The condo was clean a ready when we came in. Any issues were addressed immediately (ac wasn't blowing cold, but thet fixed it) Plenty of space for our big family. I would rent here again. Only thing is the dumpster for the trash is around the corner at the front of the complex.

All around great place to stay for a vacation. Very clean , has everything you need for cooking. Beds were very comfortable and their pillows were so great I think we are buying new ones for ourselves. Very minor thing was we did not have blankets on any beds just sheets . Would definitely stay here again!!

Neat & Clean - but the condo has all the old fitting and fixtures. The email received from Vacasa about entry to the apartment & keys is confusing. Have to call them to confirm. Good thing about is - Walking to beach, grocery store , enough parking space for 2 cars , security person is always on the watch. Ample space for family. I would love if the condo has upgraded bath , couch and tables. They were pretty standard.

This condo is fine. That is really the best way to describe it. Not really nice, but not horrible either. The toilet was leaking the day we arrived and had to be fixed the next day. Towel holders/hooks were broken and unusable. Closet doors were completely off track and just standing in the closet. Cushions on the couches were ripped and uncomfortable to sit on. The front door deadbolt was broken. Nothing was updated. It wasn't particularly clean, but it wasn't filthy. It worked for the week, but definitely on the low end of places we've stayed in South Padre. We've even stayed in this complex before, but in a much nicer condo. Will definitely look elsewhere for next year.

Was great location close 2blk to grocery storecafe and beach. Bring beach towels and laundry soap. Was perfect there was 4 beds and the bunk bed was a double full or queen adults woulda fit well. One bed was soft one was firm great options. Was nice to have full cooking capability food on island isnt easy to get cheaply so cooking was easier n cheaper.

The property was very clean and we loved the full bathrooms in each bedroom upstairs. It was super easy to check in as well. The beach was walking distance away so that made things easier. Minor detail-the Spectrum subscription gave the kids many choices to relax and watch a movie together in the evening. We would stay here again for sure!

Pros: Cold A/C, Great Location, Great Price Point, Good Super Market at the end of the street less than a block away, Clean, Comfortable Beds, Nice Pool & Hot Tub. Cons: Water Fixtures need updating, kitchen sink doesn’t get hot, one bathroom shower doesn’t get hot, one bathroom sink doesn’t get hot, dishwasher needs updated and the stove as well, dryer does not dry clothes.

This property is a close walk to the beach. The property has a no contact check-in/out and was exactly what we were looking for. The swimming pool was a little small for the complex, but there was hardly ever people there. Overall the complex was quiet and we never heard any of the neighbors. I enjoyed my stay at this condo.

Overall this place is good, condo was as advertised, it was spacious and close to everything. My issue is more so with the property management communication to issues I had. Least important, I reached out shortly after check in to get the WiFi information, and still haven’t heard back 2 days after check out. Not a big issue to us, but for someone coming here working remotely or having to do school work, that would’ve been very irritating. Second, the bottom lock box didn’t ever open, so if there were multiple people staying needing keys, we had no access to our 2nd key. And the most important, the AC is not working. We had it set at 70 everyday day / night of our stay and during the days inside was about 78 - 79 and night time was about 75-78. The filter was dirty, it definitely needs to be changed, and it sounded as if it was just the fan running, as it never cooled off. I did call Vacasa, and got no answer. It was cool the weekend we were there, so we made it work, but that should definitely be fixed ASAP as summer approaches. If these few maintenance issues are fixed, overall I would stay again.

The room was very spacious and set up nice. Very close to everything. Beautiful courtyard and pool was nice. The hot tube was never warm and the dryer didn't work but seems the association is kept up and will he taken care of promptly. Only thing I didn't like was cameras all over property made it feel awkward like someone was always watching and someone came in our unit while we were out to exterminate. They left a note but we were never informed that would happen and our stuff was moved around.

Loved how close we were to the beach and that we weren’t on a Main Street. The sleeping arrangements and bathrooms were great. Our issues were with the kitchen and dryer ~ dishes were dirty, fridge wasn’t very cold and dryer wouldn’t dry the clothes
