It's located on the top floor of a five-story, 50 unit condominium complex with a great pool just steps to the Atlantic Ocean. Our building has both elevator and stairs. CC’s Waffle House, a great local breakfast/lunch diner; Nail Salon, Liquor Store, Beach Novelty Store, Ice Cream Parlor, French Bistro and Italian Restaurant which are amongst some of our favorite dining. Cottage by the Sea is also within a few miles of the famous Flagler Ave and Canel Street which features lots of local restaurants and Shops. Must visit area of New Smyrna Beach!
