Nestled in Sarasota, this lovely house for $488 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This beautiful and completely updated 3 bedroom / 2 baths single family pool home is located 1 mile to Siesta Key North Bridge, about 3-4 miles to the Siesta Key Public Beach and close to shopping and dining. This architectural newly refurbished home with sqft 1,826.00 offers a fabulous open floor plan with 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, Full size and a sleeper sofa in the den), all bedrooms have new mattresses and memory foam pillows (all hyper-allergenic bedding / no feathers! ), 3 flat screen TV's, new hardwood floors, new kitchen with granite counter tops, 2 newly remodeled bathrooms, fenced in backyard with a BBQ charcoal grill. Also being offered complimentary: Free parking on-site ( 3 cars max.), WiFi, beach chairs and sun umbrellas ( BBQ is being used at tenants risk), a baby pack & play and a high chair. Pool is heated during winter month to F 83. Pool Baby Barrier available upon request for an additional charge of $80.00 to install and removal. We rarely accept a dog, but if your dog is exceptionally good then please have it pre-approved by us. No reservations without pet pre-approval. A pet fee of $10.00/day applies plus a refundable pet security deposit. AC can be set as low as F70. *Pool Gate / Fence for children's safety: Non swimming children or adults need to be monitored at all times while outside. Guests renting this home need to pay $80 to have the pool fence properly installed by our team while non swimming children or adults are present during their extended stay. Owners can not be made liable for any accidents. Please no "Disruptive or Unauthorized Events." We love our neighbors and I am happy that they are ok with us having an Airbnb. Thank you. The Tulip House was the perfect stay for our family of five visiting the area for the holidays. You can’t beat its super convenient location- close to all the shopping, dining, and beaches. The hosts thoughtfully stocked the home with just about anything you could need and were excellent with their communication and hospitality. We’ll most definitely be back!

We spent 5 weeks in this lovely house. The house is clean, comfortable, and spacious! The owners are always available and responsive for questions and concerns. The house is in a great location and convenient to everything. We enjoyed everything about our visit. Everything is beautifully maintained. The pool was smaller than I expected but deliciously warm and regularly maintained . The outdoor areas are lovely and the backyard landscaped beautifully! We hope to return!

We stayed here for my friends bachelorette weekend and it did not disappoint! The beach and downtown is less than 10min away, and grocery stores as well. the beds are very comfortable and the pool was very nice!

This vacation home is absolutely gorgeous, clean, organized and well located, just 15 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes to stores, a mall, excellent restaurants, etc. I highly recommend it for families and for anybody looking to have a wonderful vacation in Sarasota. I’m definitely coming back

The house is very cute, had great kitchen tools, clean and pool was as it is in the pictures. We were disappointed in how far it was from the beach. To get to an actual beach for a family to hang out at it’s is a 15-20 minute drive with traffic. It’s affordable and close enough to the beach but if you are looking for beach convinence this is not the place.

I originally had the house booked for just 3 people to spend time with family who live in Sarasota. Sadly, last minute we ended up with 7 people staying in the house due to a family death. The listing states sleeps 8 but our experience didn't prove to be the case. The Sleeper Sofa is not in an actual bedroom. It's located in more of a family room setting. The sofa is very old and would probably work well for 2 small children to sleep on but it was not meant for 2 adults. One side of the sofa completely caves in when laid on. Also for us, 2 bathrooms was not enough for 7 people but we made it work. The mosquitos were a huge nuisance while swimming and sitting on the back patio! We bought and applied bug spray often but I got to thinking Florida mosquitos are smart and are actually attracted to bug spray. A few of us got eaten up! Otherwise, we all enjoyed our stay! The kitchen had all the appliances you typically would need. We spent one of the days at the beach, which is a quick 5-10 minute drive depending on traffic. The house had enough sand chairs for all of us. I would suggest bringing your own beach towels. There wasn't enough in the house for all of us. There's a cooler in the garage for packing your own food and beverages and also a couple of boogie boards and a beach umbrella. Tip: If you've never been to Siesta Key Beach, I highly recommend arriving early, especially on the weekend. The parking lot, which is huge, fills up quickly. I had excellent communication with Virginia. She is as sweet as can be and available throughout your stay if you have questions or need anything. The house is in a cute, quiet neighborhood just off Tamiami Trail (Hwy 41) - easy access to anywhere you need to go. I would definitely stay here again.

The property and experience was wonderful. It would be nice if you had candles or something to get the mosquitos under control. You also need to rune the trees of the spider nest before they take over your trees. Overall we had a wonderful weekend. We loved the place.

The house was very beautiful. Definitely looked bigger in the pictures. At first we thought we would be able to walk places but you definitely need a car. Wish there was more flexibility on the check in/check out times. Very responsive owner.

My family had a wonderful stay at this property in Sarasota, a very clean and well-kept home with a lovely backyard in a quiet neighborhood. We had lots of fun relaxing in the pool every day after returning from the beach. This home is just around the corner from retail and restaurants, and just a short drive from Siesta Key. Excellent communication from Virginia made our stay easy peasy! Highly recommend, thank you so much!

Wonderful location, we walked to Esporta gym, Aldi's, local restaurants and bars. The pool was heated and we enjoyed it every day of our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. The home is very clean and well maintained. We stayed here a year ago and loved it then and now!

Great getaway for single traveler or couple or small family. Master bedroom had a great bed w/ a nice seating area and wine bar. The kitchen had all the amenities of cookware needed as well as a shelf of spices, salt and pepper which came in handy. Yard was lovely and quiet, pool was clean as well as entire home. I felt safe staying there alone. Downside was the rain which isnt owners fault but the pool was chilly due to not being a sunny week. I would suggest having a choice to heat the pool for cooler days/nights. Everything else was perfect!! The inside decor was tasteful and internet fast. The owner was very sweet and available for any questions I had. Would definitely come back and recommend staying here.
