Positive: The condo was comfortable, great location. The host Jackie was easily reached throughout our stay which was fortunate because a few issues occurred that needed attention and there is nobody on property to address any condo problems that may arise. Negative: the concierge service was not very helpful; did not make an effort to assist us. General questions that we asked the individual behind the desk were vaguely answered; our questions felt more like an imposition. They didn’t seem to have an opinion or recommendations that could have been helpful to guests that are unfamiliar with Breckenridge and the surrounding area. The parking situation was the worst thing about our stay. We had 9 people in our party so we had two cars. We could park one car at the Main Street Station, paying a daily fee, while the other was parked offsite at the Ice Rink lot. It was extremely inconvenient and very expensive for the week. We had to factor in driving someone to get the second car, then returning it later in the day. It was very inconvenient. Finally, while we had 9 people staying in the condo, the deck had seating and space for only two people. We were not able to sit as a family on the deck so that was unfortunate. Despite the negatives we would stay again, armed with the knowledge of what we learned during our recent stay.

Excellent location to everything. Condo was perfect for our family of 8. Very clean and had all the essentials we needed. Huge bonus was the stroller and pack n play. We used both daily.

We arrived just after 11:00pm, and check-in was super smooth! The place and location were exactly what we expected. It was such a delight to be within walking distance to the slopes and the charming town. The mountain views from the great room were simply breathtaking, whether in the morning, afternoon, or evening. We really appreciated the convenience of the fitness area, ski valet, and relaxing hot tubs. The beds were cozy, everyone loved having their own bathroom, and the fully equipped kitchen made things easy. We also really appreciated the humidifiers in each room since it can get a little dry. Our family of six adults felt completely at home here. We would absolutely love to come back and stay again!
