About this house rental
Two bedroom Sedona Getaway! Great for couples or a family! BIKE, HIKE, & RELAX in our 4 person HOT TUB! Rejuvenate in our totally remodeled home located in the heart of W. Sedona. A short stroll to Thunder Mountain Trail head for hiking & biking without having to travel by car. Unwind on the patio, fire up the grill or take a moonlit night hike! The full kitchen includes new appliances and everything you need to cook and enjoy your meals. Please read our Superhost Reviews! Hosts are available and live nearby and are available if needed. The home nestled in a quiet neighborhood in W. Sedona (important feature for many) near the base of Thunder Mountain. Thunder Mountain Trail head is walking distance from the home and offers many hiking/biking options. Several grocery stores and restaurants are within a few miles of the home. Sedona does enforce a noise ordinance, so quiet time begins at 10 pm. Having a car is the easiest way to get around. Uber is also available in Sedona. Public transportation is limited, but we do have a service available with LINKS transportation. Firepit: Directions for the firepit are on the inside of the firepit door. Please note: There is a separate guest house on the property. The parking for the main 2 bedroom house is off of the side street. (Pastoral) The driveway leads right up to the patio and the front door

We loved the location. We were able to hike from the house as well as head out to Boynton Canyon hikes and stop back for lunch before heading out again. The massage chairs and hot tub were perfect for relieving our sore muscles each night. The dark skies community allows for wonderful star gazing. Sedona shops and restaurants are a quick drive, too.
We would definitely come again.

Just got back from a weeklong stay at this lovely home in West Sedona! The scenery nearby was absolutely stunning and it was great to be so close to the Thunder Mountain trailhead. The house was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had a truly well-stocked kitchen and lots of amenities. It was a great home base for our Sedona adventures. The hot tub was such a nice treat after a long day of hiking! We would definitely stay here again.

Me and my friends were looking for a space to chill, watch movies and escape some of the higher temps of phoenix for the night. And this was perfect for that! We even saw a javalina in the yard the next morning. It was a great trip!

Absolute gem for a birthday day-trip up from Phoenix! This place was cute, clean and a wonderful retreat after a day in town. Enjoyed BBQ'ing on the grill and soaking in the hot tub. Walking distance to trails was a plus! This was an amazing little staycation! We so appreciated the coffee and creamer provided before heading back home. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Lovely property in a nice quiet neighborhood on the west side of town. Clean and very well equipped, comfy beds and the massage chairs were a great touch after a long day on the trails. Would definitely book again.

On the West side of Sedona, away from crowded uptown traffic., close to grocery stores and restaurants, easy to find. Definitely close to trails which helps because parking at trailheads is an issue in Sedona, even when it’s not the busiest season.
Five adults at the kitchen table was a little tight but comfortable, there’s also relaxed and spacious outdoor seating if the weather cooperates. Beds had a nice firmness level, bathrooms clean and functional. I would stay here again.

Top notch! Excellent location is quiet neighborhood but only short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Right on cycle trail. Very cozy two bed home with additional comfortable pull out double futon. Everything you could possibly want - outdoor patios, BBQ, fire pit, tons of outdoor seating, large TV with NetFlix, super clean kitchen and every conceivable plate, bowl and utensil. Lovely comfy queen beds. Just super nice in every way. We will absolutely come back again and again.

This property was super clean and comfortable with a great outdoor space and the AC worked really well. The location was excellent- very central to everything and as it says in the description, there are great trails within walking distance of the house. It is also close to multiple restaurants, spas, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. I would highly recommend and hope to return!!

My family and I stayed for one night and we found the place to be rather clean. The hosts communicated well before our arrival and during. They provided us with access information prior to arrival, which eased an anxious person like myself. I will definitely stay again in the future! Thank you!

We couldn't have picked a better spot. It was a beautiful location, close to everything, we had plenty of room, a great price well worth what we paid to stay there. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We will definitely be back :)

Perfect Family Vacation
Our stay in Sedona exceeded any expectations that we had for the trip. The house was clean and well appointed. It fit our family of 6 well. Theresa stopped by one night to check on us and offered suggestions for sights to see and areas to hike. The location of the house is great, in a nice quiet area but easy to access the surrounding areas. Our favorite part of the house was the outdoor patio space and grill. One of our children has declared that she is moving to Sedona when she gets older. To say that we enjoyed ourselves in an understatement!!

The house was great for my family of four. Everything was well maintained. Very convenient location for hiking, restaurants, and food stores. Plenty of hot water for the shower.

Thank you Theresa for sharing your home with us! We have stayed at a lot of VRBO and this one is by for one of the best! We didn’t have to go out for paper products and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and what a bonus having makeup mirrors (which I forgot) and the ION blow drying😃� The beds were super comfy it was perfect for the four of usI Wish it would of been warmer so we could of enjoyed the patio but you can’t have everything 🤷�♀️ What a perfect location to stores, hiking and restaurants! And the recommendation to see Jerome made our last day complete!

Comfortable home; great location-close to terrific hiking trails. Groceries and good selection of restaurants nearby too. Try Moon Dogs pizza! Very comfortable mattresses and futon. Minor downside was the condition of the pots/pans which i had planned to use for a few meals, but couldn’t due to poor condition from previous guests. Other than that we had a great time!

Quiet Clean and Comfortable
My wife and I had a very nice stay here in October 2018. The property is in a quiet residential area with easy access to many trail heads, groceries etc. The owner was friendly, easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions. The property was very clean and well maintained. We would not hesitate staying here again.
