About this house rental

Situated in Cherokee Village, this lovely house for $144 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Charming quiet and non-smoking, Private 3 bedrooms 1 Bath, 1King, 2 Queen, and a folding sofa. We just put in a NEWER pontoon for rent! There's a boat for rent for boat-knowledgeable people. We supplement with everything you need the first night when it comes to coffee and toiletries. Bring your own PRIVATE toiletries. If you are several people or going out on the water you would bring some more towels There is a FREE paddle boat sitting on the dock. The house has a kitchen with everything you need and an ice machine in the fridge. There is a gas grill on the porch and a fire pan down by the water, where you need to bring your own firewood. We have a Restaurant and Dollar store right across the lake. If you choose to rent the boat, you may want to bring private life vests. If you forget yours we have them available! The rental part is in the mid-level of the building. The top floor is closed off and belongs to the owner who is NOT present when the house is rented out. In the basement, there is a storm room for your safety in case of need. For more information, please read the table of contents under rooms and spaces to see what you need to bring. It's much better so we can make you happy instead of getting a bad review You have backyard access to the Lake and the dock. Our pontoon is available to rent by appointment per day or for longer terms. Quiet place to get away from home and enjoy the lake and it's private and far away from our stressed world. Boating, swimming, golf, zip line, hiking or just a quiet time for a couple... ** If you have a special event, Anniversary, Birthday, or such, we do offer a gift basket for $25.00 that includes 2 wine glasses a bottle of wine or non-alcoholic drink, fruit, cheese, and individual candies, and a rose. * Please let us know 24 hours in advance. ATTRACTIONS The Lake Home is only minutes from Historic Main Street Hardy, The Spring River, and Restaurants. Popular are the Ice Cream and Gourmet Coffee shops. Art Museums, Antique stores, and live music shows. The Spring River offers canoe rentals and parks for the whole family. Cherokee Village is a Family Friendly Community that offers Natural Ozark Beauty, 2 Private 18-hole golf courses, 6 Swimming pools, a private beach, and tennis courts. WiFi and TV/DVD. Just a block from downtown Cherokee Village. Short distance to Walmart and all you need for your stay. Enjoy the lake! Ask for a price to rent a pontoon to enjoy the water go tubing or other water sports/fun Or just hit a quiet place go fishing! It seats 8 people and has a 50 hp engine, It has a fish tank, seats for fishing, a fish pole stand, a fish finder, and a comfortable couch. We have a pull rope for hook up to pulling water toys, we also have a tube available. New stereo with, microphone for using your cell phone onboard. Blue tooth, and direct connection for streaming your own music, etc. Check-in is at 2 pm and check-out is at 10 am. We appreciate returning guests. Just make your reservation and contact us next time before you make your payment and we will find a way to make you happy! If it is determined to need excessive cleaning when checked out, a cleaning fee will be deducted from the refundable deposit.

We enjoyed our stay here on the Thunderbird Lake rental. My husband’s only negative point was the sharp decline to the ground floor from the parking area. He has trouble with the incline coming back up. We brought a motorized cart but it would not go up the steep incline. Otherwise it would have been perfect. The inside accommodations were clean, modern and nicely decorated.

Great location on Lake Thunderbird. Everyone enjoyed our stay. The house was as advertised online. We really liked the stained concrete floors, because my daughter is sensitive to dust. The lake is beautiful. The water was clear. Thank you, Arne!

The condo was nice and a beautiful location - very relaxing. We did have some difficulty finding it, but if I had read the instructions sent the day of our visit and not just looked for the key code we wouldn't have had any issues. They did provide instructions on how to get to the correct house, I just didn't read them. We had an issue with the smoke alarm battery in the upstairs unit going off, but when we texted the contact they were very responsive and came out and fixed it. We would stay her again.

Everything is as advertised. It is in a quite cove. Porch is amazing! Only negatives for us was if you want pancakes for breakfast bring a griddle and if you are cold natured bring extra blankets. Would definitely recommend!

The house is nice. Has great view of the lake. Owner communicated in a timely manner when messaged. We enjoyed the home as we have stayed here three times now. We had trouble with the boat but may have been operator error. Owner worked with us and had boat looked at. They couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this home on the lake. It's a great location close to the Thunderbird pool. It's a very cute and spacious home. It's got a nice patio and a great view of the lake. We will be back.

The cob webs under the bed was having me panic about spiders but over all the stay was fine the 2 queen beds ain’t that comfortable at all you better call the king bed the view was beautiful some doors that can’t be opened had me kinda weary to

This rental is in a beautiful home with modern appliances. The neighborhood is charming and safe. We rented the boat too, and that was the best part of the week we stayed. Out last day at the lake house, a storm rolled in and several tornados touched down in the middle part of Arkansas. Though we were in the North Central part, I was relieved to be in a home that boasts it's own storm shelter. There was great communication with the owner and all of the procedures for boats and amenities was fully explained in detailed notes. You will love this home, the lake, and the community.

Arkansas is my happy place and this home made it so hard to leave. The house was pretty and clean and had every amenity I could have asked for. The House sits at a dead end of a street making it nice and quiet and private for my family and my two dogs too. Sitting on the deck looking out at Lake Thunderbird is beautiful and that is where you would find me most of the week. There is a full sized grill on the deck. And a paddle boat on the boat dock. Now let me talk about having access to their boat. Having the boat in our own dock available for us to rent made this vacation one of my favorite. You’ll need to plan ahead to get passes to the pool for your week so just know that. No worries about it because the caretaker is very attentive to your needs for that sort of thing. Just don’t miss out on the Cherokee Village pool because it is so nice. I’m planning my next trip back to this wonderful vacation home this year.
