The master bedroom has a king bed with direct access into the bath area. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, bedroom 3 also has two twin beds. The unit offers sleeping (beds) for 6 and a full kitchen with Washer and Dryer. Included amenities are a local phone, cable, flat screen TV, DVD, CD, Stereo, WiFi Wireless internet, and a full supply of linens and kitchen accessories. If you are looking for a clean and quiet place at a reasonable price than you have found it. This unit is well maintained and managed and we want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. If you like walking, you are minutes from Alaska's famous coastal trail that follows the coast from downtown Anchorage to Kincaid Park. If athletics is your game travel the trails by walking, running, bike or roller blade your way through the city. Anchorage has hundreds of miles of bike trails throughout the city. Many dining opportunities are within walking distance from this location. Anchorage has a fun nightlife for those who like to go out. We have fantastic restaurants that offer the freshest seafood anywhere and when you have enjoyed dinner then dance at the many nightspots in the city. One of the busiest float plane lakes in the world - Lake Hood, is a ten minute walk, and is the central location for fly out fishing and hunting trips. Fishing is what Alaska is best known for. You are at ground zero for the world famous Halibut, King Salmon, Red and Silver Fishing and don't forget the Crab! We Love the Crab! Anchorage is a great winter destination also, and is a short 45 minute drive to Mt. Alyeska - a world class ski mountain with runs for all types of skill levels. This was the perfect stay, lots of room, clean and quiet.

Was there for 7 days with 3 other adults, and only had 1-1/2 rolls of toilet paper, the host did not get back to me until days later, I had to Uber to Walmart. However when the host finally got back to me and said it was an oversight buy the cleaning crew. It happens and the host did offer to refund me for the Uber. Overall it was s very nice place.

The property was clean and well maintained. It fit our family of six perfectly. This was our first time staying in a VRBO and it spoiled us. We will never use a hotel again.

2 families 4 adults 5 kids traveling together rented side by side units for the ladies 60th birthday celebration trip. Stayed snd did day trips. Centrally located with good restaurants within walking g distance. Woukd rent again.

2 rooms with 2 single beds each worked great for our multigenerational family. Good location made this stay pleasant. Beds were very comfortable and sheets exceptionally soft.

This property was a great space for a family of four with teenagers. The neighborhood was very quiet, and even though this property is in a building with adjoining residences, we never heard anybody else the entire time we were there. Getting into the property was simple. That location was close to the airport which is perfect when arriving so late. The main room had plenty of space for everybody to sit. The master bed was comfortable and we slept well. Having black out curtains was greatly appreciated. It was nice that my two teenagers had their own room. The shower was nice including the shower, pressure and all the amenities you need are there. I also appreciated having a washer and dryer.

Felt very comfortable in this space. The house was very clean, though a bit outdated. (That seems to be the case with most of the homes, though) The mattress in the master bedroom was phenomenal. I rarely experience mattresses that I like, as well as what I have at home. The house was also furnished with everything we could need. The host was speedy in all communications with me.
The only negatives I have is the listing said one king, one queen, and two twin beds, but there was actually one king, and four twin. It wasn’t too big of a deal though since there was enough beds for everyone. Also, wi-fi wasn’t immediately available. The instructions said I could call the host to gain access, but, considering we were usually only there late in the evening, we chose not to.

The place is clean, well & thoughtfully stocked in kitchen , bath, laundry sections.
The mattress was comfortable& sheets comfortable & didn’t feel cold.
When I go to cold and high humidity places I worry about musty odors but none here. The place felt close to center of activities

We have stayed at this property many times & it never disappoints! Location is great for me & not far from anywhere in Anchorage. The fire place is a huge plus for the cold Anchorage winters!! The owner Craig is always easy to get ahold of for any needs or issues. I hope to continue staying here in the future!

Strong musty smell in hallway. Chemical smell in unit. Front hallway access door had been forced open and doorjam was broken in. Screen in bedroom window was out and sitting in the room. Broken towel rack in bathroom. Neighborhood felt a little sketchy.

I loved having the room to spread out and actually have beds, my kids really appreciated that after spending time on a couch bed before this stay.

The kitchen and bath facilities were clean and well-maintained. The beds were a little soft. When we first arrived, one of the bedrooms lacked blackout blinds due to previous guests. When I made my complaints known, I did get somewhat timely responses. It is easy to get to downtown, local restaurants, or pickup freeways out of town from there.

It was decent, and conveniently located. It had some nice qualities, but we could only use two of the three bedrooms bc there was no curtain/blind in the third bedroom.

The property was fine, no real issues and would stay again. Entry way to the multi-appt setup was a bit dirty but the unit was not at all. Beds were comfortable and washer/dryer was a pleasant surprise.
One bedroom did not have a blind (it was missing) and only a blanket fixed on one end only and we had to rig something to cover the window which was a bit of an issue If they fix that blind I would have said was no issues at all. Overall a good value for the money and close to everything we needed so pleased with the choice.

We were very happy with our stay at Craig's property in December 2021. We had our 4 children (two teens and two under 10) and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking equipment and the unit was very clean. The only minor thing was that, while there is a ton of closet space, there were no hangers and no dressers, so you're stuck leaving your clothes in your suitcases or on the floor. We ended up borrowing some hangers from a friend who lives in Anchorage.
There is a great park, playground, and sledding hill nearby, Balto Seppala Park, that is perfect for families in the summer and winter. Downtown Anchorage is a 7-minute drive away, and there are grocery stores and lots of places to eat nearby (Rustic Goat, Sami's City Diner, Pho Lena our FAVORITE for Thai and other Asian cuisine), Midway Cafe, and more).
The owner is very responsive and friendly, and he kept the parking lot plowed the whole time we were there. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Apartment is in bottom floor not much privacy with the windows being open, one windo didn’t have blinds. Questions were answered right away. Would definitely stay here again
