Property is conveniently located on the first floor of Ski & Racquet Club condos. The perfect getaway with covered parking just outside your door and enough room to sleep 6-7. Convenient free town shuttle is only steps away. The shuttle will take you to town or the slopes! And... if you don't want to take the free shuttle , it's only about a 5-10 minute walk to town. Master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and private modern 3/4 bath with double sinks and walk in shower. Second bedroom has a full bed and bunk bed. Hallway has modern second bath with tub. Need more room... use the sofa in the living room or blow up mattress. Full dining area, breakfast bar, and modern fully equipped kitchen. You will love the open space living area for gathering with friends or family. Enjoy the flat screen TV's in both the master and main living area ,cozy gas fireplace and great après ski deck complete with a grill and a mountain view! After a full day of adventure, wind down at the club house complex complete with indoor pool, hot tub, pool table, childrens play area and sauna. Excellent space for a long ski weekend. Linda was incredibly helpful with all of our questions. The unit is steps away from the shuttle stop, which made access to the mountain and downtown very easy.

Condo was in great shape. Plenty of space for everyone. I was 1 of 4 people sharing the space, all with our own snowboard gear, and everyone had enough room. Kitchen was equipped. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were clean. Condo had great proximity to the shuttle busses that run you up to the condo. Just a few stops away from peak 9 or Breck station. Only a few minute drive to Main Street. 10/10 experience.

Great property - we loved the view from the balcony and the secluded feel even though it was very close to town! The location to the bus stop could not have been better (literally steps from the condo). The bathrooms were really nicely updated.

Very convenient location, with close proximity to main street and the slopes. Linda was a very responsive and helpful owner. Bathrooms were clean and updated. The condo had a really nice view in the back. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed here for a week and were super pleased with amenities and the location of the condo. Free bus shuttle right at the spot, quiet neighborhood, easy access. Linda (owner) was communicative and I would definitely recommend and rent from her again. Thank you again!!!

Clean place close to slopes and town. Shared areas (pool/jacuzzi/sauna) are old and need some cleaning/updates, but the condo itself was perfect for a extended weekend.

Our family stayed in this condo the week of Thanksgiving 2022. The condo is in a great location with lots of wildlife to enjoy from the large deck. It is quaint, clean, and comfortable with lots of amenities to enjoy. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend others as well.

Everything was just as described, no surprises. Since it was only my spouse and myself, we didn’t use the second bedroom, but there was plenty of room for another couple/kids. We loved the ease if getting to the trails, restaurants, and shops.

Really good experience at this condo with just a couple of disappointments. The views of the mountains are as described. Disappointed that there was construction right behind us when sitting on the deck, but that won’t be there for long. There is some road noise from CO-9, so if you want complete quiet, choose somewhere else. However, in other places you won’t have the views this condo has. It really is easy to walk to town. The sidewalk is right on CO-9, but we felt safe. The bus route is the gray route. The chalkboard in the condo says “brown” but there isn’t a brown route to take. Use the app as they suggest. Very helpful. The beds were all very comfortable; the redone bathrooms top notch. The kitchen was one of the best stocked we’ve ever stayed in. Very helpful to have so many everyday items including utensils and towels! Easy check in and easy getting into and out of condo with our stuff. We enjoyed the fireplace too in the cool mountain mornings. The condo was very average in cleanliness when we arrived. This is a cleaning company issue, not an issue with the owners and we’re sharing more specifics with them. I would anticipate things being different for others based on how Linda cares for the condo with what is in her control. Overall we would choose this condo again because of the location, views, beds and bathrooms.

What a wonderful experience. We come up to Breck 2-4 times each year. This kitchen was by far the best equipped if you enjoy cooking a few meals in. The bathrooms are remodeled and very nice. Hosts were great. Very promptly responsive to all communications. Unit was clean, comfortable, well furnished and well equipped. Everything worked properly. No issues with heat or hot water. Plenty of space for our family of four. We used the lower bunk of the bunk bed and it was remarkably comfortable as were all other beds. There is no laundry in unit but there is a well maintained, coin operated, laundry room just steps away in a separate unit. The bus stop for the “free ride” shuttle bus to downtown and ski mountain bases is also just steps away from this unit. The bus was incredibly convenient and useful and it came by very frequently (every 15-20 minutes or so). This rental exceeded our expectations and would absolutely stay again if we ever return to Breckenridge.

We loved staying in this condo so close to Main Street. There was perfect sleeping arrangements for my family of six and the kids loved the sports court and indoor pool. We would definitely come stay again.
