Nestled in Sea Isle City, this lovely house for $769 per night is a great option for your next trip. We consider our home is a beautiful place to enjoy your vacation as such, we rent only to responsible adult families. If you are looking for a place to party don't even inquire... When you inquire, please be specific about who is staying with you. ABSOLUTELY NO GROUPS. DON'T ASK. We love this town! Our home we are offering for rent; 143 E. 46th Street is located within a short walk to the downtown area as well as the beautiful beaches. About a block and a half. We are located between Landis and Central Avenue, closer to Central. What is great about this location is that it is close to the center of town; you can walk to all of the fun activities including the brand new library, parks and shopping. There are lots of activities available that appeal to all. Your family will really love it!! The beach that is closest to this home is protected by life guards and is just one and a half blocks away. We have a state of the art kitchen with black cherry and glazed maple cabinetry with quiet closing doors and a dramatic huge slab of granite. We have all stainless appliances including a Jenn-Aire gas range, a french door refrigerator, and a brand new Keurig coffee maker too. There is plenty of room for all in this unit; we offer two master suites. There are a total of five bedrooms, three baths, a dining area with a new counter height table that has seating for 6-8 and breakfast bar for 3 also. There are four twin beds and a full bath on level 1, a queen bed and a full bath on level 2, 1 queen bed,1 king-size bed and 1 full bath on the third level. There are three decks; and the main deck has a partial ocean view. Each deck is furnished. Everything you'll need is here, right at your fingertips. We provide all cooking utensils, pots, pans & glassware. The yard is partially-fenced in and there is a spacious enclosed outdoor shower area. We have a gas grill. We offer Digital cable and wireless connectivity or no additional charge. This home newer and is in great condition with soaring ceilings and upgraded wood trim. It is decorated in a beach/surfer theme. Included in your fee is our own cleaning service. We are extremely meticulous; if you are a neat freak you will feel at home. WE DO NOT RENT SENIOR WEEK. DON'T ASK Book with us, we are friendly, and really want you to enjoy your holiday at the most spectacular Jersey Shore!!! We were 100% rented last year and are quickly approaching that this year. Growing up in Philly, my family spent every summer in Sea Isle. Being (a)typical nuclear family from the 1980’s, Mom and Dad always took us kids down the shore. We loved it! Rides, arcades, hoagies, waffles and iced cream, etc for the kids and kid babysitters for our parents. As we reached pre-teen/teenager age the memories kept piling up. I think mom and dad enjoyed their time alone, but probably liked watching their kids so happy. I know they were alone at some point, because we got another little sister during the Sea Isle years. But eventually we all grown up and life keeps us busy. But when Dad and were talking, he said let’s go back to Sea Isle. It had been years because mom past away and it just didn’t seem the same. But now dad was ready and invited us all. So I jumped on VRBO and luckily found Suzanne’s lovely townhome. The location was perfect, being blocks to and from everything. Shops, beach, food, boardwalk, bikes, church, and even the Spinnaker. Haha! Suzanne was always available, in contact, and an overall pleasure! The residence was clean and spacious with plenty of room. We slept 8 easy, and 10 shouldn’t be a problem. Beach tags, chairs and everything you’d need to spend the week with the family or friends. And the most important thing, Susanne furnished the home with TWO coffee makers, pod and filter! A++++

We had a great week at this house in Sea Isle. The house was large enough and all the amenities were great. Short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Great locations.

Very nice place, but a couple issues. First, we had a paper that clearly stated sheets and towels provided. We got there and found sheets for all beds except the master. Had to run out Saturday night to Big Lots and drop $40 for king bed sheets (we could have easily brought our own, not to mention spending first night of vacation at Big Lots wasn't part of the plan. There were bath towels there, but some were partially torn and looked quite old. Biggest issue I had was the cost. We have stayed at other beach communities and rented some great places for $4,000 a week. This property was almost double! Again, the home was nice enough, but not worth that kind of money.

We stayed here for a long weekend and had a great time. The house is clean and cheerful. Fully stocked and they were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family! Perfect layout of bedrooms and the recently redone kitchen and living area were very nice. The mattresses were very comfortable. The location allowed easy walking to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Great stay for us. Thanks.

Place was just as pictured and in a great location. Close to beach, bay, shoppes and restaurants. Easy check in process and had many accommodations to make you feel at home. Plenty of room for 7 of us!!

We had an excellent stay at this property. Everything we needed was there (even a baby bathtub!). We could walk to everything and loved being so close to the center of town. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone who asked.

Our mid-March stay on-island for a wedding in this beautiful home was great! We vacation each Summer in Sea Isle and this home, by far, was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in! House was extremely clean and so nicely furnished. The kitchen was fully stocked and would be a foodie's dream during vacation. Suzanne was very responsive to our inquiries. Highly recommend!! Will stay here again if the opportunity arises.

This home is a gem! It's beautiful, clean, and easily accommodated our family of 8 adults and 2 babies. The location is great - walkable to the beach, playground, and restaurants. The owner was great to deal with and very responsive. We had a wonderful family vacation and will absolutely stay here again!

The house is spacious with lots of room for the family. We recommend bringing your own bedding, pillows and towels. Everything was in good working order. Great to be able to walk to local restaurants and shops. The street flooded the second day we were there but receded by the next day. Backyard and grill could use improvement.

Spending time with the grandkids is the best and they had a blast. Proximity to beach, promenade, and stores made it easy for the kids to go out on their own this year. The house had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

The location of this house was perfect! A short walk to the beach and plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The center of town is just a few blocks away. The house was roomy enough for 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The kitchen was big and well stocked for our needs. We brought our own bedding and towels and there is a full size washer and dryer. The only issue we had were the beds are very worn. The twin beds are basically springs in one bedroom and the kids were not very comfortable. Other than that the place was great!!!
