Lovely place.

Arnaque, déception totale

Établissement à fuir! Fuir aussi booking! Je n’ai pas eu le soutien de booking car il ne protège absolument pas ses clients et ne se retourne pas contre les établissements qui n’assurent pas leurs engagements. Les photos sur leur site ne correspondent pas à la réalité ce que je n’ai pas manqué de faire savoir à booking. Ils m’ont remboursé uniquement la moitié alors que j’ai quitté la maison après la première nuit. J’estime qu’un remboursement total doit être fait puisqu’il s’agit d’une arnaque. Nous n’avons pas été accueilli par le propriétaire. Nous ne les connaissons pas et nous n’avons jamais fait d’état des lieux, sans doute pour éviter la confrontation car il connaît l’état de la maison. En plus de l’état vétuste du bien, beaucoup d’éléments sont manquants ou défaillants dans la maison. Après avoir réservé, j’ai directement contacté l’établissement pour demander si il y avait un lave linge, ils me répond rapidement pour pour le rassurer et me dit que oui et que il y avait même un lave-vaisselle. Hors que rien du tout. Il n’y avait rien de cela. Le frigo ne refroidit pas seulement la partie congélateur. L’échelle du lit superposé est cassé, ce qui est dangereux pour les enfants. Des pots de fleurs sont vides ou avec des plantes mortes sont très sales et retournés. Des nids de fourmis autour de la maison Des araignées partout dans la maison. Pas de produits pour nettoyer le sol ou les toilettes, ni même pas de sacs poubelle. Nous avons trouvé la piscine dans un état sale. Nous avons dû la nettoyer et retirer toutes les feuilles mortes ainsi que les insectes morts. Les transats et les meubles de jardin sont cassés et/ou rouillés . Le jardin est plein de végétation partout et n’est pas débroussaillé. On a peur qu’avec la chaleur il y est un serpent La piscine est très loin de la maison et n’est pas visible. Franchement c’est une catastrophe cette maison. Elle n’est absolument pas accueillante. On ne s’y sent pas en sécurité.

A casa em si é muito gira.. com um pouco mais de cuidado ficava um cantinho super acolhedor. A sr da limpeza muito atenciosa simpática… a piscina em si tambem é bastante boa..sugestão: podiam por luz na parte da piscina ou ao redor dela pois ao anoitecer fica completamente deserta..

Sinceramente o exterior da casa esta deixada ao abandono.. nada tem a ver com as fotos que estão no booking.. ficamos encantados com o anuncio e desiludidos ao chegar ao alojamento.. bastante ervas de aninha ao redor da piscina o que tende a chamar bichos, bastantes moscas e abelhas.. a casa esta completamente abandonada no seu exterior.. para o valor esperava se muito mais.. pois pelas imagens com a realidade descrevo em publicidade enganosa

A piscina. O sossego. A proximidade a parque de campismo e parque de merendas.

A antiguidade do imóvel e o baixo nível de conservação. As camas muito antigas. Os eletrodomésticos danificados.
