Our three generation family (ages14-78) of 9 enjoyed all aspects of this property. There were enough bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas inside and out for everyone. The kitchen is very well equipped for all levels of cooking. The washer/dryer were easy to use. We loved the pool, views, whale watching to the right of the lanai, all the sounds of nature and the little green lizards hiding in the plants in the yard by the driveway. Highly recommend Green Flash for takeout coffee/breakfast. Go early but it’s worth it. Great beer and swag at Kona Brewing. Good sports venue is Oceans. Gecko Girls for Hawaiian Ice. Humphys has great fresh fish sandwiches. Definitely recommend: Jacks diving for snorkeling with Mantas and scuba, sea horse farm you get to hold seahorses, Mauna Kea Summit Adventures for sunset/star gazing. Safeway is about ten minutes from the house as well as many restaurants and shops. We snorkeled by walking into water at Kahalu’u Beach Park. Terrific for first timers. Tons of fish, some turtles, lifeguard. We would definitely go back. I love the Kona Coast and this is a terrific place 🌴🌊🌺

We planned a family vacation for a celebration of life. Our group of 9 really enjoyed the property. Beautiful views. Ample space to relax. Very large kitchen which is well stocked with utensils. Gas grill worked well. We would recommend this property for others staying on the Big Island.

This was a well appointed and well laid out house for our multi-generational family stay. The house was beautiful, clean, located centrally from all of our activities. The host (Kona Coast Vacations) communicated quickly and efficiently with any questions that popped up not just during our stay, but also leading up to our stay. They were wonderful to work with and showed their the true sense of Aloha! I can't recommend this place more.

We had a lovely week in Kona. We enjoyed the coffee and tea in the patio and pool area every morning, and our 2 boys enjoyed being in the pool. It's a great location for all Kona based activities, though we traveled across the Island.
I appreciated help in booking activities also.
We would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything!

This house everything we had hoped, and exactly as it is on the site. The hosts were timely with information and easy to reach, the property was clean and well stocked, and we had a wonderful and relaxing time during our week.

The listing was everything and MORE! Incredibly clean and organized property. The view of the ocean was breathtaking. The landscaping was gorgeous, we were pleasantly surprised by the entry waterfall and the orange trees were perfectly ripe for breakfast oranges!
The location was perfect, it felt private and secluded but was a quick 10-15 minutes from grocery stores, the fun downtown and only 20min from the airport.
We had an AMAZING time. If we find ourselves in Kona again we would definitely stay again!

It was really the best location we have ever stayed at. It had everything we expected and more. The privacy of the home with neighbors distant away made it extremely quiet and made it feel truly relaxing vacation. The view was amazing and was close to airport, downtown and near dock where we went snorkeling. On top of the amazing stay, we forgot my daughters dress that she took pictures for 15th birthday and Asi from Kona Coast Vacations reached out to me and she was able to ship it to me which literally put cherry on top of everything.. We will definitely be coming back!! Thank you

AMAZING Home
This was a much anticipated trip for three generations of our family. The home is amazing! There was not one thing that anybody reached for that wasn't available. I would highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of booking it for their stay.

The home was actually larger than it looked in the pictures and it accommodated our party of 9 adults very well. The lanai got lots of use and the views were lovely. Close enough to downtown Kona for access to shopping, but located inside a gated, quiet community. The 4:00pm check-in time was a little inconvenient as we arrived early afternoon and were tired from travel, a little flexibility with the check-in time would have been nice. The kitchen was well supplied with appliances, pots/pans, dishes, etc. We enjoyed a lovely vacation in this pretty home.

Beautiful House with a Fantastic View!
This house worked perfectly for our group of 10... there are four bedrooms and a seperate ohana. The outside deck area around the pool and with a view of the beautiful blue ocean is well-equipped with a bar and seating--a great place to read a book or play games with the family. The master suite was very spacious and felt spa-like. They had everything you could need for a Big Island vacation--multiple beach chairs, snorkel equipment, and umbrellas. The property manager responded promptly to our one request. We loved our stay--thank you!

This property is in a great neighborhood, with an amazing view, and the layout accommodates a large group where everyone can have their own personal space too.
My only complaints for our experience are:
-we arrived and the air conditioning wasn’t working for 3/5 of the bedrooms (which was fixed the next day but it made for restless sleep for those rooms at night)
- the front pond area has been neglected so the water in it was brown with large toads living in it and spiders all throughout the main entrance (so we used the garage instead)
- there were hornets nests in the lanai fans (which management came by to clean up)
- the pool and landscaping lights weren’t working when we arrived so we needed to notify the management of the issue and they sent a repair guy the next day to fix the landscape lights but the pool lights never worked
- the master bathroom has no privacy so with all the landscaping and electrician crew it took to fix up the property having direct sight into the entire master bathroom meant we could only shower during certain parts of the day
- the landscapers spent most of a day (unannounced) chainsawing an entire tree in the backyard so we couldn’t enjoy the day by the pool
- the outdoor shower off the master has no privacy either, and given the crew working at the house for 3 of the 6 days, it wasn’t usable
Over all I would recommend the house but I would suggest renters check with management that the house is working as expected, no crews are doing work during their stay, and that added privacy for the master has been covered.

Great house with enough space for large groups
This property is in a great neighborhood, with an amazing view, and the layout accommodates a large group where everyone can have their own personal space too.

The huge living area provided an abundance of seating options and opened onto the covered lanai that stretches the entire length if the house. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures, and more. The pool was great and water temperature was always optimal. Grounds and plantings are stunning. We already miss waking up to the views every morning. Optimal views of sunsets and ocean views. The house was very well appointed, especially the kitchen which had everything one could possibly
need for cooking and entertaining. Property is convenient to Kona and nearby areas without the traffic noise and bustle.
We hope to return and would definitely rent this property again!

But, it is also better stocked than any AirB&B/VRBO than I have ever stayed at. The kitchen has everything you need. The property is stunning and very well located. Pool toys, snorkeling gear, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and a picnic cooler are all provided. The washer and dryer was much appreciated by our family of 10. Their was abundant hot water.
When we had questions about the air-conditioning (there are sensors on a couple of the doors to shut the system off when the doors are open) the management company was terrifically responsive. I HIGHLY recommend this extraordinary property. Definitely a 5 star experience. Thank you!

I rent in Kona at least once a year. This place is beautiful and well appointed. I have no complaints at all. I hate saying it because I’d rather it be available when I want to go again but that would not be fair to the owner or you as a renter. Home was great. Lots of space, great pool, nice kitchen, nice beds and baths. Had issues with pool light, outdoor blind, and kitchen equipment but the property manager was incredibly responsive and turned some annoyances into quick fixes. Would definitely recommend.
