitely rent here again!

Our family had a beautiful week at the beach. The condo is spacious and well equipped. Anne is super responsive! Would definitely rent again!

Loved the location of the Villa and how close it was to everything. When we walked in the door we were so pleased with the Villa, its cleanliness and decor. When we went upstairs to the bedrooms, the towels were nicely folded on the beds which was a nice touch. Anne was quick to respond to any questions and made sure our stay was perfect when we arrived. We would definitely go back and stay here.

We loved Anne’s townhouse in Sea Pines. Clean, homey and convenient to all of the amenities that we wanted ! Thank you for a great stay that was close to the Beach Club, pool was on site, and easy access to Smith Stearns. We loved biking everywhere and going to the screened in back porch.

My family was looking for a place to stay on Hilton Head to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. We were looking for something that would allow each couple their own private bathroom and had living area big enough for 6 adults to enjoy time together comfortably. We also wanted to be able to walk to the beach. This condo fit perfectly!! Anne was so easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to any minute question. We had an amazing time!

Everything was fine. Homeowners were wonderful to work with. Even the dogs enjoyed the house.

Some feedback for consideration: -Coffee Maker did not work, piece broken on filter so would not engage to make coffee(drip function). -Pool was not cleaned until 4-5 days after our arrival. -Provide simple instructions to use TV's. -TV in bedroom with two beds required a code. Assuming prior guest put in code. Could not use during our stay. -Provide extra trash can liners for kitchen. -Provide more than one pod for dishwasher. -Provide back up paper towels. -Provide pump handsoap vs bar soap for each bathroom and in kitchen. -Provide quality toilet paper vs TP that you can read the newspaper through. These are details for your consideration. Bottom line i would absolutely stay at the property again. To add floor plan was great....A plus!

Excellent property walking distance to the beach. Our family went down for Thanksgiving vacation this year. This was our first time staying in the Sea Pines area. There were 5 of us - 3 of which are our adult children. We had plenty of room and all were very pleased with the property. The property was very well maintained and exactly matched up with our needs & expectations. The photos are accurate & show the property well. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and property and look forward to the opportunity to stay again. We would definitely stay at this property next time we go to the area.

This is a beautiful place adjacent to the Atlantic Dunes golf course. Easy bike ride to all (beach, Harbortown, restaurants). You will love it!

Loved the central location with only a short bike ride to the beach, Harbour Towne and South Beach. It has been updated in all baths and kitchen, with plenty of seating in dining and living areas. Owner was very helpful and responded promptly to all questions. We would definitely stay here again!

We didn't rent bikes and no problems parking at Sea Pines Resort while we went to the beach. It was later in the summer, so that May have had something to do with it. My family and I spent the week in Hilton Head at this amazing villa. The property was so clean, plenty of space for our family of 5 and ideal location in Sea Pines. Anne was great to communicate with, always getting back to me promptly with any questions I had. I highly recommend this property for your next trip to paradise. We can’t wait to come back…. Miss it already!

The Villa was clean, well kept and homey. It is in a very convenient area for shopping, biking trails, and a beach entrance. We had everything we needed and loved our stay!
