Opposite the kitchen and dining area, you'll find the living area. A comfy couch, recliner, and overstuffed armchair offer seating in the living area, while you watch TV on the large flat screen TV [which comes with HBO, Showtime and a DVR], enjoy the cozy fireplace, or just enjoy the view through the large, lake-facing, picture window. On this main floor, those with limited mobility will enjoy the convenience of having a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, flat-screen TV, a full bathroom, as well as access to a covered deck that spans the entire width of the house. Full-size laundry facilities are also located on this floor. The upper floor hosts the master bedroom with king size bed, flat-screen TV, vaulted ceiling, and sliding glass doors that let you enjoy the view from inside the bedroom, or on the private covered deck that spans the width of the home. An additional bedroom on this level faces the rear of the property, and has one queen bed and one full. A full bathroom with tub is also located on this floor. The lower level of the home features one more bedroom with queen bed and a 3rd full bathroom. Additionally, you will find a second fridge, and common area living space with flat-screen TV. This room also encompasses a day bed, with a trundle bed, and there is a second set of stackable laundry facilities. A walk-out door on this level will take you down to the lakefront. A/C windows units are located in every bedroom, along with the main living room to keep you cool on those warm summer days.
