About this condo rental
Nestled in Wailea, this lovely condo for $232 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This condo is located on fifteen acres of amazing landscaped gardens property including waterfalls and ponds. The reflective pools on the property have lovely fountains which have multi-colored lighting at night. The Home Owners' Association provides full time night security guards. It is a very quiet, peaceful and safe location. This condo is in building two on the second floor of a four story building. The resort has ten four story buildings equipped with new elevators. You are close to everything in the complex, but far enough away to not hear the beach traffic. Enjoy a perfect view of the lush gardens as well as a partial ocean view from your private lanai. There is a large family style swimming pool, children's wading pool, adult jetted spa and a family jetted spa. There is a fully equipped workout facility with a view overlooking the pool facility. There are four regulation tennis courts (no fee) and pro., adult and junior tennis rackets available to rent with complimentary balls. You can enjoy immaculate BBQ stations throughout the property with new equipment and shaded picnic tables. You can easily book activities or tours as there is a booking center in the swimming pool area. You are across the street from the World Famous Kamaole Beach III. You are within walking distance to a number of restaurants, dining establishments, a short ten minute drive to upscale shopping at the Shops at Wailea, and close to many world class golf courses. You are 30 minutes from the airport. This is a one bedroom, two bathroom condo. The two bathrooms have black granite counter tops, vessel sinks, a walk in shower in the master bath and a glass shower in the guest bath. There is porcelain flooring throughout the entire condo. The unit has a split air conditioning system (installed in May 2020) which keeps the unit cool. Wireless Wi Fi. The kitchen is well equipped with numerous cooking utensils including a slow cooker, rice cooker, blender, hand mixer as well as various spices There is a 60 inch flat screen T.V. in the living room as well as a smaller flat screen T.V. in the bedroom. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your use. We also provide Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella for the beach, beach towels, hair blower, iron and ironing board. It is necessary for you to register at the Registration Office upon your arrival at Kamaole Sands Resort. The admin. fee of $40.00 that you pay when booking through VRBO pays for the parking (which is very close to your building), free internet service, security guards, newspaper as well as a lending library. The owner covers your registration fee which is $35.00. So when you check in there are no extra charges. We had a great stay at this property. Condo was exactly as stated. Very nice remodel. Kitchen had everything we needed. My daughter slept on the pull out sofa. Very comfortable. We had use of beach chairs and umbrella. Condo is close to pool. Communication with Arlene the owner was great - very easy checkin. We definitely will stay at this condo the next visit to Maui.

The unit was just as advertised. Had all the amenities I needed and then some. The property managers I worked with were great. They kept me up to date on the fires on Maui and offered guidance as to whether to have my vacation or not. They answered all of my questions and provided information to me as it came out of the news outlets. I was provided my unit information in plenty of time and was 100% accurate. Would love to work with them again in the future and stay in the same unit. Thanks to all!!

Unfortunately, my friend and I had to cancel our vacation at the last minute due a medical emergency. As sad as we were to miss our lovely vacation to Maui, Arlene was wonderful to work with and gave us any information we needed in a timely manner to submit to our travel insurance. She communicated clearly and concisely with instructions prior to the trip as well.
We know the Kamaole Sands is a wonderful property and we will for sure book Arlene's condo again when we can return.

The unit was very clean, the pictures were accurate. The complex is nice, with nice amenities. If we were to stay in Kihei again, this is the first place we would look for.

We loved our stay at Arlene’s Kihei place! We felt at home immediately when we checked in-the spacious and clean rooms are tastefully decorated, and it is located in the well maintained community nested in the middle of Kihei. It was super easy to go to different places and food choices were abundant. We will definitely come back next year!

The condo had nicely updated bathrooms and having two was an added plus. The kitchen was very spacious and loved the granite countertops and had everthing we needed. The condo was quiet and very comfortable. The view from the lanai was wonderful and the grounds were well maintained and beautiful. Great location and right across from the beach park. Will definitely stay there again.

We've heard only good things about Kamaole Sands and our stay exceeded our expectations. What a lovely condo - nicely decorated and a comfortable home away from home. The location is excellent, close to the pool, a short walk to the beach, and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Even on rainy days we sat on the covered lanai and enjoyed the ocean views and the beautifully manicured gardens. The well equipped kitchen had everything we needed and bbq's were conveniently close by. We appreciate having use of the beach chairs and umbrella too! Mahalo!

Highly recommend this condo. Excellent location - walking distance to beautiful beaches, restaurants and more. Less than 5 minute drive to Wailea. Condo complex was clean, beautifully maintained and quiet. Additionally, kitchen was newly renovated and had everything you could need for a family vacation.

The kitchen had everything we need to cook at home and the closet on the lanai provided all we needed for our days at the beach. We were grateful for air conditioning on the hotter days while at home and the comfortable master bed for rest. Our kids are 11 and 13 and slept on the pull out couch, which was a bit springy, but nothing a mattress topper couldn’t improve. Even with the bed pulled out, the living space still had plenty of room to hang out for movie nights. We loved having access to the laundry and when shampoo and conditioner supplies ran out, the front desk was quick to respond. We noticed the drain in the master bedroom was draining a little slow and brought it up with management, which they addressed right away. You can be assured that should any issues like this arise, they will be taken care of promptly.
We knew ahead of time the location would be excellent as a home base and we’re so grateful to have this booking. We were happy to have a lanai that faced the garden and a partial view of the ocean. The sunsets are beautiful and Kamaole III beach park was just across the street. There is so much to choose from food wise in Kihei, from food trucks to grocery stores, to highly rated restaurants. Parking was convenient for our rental car so no long walks with beach gear after a day in the sun!

This was a lovely place to stay. The condo was perfect sized. The kitchen was well equipped. The location in south Kihei was perfect. Just a quick drive to a few lovely beaches. Would gladly stay again!

This is our first time going to Hawai and the property is in great location. It has great kitchen with all required appliances. Check for expiry dates on condiments provided. Had some trouble getting wifi information since some one switched the place it supposed to be. Bed is ok. Having additional bathroom is plus.

Perfect stay if you’re looking for something clean that has everything you need that is close to the beach. Absolutely everything supplied in the home that you’d need, it was actually better in person than in real life. It’s across the road from the beach although you have to walk a bit to get across their grass field/garden but the location doesn’t get too much closer to the beach really. Happy and satisfied.

We have. Even coming to Maui once or twice a year, every year since 2009. This is our first time back since the Covid restrictions were lifted for International travel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Arlene's condominium. There was a bad storm during our stay and she even checked in to see how we were doing. The condo is very nicely decorated and the kitchen is modern and filled with everything you need for your vacation. I am looking forward to coming back to Maui again and booking Arlene's condo.

This was our pre-20th wedding anniversary and first time to Maui. The condo has all the convenience and amenities that made our stay most enjoyable. Beautiful unit and well located. Our stay at the condo was perfect! The condo is walking distance to an amazing beach with great snorkeling! We saw several sea turtles and a wide variety of fish practically out the front door. There’s a view of the ocean from the balcony, a great spot for enjoying morning coffee or watching the sunset. Loved the overall location as well. Tons of delicious local restaurants in all directions.
