The bright open floor plan provides ample space to accommodate group gatherings while the bedrooms provide a private retreat. The main level features a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals and entertain. The family room provides a cozy seating space, 65” smart tv and covered patio to enjoy the island breeze. The separate dining room seats 8 while the breakfast bar allows for an additional 4. The laundry room on the main level provides washer, dryer and additional pantry storage space. Also on the main level is a Junior Master Suite with a King Bed, and it shares access with the full bath on main. The upper level has an additional 4 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms. The executive Master Suite provides a King Bed, Sitting Area, Jetted Tub, Double Vanity, Large Walk-in Shower and private covered patio. 3 Additional bedrooms up provide 2 Queen beds in bedrooms 1 & 2. Bedroom 3 features 2 Queen over Queen bunks. Each bedroom features a TV and Walk-in Closet. The lower level provides guests with an optional heated pool, Propane Grill, outdoor living space and enormous patio. Recreation area in garage with Ping Pong, TV, gaming systems, Couch and secondary refrigerator. Roku TVs throughout. This is an amazing Charlestonian style home located in one of Hilton Head Island's newest gated seaside communities. In addition to the beach, which is just about 700 yards away, you will enjoy the Chaplin Oceanside park next door. Within walking distance of the house you will find tennis courts, basketball courts, bike trails, baseball diamonds, soccer fields, a huge kids playground, beach parking, a dog park, and restrooms. If you are not familiar with the Singleton Beach area, it is located mid island right between Palmetto Dunes and the Marriott Surf watch Resort. Being mid island puts you right in the center of all that Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, and even Savannah (just 45 min away) have to offer. The recent addition of the new Shelter Cove Towne Center is a great amenity for guests of the Singleton Beach area as well. It features some of the islands best restaurants, shopping, and recreational amenities all within a mile of the house. Shelter Cove is also where the Hilton Head holds many of its festivals, events, and concerts. In fact, that is where they have a fireworks display every Tuesday night during the summer (weather permitting of course), and you can enjoy live music nearly every night of the year. If you are looking for golf, you will not have to look very far to find one of the 30 plus courses within a 20 mile radius, some just a 2 Iron away from the house. You can also go crabbing, fishing, dolphin watching, shell collecting, or just relax on the sand and watch the waves roll in right at Singleton Beach. There is a golf cart beach shuttle service that runs Sunday-Friday from 9 AM until 5 PM, from Memorial Day through Labor Day. It is provided free of charge for our guests and is included in the rental price. The house is very nice and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a large group, and their were beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and a wagon. We really appreciated the number of queen beds. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but the location is worth it. Quiet neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. The beach wasn’t super crowded and had free parking.

My fiancée and I rented this property for our get-away wedding in Hilton Head. And the house was perfect. We needed a large rental for ourselves, friends, and family to stay while our wedding was at a nearby resort. This worked perfectly. It was centrally located for most attractions and restaurants on the island. The house itself was fantastic. Large bedrooms, plenty of bath space, wide open kitchen and living space. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

We had a great family get together here! The owner is extremely prompt with responsiveness in messages. No issues with the house. It was large and accommodating. There were beach toys, chairs, a cooler, and wagon in the garage that made it easy for the beach. We had a great stay!

We had a very good time at this house in the village of Singleton Beach. The splash pool was awesome after a long day of tennis. Pros: lost of bedrooms Cons: no elevator and lots of steps 😫 Also, kitchen is lacking if you want to cook much. Just the bare necessities.

We enjoyed this spacious home. It’s the first time in 4 years that our family has been together. Plenty of room to spread out. Great location. You can easily walk to the beach or access bike trails. Heated pool was a hit! Great response from property manager when needed.

We were on island for the Pledge the Pink breast cancer walk. Turns out the house was extremely close to Shelters Cove and 3 of the 4 days events. Very nice to have a pool at tge house to relax in after each day's walks. The layout was perfect with one room on the ground floor and the rest upstairs. There were a few quirks with the house but nothing to step in our way. The keurig coffee pot died after the first cup but the owner responded to email promptly and had a new one delivered the next day. Would use home again for future events.
