The Lake House is a true Log Home! Wi-fi internet access, 250 Channel Direct TV with Sports package, security cameras of the front driveway and front entrance for safety, full view of lake from multiple rooms of the house. Entire house is newly furnished, with a cozy lake feel. NO BOAT DOCK - A Private beach cove accessible for boat access, shore landing of boats. (small pebbles & sand beach landing & private swimming and fishing. (Pics) ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATIONS - •1 Canoes •1 Kayak •4-Seater Paddle Boat •5-Seater Paddle Boat •4-Seater Paddle Boat All boats rented together $140 for length of stay. All rentals are done during time of stay. (Due to weather) 4 ROOMS with doors 2 Open LOFTS! •Master suite (Main level Ground level) with walk in closet, private access to back porch, full view of the lake, king size bed, TV, & private master bath with walk in shower & eiling fan. •Kids Loft has 3 Fullbeds (OPEN WITH RAILING) window AC added summer 2022 •Adult Loft king size bed with private 1/2 bath (OPEN WITH RAILING) window AC added summer 2022 •Master Room basement King bed (across from full bath) •Adult Room basement 2 Queen beds (lake side very small window) •Adult Room basement 2 Queen beds (red room) •Adult basement 2 Queen beds The kitchen is fully stocked with basic kitchenware, air fryer, microwave, crock pot, blender, dishes & cookware. The fridge does have an ice maker & ice trays. 4 burner electric flat stove top 2024. The is also a separate baking stove built in. 2 extra burners if needed. Charcoal grill outside on covered porch (charcoal not provided) •Living room has a full view of the lake, 54" Flat Screen TV/DVD Player, stocked with movies galore & large electric fire place under tv. Couch and loveseat recliners. •Family Room in basement has a TV, Small Futon, Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Foosball and plastic dart board. •Full Bath located on the main floor off the kitchen, equipped with a Jacuzzi Tub (No shower as of now in that one) •Full length of house back porch, fabulous view of Greers Ferry, patio furniture and Charcoal grill (must bring charcoal), 8 chairs and dinning table. Rope light and bug zapper. Fire-pit down the path (Firewood not provided) THE BASEMENT - CONSTRUCTION UPDATE 2020 The basement is under construction and is not as nice as the upstairs. The basement has been renting since summer of 2016 and is very usable. We have had no complaints on the unfinished project. (Even return renters every year) There a exposed ceiling joist, insulation still being finished out. The pics are up to date on the site (2024). Please do not email asking about basement, this is the description as of today 2024 The floor is smooth concrete. This area is Family Room/Game Room. This will be able to handle more fun time-rough housing than the upstairs! Hint Hint like lock the kids down there to go crazy while you enjoy the view on the upstairs porch. There will be french doors added later to over look the lake also from down stairs. There is no exterior doors at this time and one room has a small window. This basement is very USABLE and rents over 200 nights a year, there is no catch here, just FYI. We stayed 3 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. This property was better equipped with kitchen items than others we have stayed in. The oven needed to be in convection mode to work well but it was fine for our Thanksgiving spread. The host communicated well with us and I would recommend it for a great, get away from the world, time to slow down. We enjoyed it!

We actually spent our time going to activities around the area. The view is beautiful. The boats were a nice accommodation and I wish they were included in the price. We did leave the place exactly as instructed. I had expected a Keurig coffee maker. The upper-level ceiling fans were very dirty and dusty. I had to clean them prior to turning them on. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes well, so we washed all the dishes by hand. The refrigerator was not very clean. Those were really my only complaints. Overall, we enjoyed our time staying in a nice place with family.

The property was amazing! The sunrise was my favourite. You can walk right down to the lake from the house and watch the sunset. We will definitely be coming back.

This home offers a private lake front location with breathtaking views. There are plenty of activities and games to enjoy if you happen to be indoors. If you take little ones with you, you will need to keep a close eye while on porch, the railing is not child friendly. We had a great time on the paddle boats and canoe they have available and fishing. We did not cook because who wants to do that while on vacation! We went into the town of Greers Ferry and enjoyed a breakfast buffet at one of the local diners and brought back dinner from the local pizza place there which offers much more than pizza. We will be back!

The property was perfect for our family of 12 Easter weekend getaway. We will definitely return. Plenty of space and things to entertain all ages. My favorite part was the fire pit right by the water edge. We kept the fire going from sunrise to sunset and it was perfect.

The place was pretty much as advertised. Worked well for our group and we really liked the location. The basement is definitely not totally finished out but it worked. Loved the games down there!! Kitchen was well stocked.

We had a great time at our Ladies retreat at this lakehouse. Plenty of room for parking, gathering inside, and gathering outside. Owner is particular about things...instructions very specific about everything, but I guess that is why everything is so well taken care of! Lots of beds to accommodate a large group. We did have several ladies that didn't do stairs, and there is only one bed on the main floor, but the two bathrooms on the main floor was nice. View was gorgeous! We sat outside on the covered deck and watched a storm roll roll in.

paddle boat, kayak all easy accessible to jump right on the lake
we were under a fire burn during that time, so we didn't get a chance to use the fire pit. We had a family of 16 and had plenty of rooms and chairs/table for everyone! Andrew was very nice and checked in to see everything was going, thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin!

This was a great property! The pantry was well stocked and we didn’t need to bring half the basics thought we needed. There was 1 issue and the owner responded promptly and came to the property fix it. It was perfect for a big extended family all coming together to spend time together.

This was the perfect place for our family to get away and enjoy some bonding time! There was plenty of room for our group of 14, and there was something for everyone (game room for kids, kayaks for teens, hammock for me, back porch for my dad, big soaking tub for my sister, etc.). The place is remote enough that we didn’t see or hear anyone else other than boats out on the water. There is a great little beach with perfect access for swimming or putting the kayaks/paddle boats in the water. We rented a boat one day and was able to drive it from the marina right up to the little beach area for everyone to board. The kitchen was well stocked, and all the rooms were clean. There were a lot of thoughtful touches, and we didn’t lack for anything. There is a dollar general maybe 10 or 15 minutes away, and we had to visit it a few times to grab things we forgot. We did all of our big shopping in Conway on our way in, which was close to an hour away. Also, the listing photos do not do justice to the view—you have panoramic lake views across the entire back side of the property, beautiful! Andrew was very communicative and friendly. Overall, everything was great and we definitely plan to return.
