About this condo rental
Situated in Seacrest, this lovely condo for $616 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Seamist is a private, 12 unit only condo building with spectacular, oceanfront views both from inside the unit and from the top-floor balcony (unit #10) of the pristine white sands and crystal clear waters of the Emerald Coast. It is nestled immediately between Seaside Beach & Watercolor Resort and Alys & Rosemary Beach. This condo is a beautiful one bedroom (with king-sized bed)/one bath with an additional set of twin stacking bunk beds and a new sleeper sofa in the oceanfront-facing LR that sleeps up to 6. Unit 10 is crisp, clean and extremely welcoming. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishware and appliances you will need. There is easy seating for 8 between the bar and dining table. Also included: wifi, full-sized/stacked w/d, 2 grilling areas on a small, nice green lawn for the kids to play on while the sun begins to set. You will enjoy having the entire condo to yourself. I have a wonderful property manager that lives in the area and is available if you have any problems. My husband and I are available by phone, text, or email to answer any questions you might have. Seamist on Scenic Highway 30A offers easy access to scenic hike and bike trails along the coast; deep-sea diving and other ocean activities at marinas in both Panama City Beach and Destin; shopping and browsing of art galleries and boutiques at Seaside, Watercolor and the surrounding beach communities; golfing at award-winning courses such as Camp Creek, Shark's Tooth, Origins and Santa Rosa Beach Golf & Beach Club; extraordinary dining from barefoot beachfront to world-class cuisine; and unique local entertainment impossible to resist such as farmer's markets, free outdoor repertory theater each evening and many live bands and musicians. In the end, though, the memories of moving on 'beach time' and of the peace and relaxation that comes from the sound and beauty of the crashing waves on the white sands and from breathtaking sunsets will be what you will likely enjoy the most. The 30A sidewalk runs in front of the condo which many people use to bike to Alys Beach (1.5 miles east), Rosemary Beach (2 miles east), The Hub (an outdoor entertaining and casual dining area 1 mile west), and of course Seaside (6 miles west). Renting bikes is easy. There are lots of reasonably priced vendors in the area and they deliver and pick up the bikes to/from the condo - even if you aren't there at the time. A single parking pass is left in the condo for you and is required to remain on your windshield during your stay. While each guest receives a parking pass, we sometimes have non-guests use our parking lot. Cars that don't have the parking pass clearly visible may get towed at the owner's expense. Sorry for the inconvenience, but not having a parking space is more inconvenient ;) There are fences that restrict beach access to guests only. All guests will receive detailed driving directions prior to arrival. Cleaning Process o Extra time is allowed for enhanced cleaning procedures. o Surfaces are cleaned and then disinfected, in two distinct steps. o A bleach solution is used on surfaces for disinfecting. The solution is allowed to linger on the surface. o Cleaning crews use hand sanitizer as they leave their vehicles. o Cleaning personnel follow CDC handwashing guidelines throughout the day. o Cleaning crews use masks and disposable gloves. o As always, remote check-ins eliminate face-to-face interactions. o Cleaning crews put on fresh gloves after handling dirty linens. o Blankets/comforters are removed for laundering and replaced with a freshly washed item. Guest Should o Vacate the unit prior to cleaning crews entering. o Follow CDC recommended social distancing while staying at the condo

I love staying on 30a and this stretch is not too crowded thankfully. Condo is small but perfect for a family of 3 or 4. But the view....the view is amazing! Can't beat coming into the kitchen and seeing beautiful blue ocean. Owners seem friendly and attentive and we plan to rebook for next year!

My family really enjoyed our stay here. There are no big hotels nearby so the beaches aren't crowded. The condo is cute and clean. My kids loved the bunks and appreciated to large stuffed sea animals on the beds. The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed. We hope to visit again next year!

My family and I really enjoyedb our stay. Waking up each morning with views of the emerald water was worth the trip. Everything was very clean and the condo had everything we needed. Having a washer/ dryer was perfect as well. We will definitely be back!

My family of 4 had a fabulous week at this wonderful condo! The until was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The views of the water from the balcony are breath taking as well as the landscaping around the condo and the adjoining condos. With two small children we appreciated the short walk down to the beach everyday. We love this area and this condo and would definitely stay again!

The condo was perfect for me my mom and my two kids. They loved the bunkbeds. The king size bed was very comfortable. The condo itself was very clean. It was in a great location. The beach was not overcrowded and overall we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

The beachfront view from this condo was amazing however, the inside was in bad need of some overall updating. Kitchen was very lacking. Hardly much to cook with. Kitchen faucet needed to go. Furniture was old.

Loved the condo! It was perfect for my husband and me; it had everything we needed. Everything was well furnished and clean. The access to the beach was amazing and overall wasn’t terribly crowded. We used Dillons beach service for chairs and highly recommend doing that!

Perfect for couples - great location
My newlywed wife and I had the pleasure of enjoying our mini-honeymoon here. We have been visiting 30A annually for the past several years staying at different places to find the perfect spot. This was hands down our favorite. We will be staying here again in the future.

We had a wonderful extended weekend stay at Seamist unit #10. The unit was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We unfortunately didn’t have the best weather but having the beach access we were still able to get in plenty of beach time. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was wonderful!! Next time we plan to bring the kids. Very comfortable and clean condo. Wonderful view of the beach. Unintentional Wedding Crasher
Very well stocked. Had everything that we needed for an enjoyable stay. Good location. One odd thing-when we arrived on Saturday there was a wedding (on the beach) but then the wedding party and guest came up onto the condo yard and took over the area for their reception including a buffet table. During that time it just felt awkward trying to use the bbq grill or accessing the beach or even just sitting out on the deck to watch the sunset. Probably an issue that’s not in your control I know but still a bit uncomfortable for anyone staying at the condo.

we would definitely stay at this property again! Our family had the best time here. The condo is spacious and in a great location. We loved being able to walk down to the beach easily and come back up to get out of the sun when my son was ready. It was super clean and you can not beat the VIEW!! just stunning!! We will for sure be back! Also, great variety on the tv in both the living and bedroom!

Property manager goes above and beyond. and truly is a pleasure to deal with from booking all the way throughout the stay. This is why we choose to stay in smaller unit complexes. You lose that one on one feel in the massive condo’s.

Perfect location!!
This was our second year at 30A and we absolutely loved this condo! It all comes down to location, it’s so perfect. Both times we’ve been to 30A it has poured rain and we had to run from the beach (thats FL). It makes a world of difference being right on the beach and not having to cross 30A with your kids and gear in the rain! We looked at the stars and waves at night and searched for crabs with our flashlights. Jessica was great at communicating. It is small, if you have more than 1 kid I would look for a bigger place, but it was just what we needed. Bring hand soap and any other items you need at home, some Vrbos I've been too have these, this one does not. We will be back!!
