Stayed at Mickey's Hangout for a week at Disney.
Great location within 10 minute drive to all of the parks. We came back to condo mid-day to let the littles nap and drove back for the afternoon/evening with no problems. Traffic at night at closing time took a bit longer, but no more than 20 minutes. Close to Wal-Mart as well!

This is our second time staying here and I love it. The pool, game room, and movie theater are wonderful.

the unit wasn't as clean as it could have been. Kitchen & bathroom floors could have been washed better. The second bedroom had a ceiling light with only 1 bulb in it, it did not work. The blinds in the second bedroom would not work at all. Luckily we did not need to use the 2nd bedroom but these things still should have been in working order. Plenty of dishes & glassware, The pizza pans were rusty & we used aluminum foil on both of them. The couches were well loved & could be replaced. The funniest thing is the TV in the living room randomly turned on twice on a Wed & a Sat at 2:30 am. Maybe it wasn't funny at the time. This was our 3rd visit to one of the condos in Windsor Hills. Love the community, feel very safe there. close to Walmart & Disney. We knew what the condo was based on the 2 previous visits but we'll pass on this one next time.

When booking I read prior reviews and saw a few comments about the couch being old and uncomfortable and it was. Other than that, we had a very nice stay.

We came down for a Disney Trip. This was my first experience in a VRBO & it was great. The check in process was a little weird but other than that, it was perfect!

I read the reviews before coming so I was prepared for the minimal supplies. I will say however I felt the provided towels, soaps, etc. were pretty on par with a normal rental. It was really nice having the box fan and stroller for the parks…saved us the trouble of bringing them from home or renting. As others stated yes the couches could stand to be replaced, but the beds were comfortable and it met our needs. This is our second time at Windsor Hills and it will not be our last. Love the area and distance from parks. Definitely recommend.

This rental was the perfect place to stay for a family vacation to the Disney World parks. It was a max of 15-20 from any of the parks/shopping. Check-in & check-out was simple.The listing was accurate, but it could use some updating. Amenities were great and the grounds and pool were well maintained. Overall, we are very happy with our stay.

A little bathrooms dirty table chairs dirty I think cleaning people not doing great out of toilet paper thank god we stay only 3 nights sleeping sorry! But overall was nice thank u I’ll see u in the future

The place is close to Disney world, Walmart and different restaurants. We loved the neighborhood, the apartment and the water park. The kids enjoyed every moment.

The registration line was quite long. And the people registering your cars or not that friendly. They overall stay was okay. The traffic getting the resort with severely bad so leaving and getting back to the resort was kind of hectic. Be overall condo was clean. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The couch needs to be replaced. There are not any cushions left. You can tell it's been there a while. The staff at the resort is not the greatest, the lady giving out the wristbands was quite rude and seemed irritated. The condo itself was not a bad stay for the price.

The unit needs updated. Minimal supplies for a VRBO. Only 1/4 burners in the stove worked

Stayed for one week at the property and enjoyed our stay. Property served our needs well and was very close to Disney Parks. The large screened in balcony was wonderful to have a drink at night or a cup of coffee in the morning. We did get locked out one morning but the problem was resolved fairly quickly. We would stay here again.

Floors need a thorough cleaning, our socks and feet were dirty after walking barefoot. Bedsheets did not look or feel clean, we changed them prior to going to bed.
Resort amenities and location were wonderful, would stay at the resort again, just not this condo.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and as pictured. It is a great location, close to Disney World. My 5 year old loved the splash pad and pool. We will definitely stay again.

Mickeys hangout was very conveniently located to all of the Disney parks. It only took us about 10 mins each morning to get to the park depending on which one we went to. We mostly just slept, showered and got prepared for the day there. The beds were comfortable and we loved having a washer and dryer readily available to use. We did use the pool once and my kids loved the water park and splash pad area. The condo is in decent shape minus a little wear and tear mostly noticed on the kitchen and bathroom floors. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future!

We were so happy with this condo during our Orlando trip last week! The condo was comfortable, clean, ample space for a family of 4 and everything was provided that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The walk to the pool was short and right down the path. We would absolutely stay at this condo again.

This was a great stay, the pool exceeded expectations and we were close to theme parks and necessities.
The unit was exactly what we expected based on the photos. Clean and basic, there was significant wear on some furniture/surfaces but that's to be expected for a vacation rental aimed at young families. Mattresses seemed new, lots of linens and towels provided. I read other reviews about limited toilet paper so I brought along a couple of rolls and some dishwasher tabs in my checked luggage.
The pool was great -- large, and not overly busy as most people are at theme parks during the day. Disney was a very short drive away (less than 15 min to Magic Kingdom), and there is a Walmart very close for groceries, etc.

I enjoy my stay, it was close to everything, the resort had a great event with karaoke hot chocolate in Greet music, the cleanliness of the room was great. It was a great space I enjoyed all of the amenities that the resort had. Will call him again hopefully soon.

Thank you very much for having all of the kiddo stuff on hand! The fact that we didn't have to bring all of it with us made the vacation so much easier. The beds were comfortable! And all of the amenities were spot on. The location was perfect distance for everything, especially Disney.

The location was great! Had a few issues with things like door hinges not staying on the wall from a busted bedroom door. The sliding door for the balcony did not lock and slid open easily. During our stay the keypad messed up and it took them about 2 hours to get to the condo and let us in, this happened because the battery went out in it which wasn’t anyone fault. Just would have been nice to not have had to wait so long to get back inside the condo. Overall it was a good stay for the price.

Perfect place to call home after a long day at Disney. Close enough to the parks to make the drive pleasant. Loved having the option of homemade breakfast before a long day. Clean and set up perfectly for this family of four. Thank you again!

The location is great. We loved the neighborhood and community. We were close to the Disney parks which was great. There were a couple issues with the property, but the hosts were quick to respond whenever we had any issues.

Do yourself a favor, and move right along. Don’t waste your money, your time or your energy on this place or the host. There were a few red flags during check-in, from a miscommunication between host and property manger. One telling us we could check-in early (3:30pm, check-in is 4pm) to someone else tossing a bag of supplies at the door. Spoke to the owner on the phone who made it clear we could stay and it was no problem. Upon getting there, the description under the listing definitely made it seem nicer and newer than it actually was. Patio furniture was green, stains on furniture upholstery and bathroom rugs were dirty. The worse part was when we woke to bugs throughout the kitchen and surrounding area. ALL of our food was ruined. They were on the counters, walls, floor and cabinets. We immediately called the host, who didn’t answer and never returned our call. He does not live in the country so we gave him time to answer but he sadly never did. Our next call was to VRBO. We spent the next several hours finding a new place to stay. After 5 hrs, I called him again and left another message. He finally called back 1-2 hrs later. I submitted videos to both him and VRBO. He stated we would get a refund but we had to cancel our booking, but when I called VRBO they said he had to do that. We attempted to get a hold of him. Took several days, but we finally did. He isn’t issuing a refund despite his home being infested with bugs.

The property was well cleaned, had plenty of plates/utensils/kitchen essentials. The beds were clean and came with extra sheets. We enjoyed having a pack-n-play for our 3 month old. It was short walk to the pool, which was awesome. We took advantage of the snacks from the store. It was less than 20 minutes to each of the Disney parks. The only thing that made it hard was that the owner did not change the door code for us to get in to the password she supplied. We had to call to the front desk to get it taken care of and it was never changed back during our entire stay. The AC unit was also broken. We were up til midnight the first night when we arrived after a long day waiting on them to fix it. It then broke again. They had to cover the unit with box fans in order to cool it off. We would absolute stay at the resort again, but not in this specific unit.

Overall this Vrbo rental was great however it did have a few things that I wish I knew before we arrived. The property is very locked down and arriving with Uber is very difficult as they question you everytime your return to the property. Also the grounds are a little dated as the arcade has very little games to play I think we counted 3. Lastly about the theater we checked there times and it was never opened. The neighborhood outside the gates was okay but you did need to drive a distance to get to food and beverage.
The room itself was okay however the unit was promised with a dishwasher but it would run water. We contacted the property owner who asked me to get in touch with maintenance but they didn’t respond after two attempts. The unit didn’t have central air which made the living space very hot but they had two standing ACd in the bedrooms but the rest of the unit was hot. The bed was very comfortable however so that was a plus. The unit was very clean and tidy and the extra tours toys were a hit with our son. Overall a good stay but there definitely are some improvements that need to be upgraded.

Not impressed
During our 5 night stay we were not very impressed with the unit itself. Location was great but until was not. When we first arrived there were dirty towels on our bed from the cleaning crew was our guess. It felt like the floor had not ever been swept - we were stepping on all kinds of dirt. The toilets wouldn’t flush very well. There were holes in some of the wash rags for the unit. There were stains on all the furniture including the kitchen chairs. The dishes that we’re supposed to be clean were not. I had to wash them myself after going to the store and getting dish soap and a sponge because there were none in the until like said. The rags that were there were stained with black stuff on them. There was 2 dirty socks that we found under the couch and one bed in the bedroom. The list really goes on but for location it was a great location but the unit could use some updating and be A LOT more clean.
