Situated in Big Island, this attractive villa for $1,572 per night is a great choice for your next break. Aloha and welcome to our home, villa #311. Our villa offers concierge service to all of our guests. We have ocean views, a private pool with spa, and gourmet kitchen with professional grade appliances. The villa is bright, airy and spacious with vaulted ceilings, mahogany trimmed woodwork along with natural stone flooring throughout the home. Our villa is filled with artwork, flat screen TV’s and fabulous furnishings. We have upgraded Wi-Fi and a Sonos music system. Come enjoy the covered lanai with built-in gas BBQ and outdoor dining. The disappearing glass doors combine the great room, kitchen, and wet bar bringing the outdoors in! Our villa has 3 ground level master suites and 3.5 baths. Two suites have a king size bed, walk in closets and marble bathrooms complete with Jacuzzi tubs. The third suite has queen beds with another exceptional bathroom. There is an outdoor shower accessible from either the master suite or the backyard pool area. Tiki torches, a patio fountain and artwork complete our backyard experience. We offer the VIP Amenity Package to our guests for a fee. The Amenity Package gives access to the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort, offering a variety of entertainment options including 36 holes of championship golf, tennis, workout facilities and two of the best white sand beaches on the Kohala coast. There are a variety of restaurants and shops located nearby as well. Waiulaula is located within the Mauna Kea Resort on 48 acres of sweeping ocean and mountain views. Within the Waiulaula Complex, there is an Amenity Center for residents that include an infinity edge pool, spa, fitness center, BBQ s, kitchen with dining area and TV room. Nicely appointed and spacious. Very private with pool and hot tub and an outstanding ocean view. Access to two hotel resorts, including golf. Checked every box you could want. Thanks for the hospitality.

Beautiful and well laid out villa on the grounds of the Westin Hapuna with access available (for additional resort fee) to both Hapuna and Mauna Kea resorts. Located in a quiet neighborhood on the bluffs, nearly every room had an ocean view. Sunsets were spectacular! Comfortably furnished inside and out with large lanai, multi-slide patio doors made for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Villa well stocked with every possible amenity - felt more like a home than a rental. Private pool and hot tub a huge bonus. Owner and concierge were very lovely to deal with and very responsive. A definite return destination.

We really enjoy the sunset view of this property. The house is beautiful and very well stocked with all the kitchen appliances and cook wares. Very convenient!

We were in Hilo to celebrate my step-son's college graduation. House was just what we needed and was definitely worth the 25 minute drive outside of Hilo. Location on the ocean and views from the deck that could not be beat. Directions were clear, communication with owner was timely and practical. House was clean and definitely set up for people who cook - kitchen was very well supplied and knives were sharp (sometimes it's the little things that make your day)! We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but we did spend significant time on the deck enjoying sunrise and the ocean views. Highly recommend this house.

Outstanding property, ideal location. Quiet,well located. Most importantly- everything works-pool , spa, AC, grill, everything. Incredibly well supplied kitchen. Pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, plentiful and excellent quality. You should stop at Costco and the farmers market and just eat at home the entire trip

This home is beautiful and is very well appointed. The property manager was super helpful. The home is in a great location with spectacular views. I highly recommend staying here. Minor point - the pool is more of a plunge pool, it isn't a full-size pool, but it was still great to have.

The bedrooms are huge and there are private bathrooms for everyone which ensures everyone gets some privacy and alone time. Common areas are roomy and comfortable as are the beds. Beautiful sunsets every night with gas tiki torches to light for ambience after night fall. Manager checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, which we did since the owners seemed to have thought of everything you could need for the kitchen, outside and for trips to the beach. All in all I would recommend for families or adults to share.

What a very accommodating host! Mauna Lea erupted in the early morning hours on the day of my 50th birthday trip,. Janet issued us a full refund when I explained that we weren’t comfortable moving forward with our trip as planned. Leading up to the trip she was very communicative and easy to get a hold of. We will certainly look this property up for our next trip to Hawaii

This was the perfect place for a family vacation. The villa, the owner, and the management were all wonderful. The ocean and sunset views from the lanai were better than the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely and has a convenient fitness area. The hardest thing was deciding whether to go to the beach at the Mauna Kea or Hapuna resort, or go exploring, or to just sit in the gorgeous backyard looking at the ocean. We hope to return!

Absolutely perfect stay the first week of January. Our flight was delayed a day and it was very easy to communicate with the concierge. Immaculately clean. We loved being able to use the beach at the Mauna Kea Resort nearby too.

This was our third time staying at a condo associated with the resort, though our first time at this particular unit. This unit was the best!!! 5 stars!

My family and I had a fabulous stay at this Villa. This is a beautifully appointed and well maintained property. Immaculate, well equipped and incredibly comfortable. Took the advice of other guests and purchased the amenity package for the two resorts. We were not disappointed! We especially loved the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel. Spent multiple days at the stunning beach, enjoyed lunch at Hau Tree, went paddleboarding and kayaking. We spent most days out and about, either at the beach or exploring the island. Most evenings we enjoyed cocktails and dinner at the Villa, never missing a sunset! This is a special place and the perks with the amenity package make it even more attractive. We loved the Big Island and plan to return.

The pictures of this beautiful home do not lie! Our family enjoyed every night at the pool for the beautiful sunsets and every night eating outside. Our schedule was pretty much the same everyday - wake up to breakfast at home, head to excursions or the nearby beach and meet up at night for sunsets and dinner. The neighborhood pool is also very lovely. This home is in a great location and I highly recommend it for your family vacation just don't book for next year during the first week of May because we would like to go back in 2020.

We had an amazing week in this beautiful home. Lisette & Janet were very helpful! The recent renovation at the Westin Hapuna was a pleasant surprise. On thing to note is that the home is just a bit too far to walk to either of the resorts. If travelling with a larger group I would recommend getting two rental cars so that no one gets stranded at the house all day. Overall a great experience. We will definitely be back!

A great location, awesome views, very quiet and safe. The house is fully equipped and very clean and up to date. Lisette the property concierge was fantastic, very responsive and professional. Overall, we stay at Homeway properties quite a lot, this one by far was the best.

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful villa. The villa and the panoramic ocean views are far more impressive than even the pictures indicate. The villa is huge - we had lots of room for 3 adults and 3 kids. We loved that one wall is a sliding glass that opens up onto the lovely patio and pool. Everything about the stay was seamless. Would definitely recommend signing up for the Mauna Kea resort package. The Mauna Kea is a fabulous hotel and we spent a lot of time using the hotel pool, beach, tennis and golf facilities.
