Situated in Santa Monica, this attractive house for $1,002 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Santa Monica Business license #216122. This home follows the Santa Monica Homeshare laws. I always recommend a text then a conversation after booking to insure your ultimate happiness! I will give a %100 refund up to on the day of your arrival if you are not COMPLETELY HAPPY! BE Aware those with cat allergies... There is a sweet kitty-kat Named Maise who does not go in the house but does enjoy lounging outdoors on property. Anyone with cat allergies should not stay at this home to be extra safe. Please be aware that this is the only kitty I am able to have on premise at any time. This is a heavenly, Spanish style home with permitted street parking and a private driveway that fits 2 cars. This home is inviting, warm, clean, comfortable, and calming. Guests can now experience comfy outdoor living in a bubble. Shoes off before entering! The simplicity, cleanliness, PRIME location sets this home apart from others. Front foyer has natural stone flooring and skylight on a raised ceiling. Feel free to play music with the piano, guitars, and percussion instruments at hand. The dining room divides the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is higher end with all the modern conveniences and granite counter tops. The cabinets are loaded with the essentials for coffee, tea and cooking. Laundry room is off the kitchen. The family/living room is super comfortable with cozy couches and a large screen TV . There is a gas fireplace and beautiful hardwood floors throughout. The hallway leads to two open, inviting, clean guest bedrooms with a queen size bed in each room and plenty of closet space/hangers. SOFT, CLEAN linens and blankets are included. The guest bath is fun...all natural with river rock, water fall glass doors, rain shower. In the middle of the house is the den/office with a flat screen TV and French doors open onto an outdoor roofed cabana and outdoor office. A chaise lounger couch opens into a Queen bed in this room, creating additional sleep space if wanted. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed with a master bath that has a jacuzzi tub and shower. A larger deck with a double chaise opens off the Master bedroom. The home is eco friendly with both solar and thermal panels for the electric and pool. In the very back is the swimming pool, perfect for laps, pool vollyball and major fun. It is positive-ionized, with slightly salty water. The pool ranges from 3-9 feet deep. This is a private pool and there is no lifeguard. The Water temperature is dependent on the weather. Summer months are warmer because circulates thru thermal panels during the day. I only run the jacuzzi 4 hours at a time ...so choose your time and always before 10 PM(this is a residential neighborhood and most people work during the day and sleep at night. ) The outdoor living room is sweet with a fire pit and a comfy vibe. Newly added outdoor large dining area with a BBQ is great for gathering. Feel free to use the portable bluetooth speaker anywhere in the area. There is a friendly kitty-cat that lives outside on the property as a natural pest deterrent. I am open to responsible dog owners with well behaved pets:-) Located one half block south of Montana Ave 1/2 block from Brentwood and a mile to the cliffs of Santa Monica. The house was clean and very comfortable for the whole family: accessorized kitchen, nice living area, great beds, pool. We all really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was safe, beautiful and great for outdoor walks. Deb was just excellent, great communicator and always available.

Staying at Deb’s beautiful home in Santa Monica absolutely made our vacation to California perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, close to the beach, and near LA but not in LA. A great neighborhood and the perfect place from which to explore Santa Monica, Venice Beach, etc. The house, the pool, and the backyard are wonderful.
And Deb is the best! Kind, friendly, helpful, and well, like family. We felt like we’d known her for years.

This house was the most beautiful home, pictures don’t do it justice. Our family had the best time, we felt at home and warm. Deb was the best host I’ve ever encountered she was quick to respond, helpful, and just so kind, everything you would wish for. This experience was above and beyond and I would recommend to anyone staying in the area, perfect location, great neighborhood, convenient, and sooo well equipped and stocked. To celebrate my sister's 70th birthday, I rented Debra's beautiful home for 5 nights. We were greeted with fresh flowers on the dining table & Deb even hung a Happy Birthday banner for my sister. She let my niece borrow one of her bikes & rode with her to the local farmer's market. The pool, spa, fire pit & multiple outdoor seating areas were lovely. Deb is a wonderful host. If you're looking for a home to rent in Santa Monica, this is it!

We wanted to have extended family together over the holiday weekend so we stayed at Deb’s. We had such a fun time! Our grands stopped by for pool days; and the spaces, and support from Deb, made it a great experience!

We loved our stay here. Deb made everything easy. She was our personal guide to the city. She even left us homegrown tomatoes on the porch. We were so surprised by the gigantic pool in the backyard. The pictures don't do it justice! The location was excellent for everything we wanted to see. We even felt so at home that we took in the local farmers market. What a great home away from home in a crazy, big city!

Great house in beautiful neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay in Deb's charming house. It was on a lovely street in Santa Monica about a ten minute drive to the beach. Deb was very thorough during the house tour and gave us lots of great suggestions on where to go.

Lots of room and great location
We stayed here for a gymnastics trip. 3 moms and 3 daughters. The house was the perfect size for all of us. The location was good and Deb was so helpful with ideas of things to do and see and places to eat. It was too cold to swim in the pool, but the girls played in the hot tub while the moms sat around the fire table outside. It was a great stay.

Santa Monica Treasure!
We chose to rent this home in Santa Monica, CA because we had previously lived in Santa Monica and knew that the location was perfect for exploring the Westside and the beach communities. We especially wanted to be close to our old haunts: 3rd Street Promenade, the Pier, Montana Avenue, Pacific Coast Highway and Malibu and the iconoclastic Venice Beach. This home is in a perfect location to explore these areas as well as providing a great jumping off place for the rest of Los Angeles. An unexpected highlight on this trip was seeing the Rose Parade floats on January 2nd in Pasadena (35-minute drive).
Our host and the owner of the property was tremendous! From before we left home to after we returned home, she was full of helpful information which she provided promptly. She made planning easy and had thought of pretty much everything. She was both immediately available while fully mindful of our privacy. Things that we also especially appreciated included her suggestions for things to do such as farmers’ markets, restaurants for eat in or take out; her immediately addressing our questions and issues (like where are the spare batteries); her encouraging us to take full advantage of the magnificent fruits and vegetables in her gardens (delicious); and her encouragement to enjoy both the house and the area.
The property itself is clean, well kept and cozy. The outdoor areas are beautiful both day and night. The kitchen is well stocked, and the Nespresso machine makes having that first cup of coffee a breeze and a pleasure. In case it rains (it did for us in Dec/Jan but rare other times of the year), there is a piano and other small musical instruments, movies and games. The house is filled with interesting paintings and other furnishings. Outdoors, in addition to the large pool, there is a hot tub (we were going to skip as we had cool weather) but we were glad that we didn’t – very relaxing! We also tried out the ‘fire-pit’. The fireplace in the living room provides a great atmosphere for winding down and the huge TV is fully connected for streaming.
In summary, this is a very comfortable home in a great location and we hope we can return soon!

Good Location
The owner was very nice, helpful and responsive. The house was comfortable and had a large pool out back that also had a hot tub. It was a good walking neighborhood and “Curb Your Enthusiasm” films 3 blocks down the street.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Large private swimming pool, hot tub and outdoor space for relaxation, sun tanning and eating al fresco . Very well equipped kitchen. 3 large bedrooms + and office area with sofa bed. Large living room with giant TV and dining room. Nice artwork and small touches throughout the house. Santa Monica Hideaway
We were here for 5 days for a family wedding/. House sleeps up to 3 couples comfortably, but accommodations for more than that are mot sufficient. Office has pull-out bed couldn't easily be used as a bedroom, since patio doors had no shades or curtains. It was a good office to work in,.
Shower curtain and shower head were in a Jacuzzi tub, so difficult to get in and out of. Curtain rod and shower head were very low, even for short people.
Water pressure very strong.
We used fireplace in living room extensively due to cold weather.
House extremely well stocked with towels, sheets, dishes, utensils, etc. Pool and hot tub are wonderful, but weather was too cold for swimming. Gardens, patio, and grounds are magnificent and well kept...many nooks and sitting areas to enjoy.. Neighborhood is beautiful and very conducive to walking. Many services and amenities close by, especially for those who prefer walking. Deb is a wonderful hostess, who is available close by when you need her. All in all a great rental experience at a fair price!

Cant say enjoy about how perfect this rental experience was! The owner was extremely flexible and welcoming in allowing early check in and greeting us with a beautiful bouquet of flowers to brighten our holidays! The house was fabulous, spacious for our family and very comfortable both inside and poolside! Very sad to leave and anxious to return. It was also spotless- by far the cleanest property i have ever experienced ! As I mentioned- PERFECT

Highly Recommend - comfortable and easy
Deb is a thoughtful and available host, making every effort to ensure our stay was going well. Her home emulates a cozy homey feel, and is accommodates young children. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook. The backyard is a dream, from the outdoor dining area, to the cozy nook with hammock, to the large pool with hot tub. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Graduation long weekend stay
My husband and I, my sister and her daughter and my parents all stayed here during a long weekend to attend our daughter's graduation from college. The house was lovely and charming, very spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, a nice living room and dining room, great bedrooms with comfy beds and a wonderful backyard in which to relax in the sun. The location is fantastic - close to downtown Santa Monica and the beach and easily accessible to the 405. Deb was a wonderful host and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would stay here again and highly recommend it!

Deb is a wonderful host and the place was absolutely perfect.
If it bothers you when the host is involved and shows up at the house and comes by and calls/texts , I would say maybe reconsider but Deb is sweet and she was a gracious host.

Home was extremely clean and comfortable and in a nice and safe neighborhood. Deb, the owner is very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.
The only issue we had was traffic going in and out of LA. It's awful! Must allow lots of time for travel especially a.m. and p.m. rush hours.

Such a great place!
We absolutely loved this house! We rented it for the weekend for my husband's 30th birthday, and the vibe was exactly what we were looking for - cool, fun, open, big, and a great outdoor space (pool and hot tub). The owner Deb was easy to connect with, was so accommodating, and made for an even better experience! The unique and colorful decor throughout the house added such a fun tone to our weekend - from the art/graffiti wall to the cozy couches, hammock in the side patio, etc. There is also a nice fire pit, which was great at night when it got chilly. Overall, 12/10 - would definitely stay here again. Also, the street was beautiful with gorgeous trees, well kept, etc. Would recommend for families or even small friend get-togethers. It's a rare gem. Thank you, Deb!

Amazing house for an amazing trip!
We had a great time staying at Deb's place this past weekend. The location is walking distance to stores and restaurants and a short drive to Santa Monica Pier and Beach. Deb stays on the property and is easy to reach for any questions/ concerns. She knew we had a group so she even brought over a coffee maker for us! She offered to show us around but sadly we had a full weekend with a tournament we were participating in. The pool is not heated which seems perfect for summer trips but a little too cold for us in the winter :)

Great for large group
The house is fully equipped with a great kitchen. Nice common spaces. Great for our family with an older couple and 2 adult children and spouses. Deb was available and helpful. Though our son swam once, the pool is really for summer. Also, back bedroom is heated only by electric heaters, so can get chilly on cold nights. Parking was great and street very quiet. Location perfect for us -- walkable to many stores.
