Situated in Mammoth Lakes, this charming condo for $341 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom mountain condo is located in the exclusive Snowcreek Resort in the mountain community of Mammoth Lakes. The picturesque and peaceful neighborhood is located in a meadow at the base of the Sherwin Mountain Range with an incredible view of Mammoth Mountain and Mammoth Rock. The Snowcreek 5 development is beautiful and well maintained with willowy Aspen trees and summer wildflowers at your front and back door and a dazzling snow covered panorama in the winter. This two story town home with no one above or below you to disturb your peace and quiet during your stay has been furnished with authentic lodge antiques, original works of art and all the comforts of a luxury vacation rental. This remarkable 1400 square foot condo has 2 wonderfully appointed bedrooms, 2 pristine bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable cozy living room, a warm welcoming fireplace, a fully operational laundry room, 2 balconies with enchanting views and one romantic bedroom deck. On the ground level you will find the laundry room, the master bedroom, master bathroom and deck. The master bedroom has a California king bed with hotel linens and pillows while the attached master bath features double sinks, two shower enclosures and a bathtub. There is a sliding door leading to an outside deck with a view of a sloping hill with naturally landscaped wildflowers and aspens that are beautiful to wake up to! On the upstairs level you will find the living room with balcony, kitchen, fireplace and bathroom. There is also a second bedroom with a California king bed and a spectacular balcony with a view of the towering pine covered mountains just a short distance away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook almost any meal. We provide Direct TV in the living room, master bedroom and upstairs bedroom and free WIFI throughout. There are an abundance of towels provided for both bathrooms and any trips to the hot tub you may wish to indulge in and we also provide toilet tissue, Kleenex, paper towels, dish soap and hand soap for your convenience. Daily maid service is not provided but is available on request for an additional fee. There is a one car garage with private entry plus one private parking space available in the driveway in front of the garage, as well as community parking across the street. Close to town, yet just far enough away to be immersed in the delights and wonder of nature, you will have all your dining, shopping and recreational needs met within a 10 to 15 minutes drive. Summer activities include hiking, mountain biking, fishing, golfing, horseback riding and back country wilderness exploration. The development is accessible to the local bike path and Snowcreek Golf Course. Winter activities include world class skiing, ice skating, cross country skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, dog sledding, snowball fights and snowman building! There is a giant hill for sledding bordering Snowcreek 5 so don't forget your tube or sled for hours of afternoon fun! After a day on the slopes or out on the lake come home and enjoy one of several large hot tubs located within walking distance of your unit. Star gazing and bird watching are also great year round activities to be enjoyed while curled up by the fire wrapped in a cozy blanket or relaxing on the balcony for the evening or afternoon. The property is very nice. Had an issue the first night because the home had not been cleaned from the prior guests. The homeowners were very accommodating and quickly corrected the issue. Five star response. Would stay there again.

This place was perfect for our family. It was clean and looks exactly as what you see in the pictures. It had everything that we needed and was very comfortable. The location is quiet and little out of the way so if you are looking for a place where you can take a shuttle to the slopes or walk to town, this one may not work. We just drove to Eagle lodge around 8am and had no problems finding parking. It is dry in mammoth so I would bring a humidifier to help with the dryness of the place. I think it would be a nice touch to have lotion and kleenex all around the house but you can always bring those with you. There was kleenex but we ran out pretty quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Super nice property. Kevin is very prompt on communication. Property itself has everything someone needs on vacation. It has fully stocked kitchen, rooms are nice. It has bicycle in garage, board games for kids, dvd collection. Checkin is super easy. So many coffe option in kitchen to start your day. All rooms has tvs, so everyone can enjoy their own program. It is close enough to restaurants and village itself.

This property is one of the nicest/well-kept places we've ever stayed at in Mammoth. Not only was it exceptionally clean, but it felt new and everything was in pristine condition. We spent Thanksgiving there and the kitchen was stocked with every appliance/tool we needed. The property itself was very spacious, 2 story, and my daughter had her own room/bathroom as my husband and I stayed downstairs in the master. The covered garage was great so when we left to ski everyday the truck was warm. Cannot recommend this place enough-thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this place. It was clean, well stocked to meet all our needs. The location was perfect and the communication and response from the owner to an issue was amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here and we plan to do so again in the future!!

My wife and I have been going to Mammoth in the Summer for over 10 years and always stay in or near The Village. Most of the places have been great, however, this condo in Snowcreek V is hands down the best of them all! We actually found the unit to be better than advertised. It was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay, but the best thing about this unit is the location. Even though it is close to restaurants, bike rentals, shops and more, it felt secluded and was extremely quiet (being next to a golf course probably helps). When we come back next year we are hoping the unit is available because we won't want to stay elsewhere. - Ralph D

Place is exactly how it's described. It's clean, close to everything, well stocked and cozy. If ever in the area again, I would definitely be staying here again. It was perfect for our small family.
The highlight for us was the convenience for our kids to play in the snow. Just go downstairs, open the sliding door and you've got yourself a little snow play area.

We have been coming up here since we were teenagers fishing hiking golfing if you were looking for a place that is absolutely spectacular quiet this is definitely the place to be we will be back next summer

We had the best stay at this condo. We come to mammoth every summer and have stayed at different places each year. This place is truly the best we have ever stayed in Mammoth. Very clean, comfortable and nice layout of the unit. We cooked all three nights and kitchen was well equipped. Everything is well prepared. We will stay here and only here at Mammoth!

We loved the property. It was very clean and comfortable. Thoughtful touches were throughout such as a cabinet full of games, spices and seasonings if needed and laundry detergent. It made our stay much more enjoyable. Our kids loved the proximity to the hot tub.

I would not hesitate to stay here again. Everything is there for your needs whether kitchen, toiletries, or cleaning items. Mammoth can be cold, but this place was warm and comfy. And you have a great view from the living room and a warm fire that ignites with the flick of a switch. I had a question for the owner and he responded immediately. I really like that!!
