Nestled in Destin, this attractive condo for $396 per night is a great option for your next vacation. DIRECT GRAND GULF VIEW!! PET FRIENDLY Our minimum age requirement is 26 years old We allow one small pet under 20 pounds. Welcome to Sand Pebbles with one of the most BEAUTIFUL views of the Gulf of Mexico. We will be delighted to have your family stay with us and of course the pet member also! It is great joy and happiest when the pet member goes on vacation with everyone! Come and enjoy the spectacular direct view of the glimmering Gulf of Mexico. You will have a view from the first deck , living room, second/upper deck or the master suite. The choice will be yours. Enjoy the first cup of coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, sunbathing, afternoon relaxing, or evening star watching while having your pet beside you and watch the waves roll in. People watching from the decks is a great pastime. The sidewalk is very wide and is use for exercising, biking, walking pets ect. When you arrive you will walk up three steps and be on the first deck with bar height chairs for the best view of the gulf. You will then enter to the living room, dinning area, kitchen, and half bath. We also have a back door for your convenience of unpacking kitchen items and suitcases upstairs. Upstairs the master suite has two sliding glass doors overlooking one of the most sought after views in the US. The deck is 14 foot by 8 foot with bar height chairs also. Each day there is a different spectacular view. Step out your glass doors on your deck to see if the water is emerald green, light green, or royal blue. The master has a connecting bathroom with a shower tub. The guest bedroom has two twin beds & a hallway full bathroom with a shower tub. This floor also has a stack washer/dryer. The unit has 1257 square feet. Sand Pebbles is just across the two lane street from the beach with a DIRECT VIEW of the gulf. For your convenience there are cross walks and the cars must stop when you are crossing. Just walk out your unit and just cross the street and your are on the beach!! YAY!! We welcome one small pet up to 20 pounds. Extra fees will be charged for any sign of a pet left in the unit including but, not limited to pet hair, odor ect. Pets are not allowed on bedding or furniture. We strictly enforce this policy. We will be waiting for you !

This was the perfect place for my mom, son, and I. The description and all reviews given left us super satisfied and walked in ready to relax and vacation. Any small questions I had, Cynthia was quick to respond and get things sorted for us. Mostly it was due to my blonde ways, haha. The location was awesome, made it so easy to go back and forth from the beach. And all the extra things like the chairs and umbrella, made the trip so much more enjoyable not having to worry about things you may forget about. My son did not want to leave ever!

This stay was simply amazing. The condo was everything promised. The location was close to everything and the view was spectacular. Cynthia was so easy to work with very attentive to our request. Unfortunately, Cynthia is selling the property so I'm not sure if it will be available next year 😞

We loved our stay! The location was easy access to everything we wanted....the beach, biking trail, walking trail, restaurants, and stores. The unit was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed.

From the get go Cynthia was very accommodating with having to reschedule, I booked the wrong days by mistake. The property has really good beach views, a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the private access beach, and within 15 minutes of every attraction available in Destin/ Fort Walton. Will definitely book again!

Condo was very nice. Had a great view of the beach and ocean. Walking distance to a few of our favorite restaurants. Cynthia was very helpful scheduling our vacation. And checking to make sure everything was good when we arrived. If you want a nice place to stay don’t pass this up. We had a great time.

This condo was perfect for our family of four and our dog. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. The view and location are incredible! The short distance to the beach can’t be beat! Cynthia is very nice and helpful with any questions. We hope to stay here again in the future! Great place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location with amazing views. Property owner is wonderful, responds quickly. However upon arriving the entire unit was filthy, we arrived later in the evening so I spent the rest of the night cleaning the unit to make it decent for my family to stay the week. Property owner attempted to have unit cleaned but was unsuccessful which was not her fault. Feel the unit needs to be off of the rental list for a long time until it is deep cleaned and updates made. Ceiling fans do not work, multiple light switches which are impossible to figure out which switch works what light, some of the outlets do not work in master bathroom, many repairs need to be made. The property has great potential but needs alot of TLC. The location and view however are great; for the price would not stay again.

Stayed here with my girlfriend and our kids. The view is definitely one of the best qualities. You might as well be right on the beach! Very short walk to the beach. Owner is very responsive and even left a nice care package for our arrival. Can’t recommend this property enough!

Perfect all around! My husband and I stayed for the first two months of the year and had a great time. If you can see dolphins swimming in the ocean without getting out of bed, you know you’re in a good spot! Neighbors are friendly and quiet, restaurants nearby (walkable) are great, and the views can’t be beat. The house is even nicer than the pictures. We had everything we needed, loved it all and will definitely be back. Cynthia was great - very responsive and check-in/out was seamless. Thank you Cynthia!!!

The location was perfect! The condo was wonderful! The beds were comfortable and it was clean. The only 2 things that I can say could use improvement is the outside furniture and there were ants in the kitchen. Other than that, awesome! I would stay there again.

Great location. Fabulous for pets and ideal. Great view of the beach. Owner was very responsive and great to work with. The mixed rating is due to the unit being continually plagued with problems. I've stayed in many VRBOs and there are always things that break or need repair. However, this experience was beyond normal. Examples include: the front door lock being inoperable and having to wait for that to be repaired before being able to enter. Back door inoperable. Dishwasher full of rank water and would not drain, needing repair. Electrical outlets in bathrooms not working. Toilets stopping up. Fuses blowing causing hot water to go out. TVs upstairs not working. The list goes on. Owner was very responsive and tried to get things fixed during my 2 week stay. But at some point it raises a bigger question of needing to take a property off the market for awhile to get things repaired that are symptomatic of larger issues of an aging property. There were repair people in and out of the unit my entire stay, which is not optimal for a great customer experience. Again, beautiful area, great owner, great for pets--the experience would have been so much more enjoyable without the constant issues/breaks during the stay. And my hopes are that this was a temporary issue and things are now repaired and no future issues for incoming guests.

This was our first vacation to Destin. This property is perfect, you can literally walk across the street and have your feet in the sand. The deck of the master bedroom was amazing during the day and at night with a stunning view of the Emerald waters. We would definitely stay again.

Overall a great property. The second bedroom, cable box did not work. We could not figure out how turn on the main light in the kitchen. Maybe email instructions to guests on all the features of the home. I think some of the light bulbs might need changing. More cleaning supplies for guests.

The location is fantastic, being literally across from the beach. Being able to sit on the upstairs balcony every morning and enjoy the beach views while having breakfast was a great start to every day of our trip. The unit itself is very outdated with too much unnecessary furniture, outdated appliances and tons of light switches and knobs on the walls that seem to turn nothing on. The master bathroom has no shower, just an outdated jacuzzi tub (and TV) that has a shower attachment which is a pain to use. So you have to shower in the hallway bathroom which is then very loud in the smaller bedroom, so tough for anyone in there trying to sleep while that shower is in use. The AC is very loud especially in the smaller bedroom where the ducting is covered by a curtain. The owner Cynthia is quite nice and checked in on us regularly to ensure we were okay.

Property is in an excellent location and is well done inside, but needs some maintenance. The shutters in the master bedroom are mostly off the sliders, the master bedroom sheets had holes in them, many of the light switches are broken, there are broken chairs on the balcony, never could find a remote for the downstairs ceiling fan, many drawers and cabinets broken, and overall lack of cleanliness. There's a spinning server on the dining table that was filthy underneath and when I climbed on a stepstool to look at the shutters in the master bedroom, there was years worth of dust and filth on top of the shutter sliders. The place is nice, but definitely could use a little TLC. The location and general look of the property brought it from a 3 to a 4 star review.

The property had great views from the balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. It was also convenient just to walk across the street to the beach. Cynthia was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Really enjoyed our trip!
