Located in Breckenridge, this attractive condo for $335 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Come stay at our spacious condo that has recently undergone an extensive remodeling and is in 'Almost Brand New' condition. We have stocked our 'Home Away From Home' with everything you should need for a fantastic snow ski or summer vacation. The property is located at: 705 Snowberry Lane, Breckenridge, CO 80424 Our large two bedroom, three full bath Condo is tastefully furnished with: two queen-size beds in the master bedroom, and two full-size beds in the second bedroom. An additional queen-size bed is available in a comfortable pullout couch in the living room. Separate sink and vanity areas are located in each bathroom. Numerous other amenities include: * Three Full bathrooms (two with tub/shower combos, one with walk-in shower). * Fully equipped kitchen with all the pots, pans, and utensils that you should need. * Enough paper products to last for your entire stay (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, tissues, napkins, and more) * Front loading washer and dryer * Convenient reserved covered parking is directly below the unit. * A second reserved parking spot is also available. * Private covered deck with a table, chairs, and a Weber gas BBQ. * Free very high speed wireless internet throughout the unit. * Large wall mounted flat screen TV's in each room. * Gas fireplace. The Condo is in a premium location only a very short walking distance to the ski slopes (5 mins) and to all that historic downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Fantastic restaurants are nearby, along with shopping, bike paths, and much much more. Minimum age for rental agreement is 25 yrs old. Maximum occupancy is eight (8) persons. You do not need to look any further… this property is perfect! The owner, Mike, was an awesome host! He pointed us to a slope side shop in short walking distance from the condo (Charter Sports) where we rented and stored our skis. We were able to ski in & out from the shop at the base of peak 9 and could easily get to other peaks from this location. We even made our way to peak 6 and back on an amazing powder day. I’m so glad we made peak 9 our starting point for one beginner and mostly intermediate skiers in our group. It was so easy to go between the condo and the Quicksilver lift. And we loved Maggie's at the bottom of the lift too. Mike was in constant contact if we needed anything and went above and beyond. You can tell he cares about his property and he has thought of everything we would need for our stay. The condo was the perfect size for our group of 6 (adults and teens) and was so comfortable after a long day on the slopes. We stayed 4 nights and could have stayed longer. Lots of hooks and shelves for our ski gear, a glove/boot dryer, sleds, games, soft kleenex, grill and an extra storage area. We had a very short walk to the hot tubs and loved using them even in single digit weather. We walked to downtown too! Wouldn’t change a thing from our visit! Some of our best memories made! A+++

We stayed here (one adult, two college boys) the week before Christmas. The place was perfect; easy walk to the lift, great hot tub access, quick walk to town. All amenities are spot on, and the xbox/Netflix access was a bonus! Comfortable, enjoyable accommodations, with consistent easy communication with owner. We would definitely return.

This property is absolutely amazing! The location to downtown, hikes, the pool and hot tub‘s… All of it was wonderful! Being first time visitors to Breckenridge area, we had no idea what to expect and we were completely overjoyed with everything. Mike is excellent at communication and this condo really feels like a home away from home. The homeowners included every extra amenity that you could need. We cannot wait to return! Book now! You won’t be disappointed.

This condo was as billed…. Great 2 bedroom at the base of Breckenridge. It is a short and easy walk to the Quicksilver lift which we did each morning. Right out the front door is the swim complex with pool and 3 large hot tubs. It was really an ideal location for our 3 day ski trip.
The condo is clean and well equipped. Each of the 2 bedrooms have two beds and full bathrooms. My son slept on the pull out couch in the family room and had his own full bathroom as well. There was not one thing we wished we had that wasn’t supplied.
Mike, the owner, was communicative and helpful. From the time we booked the reservation months in advance and throughout our stay he was texting to ensure we had everything we needed and answered all questions.
I would highly recommend this condo with no reservation whatsoever.

Great place to stay for a Breck ski vacation. About a 5-10 minute walk to the Qucksilver lift on Peak 9. 10 minute walk downtown. Condo very spacious. Three full bathrooms. Well equipped modern kitchen. Cable tv with Netflix account for guests. Hot tubs very close by. Recommend.

This condo was excellent in every way- it is updated- looks just like the photos on Vrbo. It was comfortable and has more high end touches than a typical Vrbo. I felt like I was staying in a friend’s condo more than renting through Vrbo. I recommend this property & would definitely stay here again.

The Owner was so great to work with. He provided so many items for our stay that we didn't have to purchase much at all for our visit. The location was perfect for Breckenridge to walk to shops or trails. The pool and hot tub area was close and very well maintained. I would highly reccommend this place.

Comfortable Condo
Mike got in touch with us a day before to see when we'd be there to check in. He kept us updated on the condo's progress as it was being prepped. He left wine and gave us some good recommendations of places within close walking distance to eat. The condo felt like home, everything we needed we found. The living room and each bedroom have sliding glass doors, we really enjoyed the cool mountain air. Upon our leave, Mike checked back in to see if we needed any extra time. When I was looking for places in Breckinridge, I saw the condo had over 100 five star reviews, I now know why! Definitely recommend!

We loved this condo and it was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean, updated and the location was perfect to walk into Breckenridge to shop or eat. It was within walking distance/short drive to many hikes we wanted to do as well. Would love to come back in the winter and ski. It's close to many slopes as well.

Great experience staying at this property! Within walking distance of ski lift even with kids. Access to a hot tub and close to all that Breckenridge has to offer. We would stay here again!

Very nice condo. Very clean and well-kept. Excellent communication with the owner. About a 5 to 10 minute walk from the lifts. The only negative thing I would say, is the jacuzzi’s close at 8pm. Too early in my opinion. Otherwise very happy with the place.

Perfect spot for Breck!!
The condo served our needs perfectly as it was a short walk to quicksilver lift, close to plenty of restaurants and shops, and lots of room for everyone. Mike was extremely helpful getting us set up with information beforehand and checking in periodically through the stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great visit. Highly recommend!!
