Situated in Wailea, this charming condo for $683 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Remodeled, spacious condo with high ceilings located at Hale Kamaole opposite Kamaole III State Park and Beach. Great for two couples or a family of four. The open loft area sleeps one adult/child in a twin bed. The open staircase does not make it suitable for toddlers. Hale Kamaole is the only complex in Wailea and Kihei with truly unobstructed ocean views. This beautiful condo has amazing Pacific Ocean, West Maui Mountains, and Haleakala views from the living room and balcony (lanai), which has shade 95% of the day, a must when you spend most of the day in the sun. The lanai also offers views of the expansive lawn and tropical landscape of Birds of Paradise, Plumeria trees, and of course Palm trees. A split a/c unit was installed in the living room for warm summer afternoons. Bedrooms have their a/c. When windows and doors are opened the Tradewinds keep all areas cool and it gives the feeling of outdoor living. Both bedrooms have high-end foam/gel King Posture Pedic mattresses. The Guest Bedroom is on the first floor with a bathroom. The Master Bedroom is on the second floor with an Ensuite Bathroom. New windows slide open for the Maui trade winds or close for quiet sleeping. Ceramic floor throughout the 1st floor including the Guest Bedroom, and carpet in the Master Bedroom and loft. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers. 55' Smart Samsung TV in the living room. 45' Smart Samsung TV in bedrooms. Bring your Netflix etc. passwords. Watch the whales or the beautiful sunsets from the lanai, or walk to the beach in front of Kamaole III State Park in less than two minutes. This beach is known to be one of the best beaches in South Kihei. Great for swimming, snorkeling, sunning, paddle boarding, amazing sunsets and whale watching. Lifeguards are available. Restaurants/shops are within walking distance or dine at our beautiful Wailea hotels less than 10 minutes drive away. World-class golf courses are a very short distance drive. Our complex Hale Kamaole has two pools, an enclosed full-size tennis court, and two large BBQ areas, each having 4 large charcoal grills and two gas grills. Free parking in front of the condo. No check-in or hidden fees! I understand the effort it takes to find that perfect holiday for a reasonable price. I live in Maui and will be available for any questions or advice.

The condo location is perfect. The unit was clean and just as described. We lived walking to the beach and down to the restaurants with ease. Watching the whales from the balcony is a dream come true! Mary was an excellent communicator and the entire process was Smooth.

The host, Mary, went above and beyond to help us navigate what to do when the tragic Maui fires broke out (we were scheduled to arrive the same day). While we did not, in fact, make it to Maui or to the condo, it was worth writing a review of what an amazing and thoughtful host Mary was, updating us as soon as she had information. We plan on returning when we can, and recommend you do too! Bring your spending dollars to Maui when it's ok to return, and consider this host and Vrbo. Thank you Mary xoxo

Mary's residence was great, very clean, in a great position to explore the island and with Kamole beaches at walking distance ( Kamaloe III it's just few steps crossing the road). We had great snokeling and we meet many tourtles there. Mary collected all the informations about Island, exscurtions, suggestion, instruction for house devices, and much more, in a big "book" (great job! you can find there really everithings you need to know ). Kicthen was the best ever we seen in an house rental, full of tools and accessories. You can also finds snorkel gear, beach chairs and umbrella and other things for beach life. From the lanai you can see the sea and the sunset. Condo have also 2 swimming pool and a tennis court ( we prefer the beach and excursion, so never used ). The bedroom as the bathroom it's very nice with very cofortable bed full size. The furnishing of all thehouse is very nice. We really feel like a home. Because everything was perfect we don't need to talk with Mary, but in case I presume should be reactive as she was before our stay. We would definitely stay here again ! p.s. We are shocked by what happened in Lahaina with the fires, it's all very sad.

We had a great week in Hale Kamaole 272. This condo is exactly as described, well-appointed and very clean. The beach directly across the street, 5 minutes walk, Kamaole III was great for boogie boarding. Mary was a super host and her communication and helpful information was greatly appreciated. We hope to be back!

One of the best-stocked properties we've ever stayed in. Mary thought of everything - from instructions to the A/C, to providing night lights, to the beach chairs & umbrella. Even included a hairdryer, laundry detergent, first aid kit. Right across from beach park. Great view of sunset. Super clean.

Absoutely recommend this condo for relaxing comfort, amazing location, stocked kitchen, beach chairs, towels, buckets, and coolers. It is situated across the street from the beach, where you can enjoy snorkeling, swimming, sun bathing, and gorgeous sunsets. If gliding across the top of the water is on your list, rent a kayak, surf board, or paddleboard minutes down the road. For underwater adventures, Maui Dreams Dive (also close by) offer spectacular dive trips. Both the Molikini Crater and the Lanai Cathedral dives offered great encounters with sea life. There are multiple restaurants in Kihei to choose from, but would recommend Paia Fishmarket or Nalu's. The owner/manager has thought of everything to make it easy to relax, explore, and enjoy the beauty of Maui.

Mary's place is simply fantastic. The location is perfect, right across the street is a great beach for snorkeling and other activities, and the pool and tennis court are very nice. Most importantly, the condo itself is large, well-appointed and extremely well taken care of, and impeccably clean. We loved our visit and hope to be back again soon. Thanks Mary!

We've stayed at this complex for a total of 7 weeks over the past 2 years, in 4 different units. We really like the area, the beaches and the friendly atmosphere of the whole property. This particular unit is the nicest of the 4 units we've used. Cleanliness & the quality of the details like bedding and cooking area leave a great first impression. The bathrooms & showers are updated and very clean. Plenty of decent cookware, appliances are modern, and beach equipment available. We had a minor glitch in one of the showers, called the host and her reaction was immediate - the problem required a plumber, but was fixed the very next day and had no impact on our vacation. The bonus came when we actually got to meet the host in person - Mary was super friendly, truly motivated to take care the problem, and so easy to talk to that it felt like we'd known her for years. She was very interested to hear our opinions about anything that could be improved in the future, but there really aren't many things we could suggest. We will be happy to stay in this unit in the future.

Beautiful condo in a lovely spot, across the street from one of the best beaches on Maui. This condo had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Super clean, all the amenities, comfy beds, kitchen gadgets for serious cooking and grilling. Convenient location to groceries and restaurants. Wonderful pool and grounds. Watched whales from the balcony. We will be back!

Loved this spot. Great views from patio, close to beach, convenient to shopping and restaurants. Really liked the set up of sleeping arrangements and bathrooms. We cooked alot and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this rental.

Not sure what to say other than this place has it all!!! Incredibly well put together and stocked with key items like water toys, spices, pots/pans/appliances, toiletries and towels. We literally had zero issues or complaints whatsoever. There was even a nice loaf of bread here waiting for us as a gift when we arrived. Amazing instructions on the whole house, and great tips for what to do in the area provided by the owner. Would come back again in an instant. Thank you, Mahalo!!!!

Clean up to date unit literally 100 steps to a perfect family friendly beach. Mary is a wonderful host-always prompt on the communications and the unit is fully equipped for relaxing inside and at the beach.

I was very disappointed in this rental unit. First the description says it has good beds, it does NOT. The downstairs bed is so broken down it hurt to sleep in and being pregnant I could not sleep and woke up with major neck pain from the extra soft pillows. Next, I have been to Kihei 6 or 7 times and have NEVER had a unit with roaches until this unit, they were everywhere!! In the bathrooms, kitchen, rooms, laundry.. small ones big ones just gross. Wasps on the patio, so I spent no time enjoying the view. Then there was the daily construction/remodel of the unit next door. They played loud music, cussed, drilled, sawed and banged the door and blocked the handicap parking all day long. Again being on our babymoon looking for relaxation was all I wanted but naps were out of the question. I will never stay in this complex or condo again.

Stayed with my husband and out 17 & 21 year old kids. The condo was clean, had everything we needed and in a great location. Definitely preferred staying in Kihei over Lahaina & Kaanapali—great people & beaches. Mary is a wonderful host. We couldn’t have found a better rental.

Mary's location was perfect. South Kihei, close to Wailea. Great beaches! Beautiful ocean/sunset views. Very organized space with everything you need to enjoy your "home away from home". This was our first VRBO experience and it exceeded our expectations. Mahalo to Mary!

Mary has a wonderful property and was an absolute joy to work with. The condo was absolutely spectacular, so many perks to make you feel comfy while on vacation. Even the closets were completely updated! Not only was the condo itself absolutely fabulous, the location was perfect. We could watch the sunset from our lanai or take a two minute stroll to the beach. We are already looking forward to another trip and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. Thank you!

Wow! A perfect location. We walked to the beach and restaurants every day. The pool was a great option. The condo was well kept and very comfortable. We couldn't have asked for more! The host was very kind and communicated well. She even left us delicious banana macadamia nut bread! Highly recommended.
