Nice place. Parking is very tight. If you have 2 large vehicles you will have to pay for overnight parking elsewhere.

The only thing I didn’t like was there no ice or water from refrigerator everything else was fine

Large comfortable living room and kitchen makes this a delightful place to stay. And it is very close to the snowflake lift.
Each bedroom has it's own bathroom to use and the heated floors, well that was a real treat. Unfortunately there isn't a bathroom on the main level which meant you had to go downstairs to use the bathroom, which can be tough on old, skied out legs.
Good location and a nice public hot tub also made this a great place to stay.

Exceeded all expectations. Received immediate assistance with wifi and fireplace when I texted. Great communication prior to arrival and during our stay.

Great stay. This property had all the amenities we needed and more.

This was an excellent base station for our ski week in Breckenridge. The place was perfectly sized for our family of 5 and had all the amenities we could need while there. The proximity to the Snowflake lift was perfect to get on the hill in minutes from the front door. Plus, it was an easy drive or walk to downtown in minutes. Great place to stay!

We are a family of 5 and the property was fantastic. Spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen. Easy access to the slopes and Main Street. Check in was a breeze - we arrived at 1am and got straight in.
Downsides (if being really fussy). The master bedroom is a little small with a bed that is too big for the room. Would have preferred a smaller bed and the ability to get out of bed from both sides rather than being against the wall.
Electric shocks from all the sockets and light switches. Suspect this was from the static electricity from the carpet but it was frustrating.
Bedding was old and 100% polyester. Such a simple change to 100% cotton bedding and not unhygienic bedspreads and matching pillows would have made this a truly perfect property.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. For those that ski, the snowflake lift is the best to use at the beginning of the day. It’s a short hike down to the snowflake lift. Some people in fact ski just a little track to the left. At the end of the day we came down floor o’clock run and stop where the sign says snowflake lift this way. Then we get up to speed and ski to the end of the track over a small bridge and right next to the bus stop. We take the bus one stop up to grand Timberlodge. Then it’s a short walk to the unit.

Cozy condo with nice views and easy access to walking trails and downtown historic district. The space worked well for our group.

Great and comfortable stay in Breckinridge. Easily walkable to town and some nice hikes. Slight delay in getting into the unit due to the door code not being reset for us, but reached someone on the phone right away and they walked us through it. Would stay here again.

Great property
This house was great and located in a great spot. Everything was good and house was stocked well in the kitchen etc. only minor gripes would be to update the thermostats to one’s that you can actually pic a temperature so you don’t have to use the slider and also the rooms are very small, ie, no nightstand tables in master. Overall a great place!

Beautiful condo, mountain views. Hot tub in lower level a definite plus. About 3 blocks uphill from downtown, still easy walking distance. Enjoyed our 50th anniversary stay with family. Will definitely plan to stay there again.

Liked the property very much. Saw a fox off the balcony which was cool. We never felt cramped. The only drawback was the chlorine smell from the hot tub which we did not use.

The whole process leading up to our arrival at the property was extremely simple, with getting keys and checking in being especially painless. When we arrived at the property, everything was clean and orderly and there was a very nice gift basket as well. We never had trouble finding anything throughout the stay, and the amenities were very helpful. The owner made sure to check in with us to make sure that everything was going smoothly every step of the way, and even helped us out afterwards. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Breckenridge.

Hot tub
Great location. The hot tub is located in the house. The smell of chlorine was over powering through out the bottom floor. The hot tub was really loud at night turning on and off while sleeping in the room next to it.

The property was fine, however 2 of the 3 bathrooms, the toilets were dirty, it looks like there had not been anyone in the property for a while and no one checked to see if there were issues. In addition 2 soap dispensers were empty, with Covid I thought they would have taken more care. The light in the Master bedroom was not working and the oven was filthy. I reported all of this and was given an apology but no one offered to come remedy the situation.
To make matters worse we inadvertently threw away a bag of dirty clothes and we specifically asked and told them where it was but did not get any help in trying to retrieve it.
Al they said it was not in the condo which we knew.
Stay coming up at a VRBO and I am rethinking using this service at all.

This a cozy and convenient condo. It easily fit the seven of us, with one kid sleeping on the pull out sofa. The condo had everything you expect and allowed us to easily cook many meals. Especially with the outdoor hot tub being closed due to COVID, the indoor hot tub was a hit, although it was broken for two days.Mana was a great host and easy to communicate with, 5 stars all the way. However, she uses an on-site firm in Breckenridge that is lacking. They are really not helpful unless you have a very, narrow specific request that they could easily handle. I truly wish I could have only dealt with Mana as the on-site firm just added more churn to my vacation. I do have one helpful hint about the location relative to the slopes. The Snow Flake lift is a block away, and there is a path to nordic ski/walk there in the snow. However, the Snow Flake lift is long and slow to get to Peak 8 so we did not take it very often. The Beaver Run base of Peak 9 is only a little bit farther of a walk, especially if you take the unofficial path by the outdoor hot tub. The Beaver Run base has high speed lift, a ski school drop off, and restaurants including an outdoor grill. We usually went to Beaver Run for these reasons, and even changed to this ski school from Peak 8. At the of the day, I would ski back toward Beaver Run on Sawmill, but take a path towards Timber Lodge with a small green sign. This is easily skiable and takes you literally three minute walk back to the condo. I would sometimes ski this myself and then pick up the wife and kids in the van at Beaver Run.

Good location
We stayed with another family - 4 adults and 4 teenage boys and chose this place because of its close proximity to the slopes. We were able to walk a block or so to the trail that connected us to the Snowflake Lift and ski to the chair lift in the morning. After a day of skiing we followed the signs on Peak 9 to Grand Timber Lodge and once there then walked a couple blocks home. It was so nice not to have to drive or shuttle to the slopes!
The living quarters were a little tight for 8 people as we had two teens sleeping upstairs on the couch and floor, but the location more than made up for that. It was also nice to have the indoor hot tub since the community one was closed. Overall, we had a great experience and love Breckenridge!

We really enjoyed out stay at this property. It was clean, easy in out, location was good, great views. There was enough snow on the ground to make it magical plus we did get a few flurries while there. The only negative really was all restrooms are downstairs which it states but we didn’t realize the struggle for myself with an illness and my mom going up and down. And we bought a baby gate for the stairs intending on leaving it for future use but it was accidentally broken. It was cheap but that might be a good thing to add. We had a crawler/learning to walk and she was totally fascinated by the stairs. Other then that, had everything else you may need and we had plenty of room. We were not going for skiing or anything so don’t know much about that but for my little family get away, it was wonderful

cozy, clean, short walk to town
We had a great stay at this property! The gift basket with coffee, wine, and hot chocolate was a really nice touch. It seemed very clean, and looks just as shown in the pictures- cut and cozy, good for any season. Would be great for 2 couples and kids in a separate room. Just my husband, myself, and our 1 yr old stayed and it was plenty spacious. The owner was very responsive and professional. Definitely would recommend!

Great location
The townhome is in a great location. There is a shuttle stop or 15 minute walk to Main Street. The house was clean and easy check in and out. Negatives were, there were no instructions on how to use the indoor hot tub so we never got it to work. The temperature would never change and jets would not stay on. The windows in the downstairs windows would not close due to old latches after we opened them for fresh air. The door from garage to house was duck taped and would not close completely. We used chairs and a make shift rope to keep it secure. The community hot tub was closed. Not sure if it was COVID related but I wish the property would update their amenity list or description. This was a disappointment as we noticed while walking other properties had their community pool area open. The balcony was beautiful but very close to neighbors.
