Our family had such a great time. The place was very fresh and clean! The ac work very well which is something you worry about when booking. The only thing dont forget ur spice thank you.

The house is very spacious. We all felt very comfortable staying there. The balcony provided a great morning view of the canal. The walls are a little thin. Some nights we did have noisy neighbors. But they too were on vacation.

We had the best time! The place was very very clean and equipped with what we needed! It’s in a great location with a short walk to the beach! We loved how open and big it was inside. The best we’re comfortable and the washer and dryer helped a lot! Claudia was great, she got back to us in a timely matter and was very helpful! The only down fall would be the loud guest next door but it wasn’t too too bad! We enjoyed our stay very much!

The Condo was pretty nice but then there was the large leather/pleather red sofa that literally had half of the pleather flaked off where you sit, there were blankets thrown over it and it smelled. We did not sit on the couch the entire time, this needs to be addressed and there is no excuse. The Condo does have a nice small pool next the to the dock that was convenient for us to dock the boat in the evenings. The location is a bit problematic depending on why you are there. We parked our new shallow sport boat across two slips as it was not wide enough (8.5" wide) which we new about in advance but we found that people helped themselves to use our boat as a fishing platform. Lots of loud noises, yelling and horn blowing (this I will never understand) from the motel next door during the night so we got little to no sleep which wasn't great when you are getting up at 5am for a fishing tournament. If we were not getting up soo early it may have not been such a big deal. The owner was responsive to a few of our concerns (responded quickly) but these items were preventable, as a VRBO owner, there is a difference between something failing during someone's stay versus someone showing up to a problem. There is a pub across the street and a divey Karaoke that is fun a few blocks away. Parrot Eye Restaurant is in the same water way and was great to pull up, they cleaned or fish and cooked it on the spot.

The condo was nice, clean, and spacious. The boat ramp offered easy access and the pool was nice. Then there's the location, the condo sits next to a trashy hotel. The neighbors were loud, obnoxious and dirty , bbqing until 3 a.m. playing "bachata" on a loud speaker. I felt this condo was priced in a way to keep patrions under 30 out, however that was not the case for the entire building. It's hard to sleep when people are slamming the gate accessing the pool at all hours of the night. Again the actual condo was top notch and couldn't have been better, unfortunately the neighbors and the quality of tenants ruined the entire experience.

Condo is very nice, but the mattresses and pillows really need to be replaced. 8 out of our 10 guests woke up w/a bad back.

Loved it! The condo was very clean and great location. Loved spending time in deck during the night. Will definitely go back next summer.
